#Praise# Satisfied with the sound insulation of nearby activities, nearby restaurants, corridors; #Negative reviews#Disappointed with sound insulation; I chose a large house, although there are windows, I can't see anything, because there are only two floors, and I can understand without an elevator. There is also the hot and cold water in the shower room and toilet. Although it does not affect the use, it still feels that it needs to be said.
Good room, clean, modern plumbing, powerful pipes, capsule coffee maker, good bed. There is a great pleasure in such a room. However, the sound isolation zero, you hear the next room clicking the switch. The room is located in the center of the city, next to the station. This is due to the pluses and minus. Very noisy from the street, music is heard until 3 p.m. And the feature of this hotel is that the resepschen and the rooms are divided territorially. For me it was a quest to get into the room. All of this kind of concierge is necessary. Generally recommend.

Рядом с основными достопримечательностями. Тепло и комфортно, но в номере не работала розетка и сломана полка. Так же не было ключа, пришлось каждый раз пользоваться электронным доступом, что было проблемой при отсутствии интернета
It is still close to the train station, because there is no luggage, it takes about 10 minutes to walk, the hotel is quite satisfactory, that is, my room does not have a bathroom, it is public, although it is next to the room, but it is still a little scared at night, the location is very convenient, Close to the Diamond Palace and the castle

CClaiudiuGreat Value Stay with Character – Some Fixes Needed!! 8/10 !
This property offers a unique experience with its beautiful, historic setting near Bologna. The grand alley, antique decor, spacious living room, and modern touches like AC and smart TVs make it feel both classic and comfortable. Parking is easy, and the detailed directions are helpful—just make sure to complete online check-in to get all the access codes.
Pros:
• Peaceful location in nature, yet close to Bologna.
• Clean bedsheets, AC, and modern TVs.
• Impressive decor and spacious common areas.
• Plenty of parking space.
Cons:
• Room and bathroom doors are thin wood, noisy, and not well insulated.
• Bathroom shower door has water leakage issues, from bathroom to hallway to our bedroom—needs fixing.
• Beds are typical Tuscan style, not very stable but nice and new bed sheets!
• No mosquito nets, though AC keeps the room cool.
• Shared kitchen is downstairs; hair dryer didn’t fit any socket…
Overall, it’s one of the best stays in Tuscany at this price range. Just avoid bringing a sports car—the village roads are in very very poor condition.

ZZaraFireworksB&B without breakfast, super convenient to public transportations to most attractions and train station. Super friendly staff!
BUT it’s super noisy from Main Street, the place is opposite Bologna’s main hospital, and the walls are super thin…I hear my neighbors conversations, sneeze, cough, etc.
WiFi was unreliable. Gotta ask B&B staff to set up TV. Two nights without bath towels replacement, I got one body towel and one facial/hair towel for a triple room.
Bring high quality earplugs with you…it’s worse than Manhattan.
RATTURIA ”IL GUSTO DEL TEMPO” Nearby is amazing!
GGuyPleasant, quiet flat in Reggio Emilia, away from the town centre but within walking distance. The only issue we had was exiting the gate to the block of flats. You enter using a QR code provided, but the reader is on the outside and didn’t seem to work even when we leaned over on the day of our departure. I’m sure there must be a button to press to open the gate but never found it and did not see it referenced in the property instructions.
MMariia_We traveled as a group of three and stayed only one night in the apart hotel. We had some problems with entering the building (actual living house) cause of the system of check in: you need to call a number to open the door for the hall which was inconvenient for us because we didn’t buy the Italian SIM card. The room was clean and there were everything we needed
GGuest UserNice hotel in the middle of Ravenna. We had a family room no 7 and there was plenty of space for 4 of us.
Breakfast was yummy and plentiful. Lady was kind enough to give us some gluten free options for our daughter who is a celiac. The hotel also booked a taxi for us to Port Corsini and that was a smooth process. We really enjoyed our 1 night at the hotel.

GGuest UserExcellent location near the Duomo. The rooms are cozy and neat, facing a quiet street. The host speaks good English, and he is very nice and very patient. He shared a lot of information on tourist attractions and places to see. The hotel serves excellent breakfast for each guest in an amazing dining room (see pictures).

KKoray BekWe stayed at the 4 bed bungalows. That was very clean, well designed small “house” that was more then as I expected. Activities for young children (ours at the age 6) attract the little ones a lot. There are many available facilities for caravan owners and campers as well.
