I was treated well, as a guest, by caretaker mr. Vijay. Decent stay and food is available here. The area in general faces a bit of power cuts. They have reasonable backup. Other guest houses nearby have nice and small restaurants, which you may visit as well. And anytime during the day you may walk up to the mahabodhi temple, and experience the purity of atmosphere there. You will have to deposit your mobile outside the temple, and take a numbered token.

I looked online. Wasn’t looking for much since it was one night before we checked in at our hotel on fort myers beach. This hotel was awful, walked in and the smell was awful, the room looked run down and it wasn’t acceptable for even an overnight stay. There is a america’s best value inn a block away that we ended up staying there and the price comparable.

Prior to booking the room, the amenities clearly listed air conditioner, but when i booked it showed non-ac room. I called the hotel, and they asked for extra payment. I had to pay 400 extra for ac. At the reception they told me some other people had the same problem while booking. So, it's a regular thing they(the hotel) do to take extra cash from customers. Room was okay, i guess, but was not worth 1700.
