Phenomenal service from the entire staff. Very friendly, helpful and professional. Always doing their best to accommodate us despite the fact we cannot speak their language. Many associates can communicate with above average to very good English. Two meals from room service very good (1 western, 1 local) and reasonably priced for a hotel. There is a nice pool and spa. Pool can get quite busy and loud during certain afternoon/evening hours. The town is quiet by Vietnam standards and there were virtually no other westerners around so we stood out but mostly in a good way as people were so friendly and welcoming (although sometimes literally shocked to see us). The local food is also great with a market just a few minutes walk away across the bridge.

Clean accommodation. Restaurant breakfast. No other complaints. However, the location is ambiguous to move elsewhere and the transportation is a bit inconvenient

Les points positifs sont la vue de la ville par la grande fenêtre de la chambre. Le lit est confortable. L'hôtel est bien insonorisé, propre et récente. Les points négatifs sont, qu'il n'y a aucun meuble de rangement. Aucune pôle pour les serviettes humides après la douche. Le frigo est beau mais pas froid. L'air climatisé ėtait locked entre 23 et 25 degrés sans possibilité de règlage manuel. L'hôtel est moderne avec des contrôles électroniques qui lui donne un aspect de froideur et de distance d'avec la clientèle. La chambre ressemble à une chambre d'un hôpital. La douche et la toilette sont éclairés par une lumière de couleur violet qui fini par déranger la vue et notre confort visuel. Le staff de l'hôtel semble toujours très occupée devant leur cellulaire ou leur ordinateur et oublie leur source de revenus, la clientèle. L'hôtel à un thème pour attirer la jeunesse vietnamienne et est configurée comme une garderie .N'est pas adaptée pour une clientèle internationale ou familiale. Le personnel ne parle pas l'anglais même si l'hôtel prétend le contraire. Le personnel ne sourit pas, ne dit même pas bonjour, est insignifiant au même titre que l'hôtel. Le personnel est incompétent pour nous renseigner au sujet de la ville, les attraits, les transports et restaurants. L'hôtel est situé dans le quartier le moins intéressant de la ville et est un peu à l'écart et isolé. Le petit déjeuner est très décevant, des oeufs avec du pain ou une soupe. C'est hôtel n'est pas un 4 ėtoile et est beaucoup trop chère pour des services absents. Nous voyageons au Vietnam plusieurs mois par année et cet hôtel est le plus dispendieux de tous et le plus décevant de tous. Nous ne recommandons pas cet hôtel et nous ne rėserverons plus jamais un hõtel SOJO insignifiant.
