Kemer Homestays

Nous avons passé un peu moins d'une semaine dans le complexe Han-De Homes. Nous en avons été absolument ravis ! L'accueil a été très simple, très complet et très agréable, avec pleins de bons conseils dès l'arrivée. Le confort de l'appartement était vraiment génial. Très bien équipé, une climatisation qui marche à merveille, un séjour qui reste très grand même une fois les deux canapés convertis en lits. Et surtout : la terrasse qui donne directement sur la piscine ! Et quelle piscine : gigantesque pour les 24 (?) appartements du site. Du coup, on a toute la place pour s'ébattre sans gêner le voisin. Des chaises longues, tables et chaises sont à disposition. Il y a même des barbecues et une salle de sport que nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion d'essayer. Le tout semble quasiment neuf ! Aucun problème pour garer sa voiture, soit dans le parking intérieur, soit juste devant dans la rue. Le rapport qualité prix de ce complexe est juste incroyable ! (au point même que je me demande - réflexion toute personnelle - si ils rentabilisent leur investissement). Allez-y les yeux fermés !

We stayed 2 nights in a comfortable and big room with a balcony overlooking the garden. The garden is extensive (lots of pomegranate trees) but could use some trimming and tidying. The are many ducks and geese wandering around, which are cute and funny but which also make a mess with their droppings (so the paths could use more frequent hosing down). The place (consisting of several cottages (mostly with families/kids), a larger building with several rooms in it, and a sort of pavilion where b’fast is served) is a bit old and could use some updating. Our room upstairs in the biggest building had a big, fairly comfortable bed, mini-fridge, balcony, cupboard, desk/vanity area, and small bathroom. AC and Wifi worked fine. We used two of the bikes they offered, and rode them around town, and out to the Chimaera a short cycle out of town. The bikes were very old and in bad shape, but were ok for going around town and to the beach. Breakfast was pretty good, and included cake one day, and a hot (egg) dish the other. We enjoyed visiting Olympos ruins and the Chimaera, and swam late afternoon at Cirali beach, but found it a bit underwhelming with the stones, steep drop into the water, biting fish, and chairs placed quite far from the water. Highlights of our stay were dinners at Zakkum restaurant (recommended by Anatolia Resort manager – thank you), and a wonderful private snorkeling boat cruise one day with Captain Adem (whom we booked from the activities desk outside next to Zakkum restaurant).
