We were sad to leave here, which says a lot! Beautiful quaint hotel perfectly located for the historic town of Paraty, literally a 3 minute walk away! Our 2 rooms were in a separate building which shared a quiet, pretty courtyard area. Rooms were clean, spacious, well equipped with comfortable beds. The mini bar items were very reasonably priced. Breakfast was always delicious with a great selection of hot and cold items. We also really enjoyed the afternoon tea and again delicious cakes! Camilli , the manager, spoke excellent English and a positive guest experience was always her priority. The other hotel staff didn’t speak English but nowadays this isn’t a problem with Google translate and everyone was always super friendly! The main public area of the pousada with the pool, chill-out area and restaurant was so pretty and tranquil. It was a shame the pool wasn’t heated - my kids found it a little too cold for swimming but I think this is the norm in Brazil. My only very small negative was that we’d used the laundry service for a lot of items and it wasn’t until afterwards that I’d realised one of the items - brand new for the trip - hadn’t been returned to me (partly my fault for not checking through everything before check out). Camilli did try to arrange for it to be sent to our next destination but it was unfortunately too late. All in all, a super little pousada and I would 100% recommend a stay here.

Estadia agradável. Local com uma ótima infraestrutura, cama limpa e confortável. O ponto alto da hospedagem para mim foi a localização, onde conseguimos ir a pé para o centro de São Pedro da Serra, e ainda assim desfrutar de um sossego e calmaria sem igual. Café da manhã muito bom e com boas variedades. Alguns pontos importantes: chegamos no Resort no domingo, depois de um dia cansativo, alguns quartos ( em especial de frente para escada) são totalmente barulhentos, uma vez que a escada é de madeira e existe um fluxo de pessoas passando toda hora. Ou seja, não conseguimos descansar por conta do barulho intenso. Chegamos e nosso quarto não tinha toalhas, tivemos que ficar esperando para podermos tomar um banho. Durante a noite, até umas 22:30 tinham pessoas, que eu acredito ser donos do próprio estabelecimento, no restaurante fazendo bastante barulho com conversas e risadas altas demais, ao ponte de incomodar quem estava no local para descansar. Outro ponto é a manutenção dos quartos, que possuem uma estrutura legal, porém falta manutenção COM CERTEZA. A piscina é linda, mas a hidro aquecida estava com a água totalmente suja. Então, acho que falta só ajuste de manutenção. Recomendo e voltaria mais vezes.
