La Spezia is truly a beautiful city – it's very clean, and the people are super friendly. The accommodation is right above the train station, which couldn't be more convenient for visiting Cinque Terre. They offer free parking, but I accidentally parked in the wrong spot and got fined 10 euros by the parking attendant. Totally my bad, so everyone, learn from my mistake! There's an amazing steakhouse nearby called Nana; we had the most authentic Italian steak there, and it was incredible value for money. Overall, this place offers fantastic value, and the staff are really friendly. Highly recommend!
The building is nicely located - 5 mins walk to Genova Brignole Station, few mins to Via San Vicenzo. It is a historical palazzo with very nice entryway and public spaces. The rooms itself was tidy and nice, with a beautiful balcony. The hosts are extremely welcoming and provided useful informations on the city, also some extras to the room like cookies :)
It is necessary to put 1 star for the service, because almost sat down trying to get to the hotel and absolutely do not understand the motivation of the administrator. The house is very specifically located between the hill, the hotel is on the fifth floor of the house, the entrance to the house is on the first floor and on the sixth floor on the back side (up the staircase), the navigator will surely lead you to the first floor (which is logical), There you will even see a button with the name of the hotel, but by pressing it you will not get the answer. Thanks to the joyful sequel of circumstances, two ladies came in, we walked in, climbed up to the 5th floor, and there was a code lock. To learn the code - you need to settle to settle - you need to know the code. Closed circle. I did not work in Italy by the Russian operator of communication, I didn't have the opportunity to call, thank God the husband remained 4% charging and he called on the door number, sorry only that nobody answered. And here we were lucky again and the door opened the family couple, thanks to which we finally got inside the hotel, where on the table already waited for an enquiry with my name and the keys to the door. After 10 minutes, the administrator called back and sent the instructions on how to get to the hotel, thank you, very in time. I believe that in such hotels - self-service it is necessary to send instructions in advance on the fact of booking, not on the fact of arrival, as travelers from the road may banally not have charge on the phone/internet/mobile communication.
As for the hotel itself or more correctly to say the hostel - an amazing house with a parade atrium, which after passing all the original quests is admired, a clean cozy room, Very early departure (in my opinion until 10 a.m.) and phenomenal hearing, we in the room spoke whispering. I would stop here again because I have already solved all the mysteries of the settlement, but for an older, poorly speaking foreign language, or without a person's means of communication - it is very irrespective.
The view is very good and it feels great. The hotel owner is very welcoming and will tell you how to take the boat and go up the mountain to see the castle and the scenery and eat, the room water and drinks are free.

AAnonymous UserAn excellent guesthouse with fantastic service. Communication with the owner via WeChat was superb; they were always available to answer any questions. When I checked out, I accidentally left some belongings behind and was rushing to catch my train. I thought it was too late to retrieve them, but the owner instantly replied, assuring me I could return, and even remotely unlocked the door for me.

AAnonymous UserWell, the room and cleanliness is good, just did not receive clear check in instructions in advance and there is a lift but it is not accessible to the floor of the room that we stay in. And also, the breakfast is at the patisserie located at the ground floor with only a cup of hot drink and a croissant, again, not instructed clearly on where to get the coupon.
TTravelereNice place in the middle of the town, clean shower, check in can be done online via whatsapp. Unfortunately no assistance for parking (no onformation given where/how to park, must find by yourself). Room is nice and comparably big. Overall, good impression.

GGuest UserPerfect 2d1n stay if you are looking for a place to stay in cinque terre. First of all, the service was tip top by receptionist Nasrin! She was very warm and welcoming. She offered to keep our luggages and let us have a quick change after we check out. Other than that, the guest house is located strategically just 9 mins walk from La Spezia train station, next to the Main Street. The room was pretty spacious even for three! Room was clean, beds were perfect, toilet was spacious and we didn’t expect it has a sharing kitchen as well with utensils and coffee machine. Overall it was a perfect stay for us definitely!
MMarkjaxThis is a lovely apartment with all the modern facilities you would expect. It is in a great location for visiting either old town or the beach. The host is exceptionally welcoming and generous and went out of his way to explain everything and we were lucky to have private parking available at the time of our stay. I would also like to mention and strongly recommend the Rickarola restaurant. The Pizzas are amazing the staff are so generous providing lots of extras for no charge and it has a wonderful friendly atmosphere.
MMikhailIt was simply the best travel experience we’ve ever had. We chose this brand-new hotel for our honeymoon, and Cristina and Nicolo did their best to make us feel as comfortable as possible. Liguria, with its open-hearted people, fantastic sea views/nature, and calm way of life, is perfect for a romantic trip. We will keep the memories of Villa dei Poeti and Liguria with us forever. Hopefully, one day we’ll return to this place and these people.
P.S. Thank you for the amazing service and compliments ❤️
MMieko & MingTo go to Cinque Terre, I chose to stay in Las Pezia for 2 nights. Although it was a bit far from the station to drag my luggage 800 meters, the room was clean and quiet.
Capsule coffee is provided and the taste is not bad, and small snacks can be served with coffee to provide a service similar to afternoon tea, which is really intimate.
If you want to see the sea all the time, it is recommended to live directly in Cinque Terre to get a better travel experience.
GGuest UserI really loved this cute hotel. A great location, easy access to the heart of Levanto. And everything we needed for a 3 day stay.
We could get the train or ferry to Cinque Terre towns and also enjoyed getting to Bonassola and Porto Venere while staying in this gorgeous part of Italy.
Staff were very, very helpful and our room was tidied everyday.
