"Clean, hygienic, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The room itself was very spacious and bright. Downstairs, there's the TV Tower Night Market, and it's super close to many attractions, making getting around very convenient. The room felt cozy, spacious, and bright, with newer facilities that weren't old or outdated. Definitely recommend! There's also a parking lot nearby (P.S. it's a paid parking lot, but very convenient). With so many people in the summer, I was worried about finding parking, and we arrived quite late, but it was great – we parked right away. I had communicated with the host in advance, and they sent the parking location directly. After parking, it was just a short walk, as shown in their video. Check-in was smooth, and I'll definitely be back next time. Highly recommend!!!"

"A good hotel is key to a successful trip! This hotel is very close to Xinghai Square, and across the bridge is an amusement park. The paths are flat, perfect for strollers or 'baby walkers' (though the area right outside the hotel entrance has cobblestones, which can be a bit bumpy for strollers). The room environment is excellent. We are a family of five – four adults and one child – and stayed in the 'Star Blue' room, which was perfectly spacious. It had a 1.8m bed downstairs plus a tatami mat upstairs, and even a single sofa that could be used for sleeping. The space felt generous. There's also a private little courtyard where you can hang kids' clothes to dry (as long as it's not raining). The hotel has a laundry room with a dryer, so no more bringing dirty clothes home!"

Anonymous UserThe hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, with an abundance of takeout options nearby, making it super easy to explore all sorts of cuisines. It's incredibly convenient. The room itself is clean and tidy, well-equipped with amenities like a washing machine and kitchen. The decor is cozy and comfortable, and the bedding is so soft I slept like a baby. The bathroom has a great wet/dry separation, and the hot water supply is consistently stable. Outside the window, there's a stunning sea view with an expansive vista that just lifts your spirits. The service is attentive and thoughtful, making for a truly excellent stay. I've been here three or four times already, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

The room was spotlessly clean and the facilities were perfectly adequate. For this price, the value for money exceeded expectations. The owner was friendly and overall, the stay was comfortable and reassuring. It's perfect for a short trip.

I had a wonderful stay here! The hotel is charming, with clean and comfortable rooms, a great location very close to the walking street attractions, and very kind and helpful staff. I extended my stay twice! I highly recommend, and would love to stay again!

Guest UserCheck out the way, the sea view room has a very good view, the community is very large and the supporting facilities are very complete, there are many small supermarkets and small restaurants downstairs, the total height is 34, this is the 20th floor, the car in the community is not very good to park, the car skills are not good, don't drive into the community! The door of the community is the beach, convenient!

Guest UserI stayed in Dalian for three nights and chose Qing Song Ya Ju, which is right by Xinghai Square. It's only a few dozen meters from the sea, and Xinghai Square is a 10-minute walk away. The location is absolutely fantastic! 👍 I stayed in the Yuzhou room, and the view from the window overlooked the main section of Xinghai Bridge. When the lights came on, the scenery was incredibly beautiful. If you want a great view of the bridge, this is the room to pick. The hotel has been open for two years, and I was surprised by how spacious and clean the room was. As a picky Virgo, I can confirm the cleanliness was top-notch; my fellow clean-freak friends can book with confidence! 🥳 Finally, I have to mention the concierge. He was super thoughtful; seeing that we were hot and tired after exploring all evening, he even brought us ice-cold beers 🍻 – so nice!

Guest UserThe location was excellent, being right beside the Financial Centre metro station and in walking distance to the ShenYang North railway station.
It is also easy to walk to the one of the biggest morning markets if you just follow the GaoDe Map.
I also walked to the nearest museum as the roads are easy to walk.
Highly recommend this place for the location and the affordable room rate.
There are a lot of restaurants, mini-marts, fruit shops right below the house. There’s also a mall within walking distance. There’s even a small gym nearby if you really can’t do without gym.
There are 3 halal restaurants within 5min walk distance from the apartment.
The room I got was spacious and well designed in my opinion. The pillars are made into a full body mirror which came as a surprise to me. The room got all that I needed for my week-long stay.
The Internet wasn’t stable enough for video calls.
Bring some ear plugs cos the quality of the walls are really thin.
Service from the owner was professional and really prompt. This is critical in this line of business.
This owner’s apartments appear to be much more in demand. (I gave up on another apartment by another owner and came here instead. The other owner in another block was a complete disappointment. That’s why I was happy to have found such a professional owner.)
Overall, can’t ask for more with this apartment at this rate. Definitely beyond my expectation. 👍

Overall, it's pretty much like the pictures, just not quite as spacious as it appears. The location is super convenient; the subway station is just a few minutes' walk away, and there's a night market right downstairs, so food is easily accessible. The soundproofing from the windows is excellent, not noisy at all. The room also has a great, open view. The only downside is that showering isn't very convenient, as the hot water only lasts for about ten minutes or so. Apparently, all the water heaters in these apartments are like that, which is fine for a quick rinse in the summer. The furniture and facilities are a bit dated, and the cleanliness is just okay, but you get what you pay for. The main issue for me was the air freshener in the room; it really bothered me. My rhinitis makes me very sensitive to these kinds of scents, and I couldn't stand it at all. All in all, if you're looking for good value for money, it's a decent option.
