If you're on a budget and driving around Kota Kinabalu, then you can consider this hotel. Its quite far from the city and no facilities to offer. A good place to rest and discover shops here as there is quite a lot of restaurants once you walk out of the hotel. It also has Watson, karaoke pub, Chinese restaurant, Sin Kee Bak Kut Teh, Yees Yoghurt, Teppanya Cafe & Bar 333 and some others. The hotel is quite clean and room is spacious. The water pressure is strong which is something that I must have. A hotel I would recommend.

Depending on the next location you are heading to, otherwise this hotel is near to KKIA. Clean and spacious room with basic amenities. Spacious corridor to your room. Friendly and helpful service from hotel staffs. Sufficient eateries nearby as well as convenient stores. Overall, good stay and will definitely return for another stay.
