Siamo stati spostati all' arrivo del nostro soggiorno in questa pensione a nostra insaputa , inoltre questa costava meno rispetto a quella prenotata, ma non sapendo dove andare perché tutto pieno non abbiamo voluto battibeccare ,ma la cosa è stata abbastanza sconveniente, il tutto perché dove avevamo prenotato ci erano stati dei contrattempi tecnici a dirla loro , comunque la pensione è pulita e c'è tutto il necessario, purtroppo per tutti i 3 giorni non ci hanno cambiato gli asciugamani , né pulito la stanza ,solo rifatto alla meglio il letto ,ma potevano evitare anche questo, il posto è centralissimo punto a loro favore , la colazione è invece da farsi nella location prenotata in partenza ( ciò mi fa' presumere quindi che sia un gioco che fanno per riempire entrambe le strutture ma ribadisco che questa costa meno ), colazione per lo più salata ,non c'è frutta e di dolce solo pane e burro e marmellata. Altro punto a loro favore è sicuramente il prezzo a questo punto anche se io avrei gradito un rimborso del prezzo pagato in più.

The space has nothing to do with anything that anyone sees in the pictures. During my visit to the island, I tried to inform the owner of the cheek in the morning afterwards that he didn't answer and even did not bother to get back when I got his way back was unprofessional. I'm going into the room as my friend and I came on vacation and I saw a bruise in the bathroom inside the waist to have a wound a man will get stuck and nothing a pregnant woman. The eyes of the kitchen in the dirt you'll cook and say we'll get fire we won't get. On the balcony the window was patented because it had broken and there had to be a support because it couldn't close it. I'm not going to comment that the wall on the balcony had been painted for a few years may be a good argument... the sound isolation isn't there for no reason... the curtain in the bathroom is a filthy thing... just you see it and you say I'm stuck with anything. The air conditioner smells like a damn if the filter has ever been cleaned and it is also broken and dried. The rules and certification for covid 19 nowhere. The only positive woman who cleans the rooms you'll literally find no hair on the floor. I personally accepted the answer that I cannot change the room and that I am doing the whole story because I am a boy like my friend as my purpose was to ask for a reduction in money from what I was paying. I would suggest that everyone make a telephone booking or even if they go to the island without a booking and find themselves in this accommodation with health concerns to come and see before they make a booking. I had to spend three hours in the yelling because I made the mistake of booking and making a reservation medium.

Ci sono stato 2 settimane a giugno. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Ho soggiornato in un appartamento per 3 persone al secondo piano con una magnifica visuale su Skiathos città e mare. C'è l'essenziale per fare la colazione a livello di cucina. Il bagno pur essendo piccolo, ha un ampia doccia, anche se con tenda. Si riesce a lavarsi senza inondare la parte fuori dal piatto doccia. C'è sempre acqua calda e non esce la schiuma dal pozzetto del bagno (cosa piacevole e rara negli appartamenti economici in Grecia!). Vengono cambiate le lenzuola tutti i giorni, gli asciugamani ogni 3 giorni e le camere sono pulite quotidianamente. Ottimo livello di pulizia generale ed ambiente esterno ben curato. Il posto è tranquillo, lontano dal caos cittadino e dai rumori cittadini. Consiglio un mezzo proprio (auto, scooter, etc...) per raggiungere questi ”Studios”. Eleni ed il figlio sono sempre disponibili e gentili. Consigliato! I was there 2 weeks in June. Good value for money. I stayed in an apartment for 3 people on the second floor with a magnificent view of Skiathos town and sea. There is the essential thing for making breakfast at the kitchen level. The bathroom, although small, has a large shower, albeit with a curtain. You can wash yourself without flooding the area outside the shower tray. There is always hot water and no foam comes out of the bathroom well (which is pleasant and rare in cheap apartments in Greece!). Sheets are changed every day, towels every 3 days and the rooms are cleaned daily. Excellent level of general cleanliness and well-kept external environment. The place is quiet, away from the city chaos and city noise. I recommend having your own transport (car, scooters, etc...) to reach these ”Studios”. Eleni and her son are always available and kind. Recommended!

The property and the rooms are very clean and well maintained. We had a deluxe double which had the benefit of a balcony with what I would describe as a side sea view. The balcony itself looks out directly onto the school playground. The bed was comfortable and the room had a fridge which was also useful. The bathroom was decent albeit the shower was very small indeed. However it was powerful and hot water was in plentiful supply. The location is great. It’s practically opposite the bus terminal in town at the New Port. Within minutes of all the bars, restaurants and shops. There are quite a few steps to get the the property but we knew this before we booked. Also, the communications with the owner were great. We couldn’t get our air con to work when we arrived and she was on the phone straight away and couldn’t do more to help. The keyless entry is a good idea and worked well on the main door. However for the rooms it was a bit hit and miss and sometimes took 3 or 4 attempts before it would let you in. Overall a really good centrally located accommodation which was perfect for what we wanted on our 4 day stay in Skiathos Town.

La struttura è pulita, lenzuola pulite e nessun cattivo odore come ho letto in qualche recensione. Non seguite il navigatore perché vi fa fare una scalinata assurda, informatevi prima sul percorso. La signora Adonía gentile disponibile e sempre sorridente. La colazione ha pane, torta, affettati, yogurt greco, pomodori, cetrioli, olive ecc. Appena ti alzi puliscono il tavolino. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Dimenticavo, nell'armadio c'è anche il phon, in camera frigobar, wi-fi e televisore. Anche un balcone con sedie e tavolino. Abbiamo soggiornato nella stanza 24
