We had expected more than we received at this hotel so ended up very disappointed ! Came for our wedding anniversary which is why we came at this time of year The suite itself was lovely but that’s where it stopped! Having booked a suite with patio access onto a secluded pool for these suites our patio area got no sun at all and we the couldn’t access other sunbeds as allocated numbers to other suites! Having asked at reception re room.. poor response to our request .. bit like lump it or like it !! So unless we went to the main pool where we are with children squealing we had no sun for our personal loungers all day .. so why come to enjoy the sun in a personal area !!! The food has been abysmal with variations / choices especially at lunch times being poor it appears to be end of season so fewer choices but temperature of food is poor so personally I have had a tummy bug for the first few days here and food is just about lukewarm warm which will breed bugs ! Desserts salad and bread plentiful but not much else in choices across the stay Lovely area with stunning views All in all … 5 star definitely not ! Poor quality food Poor quality housekeeping Poor access to sun from suite Great staff which this resort need to commend Would we come back … NO

I put on the hard that doesn't interest the stars but the essence of the hotel .... unique and incomparable. Non-sized room with view of the islands of Diaparosca pic on the sea and with available a beach with private access. The hotel is located in the centre of the city, and the hotel is located in the centre of the city. If we want some defects there is ....zanzare here of early breakfast and a little tight breakfast room. Even breakfast time a little late if you want to rent a boat. Car is essential because it is far from the street and it is not easy to find it. But sunset and dawn Ve.... everything. nice and friendly staff and especially .....ci has provided road for Nespresso .....for us Italian coffee-mans is a must.

We are relatively regular guests in Ekies restaurant and we usually come with friends and family. Taverna Project menu provides light and tasty food options and we enjoy thick shades under the sun shade canopies. However, we were deeply disappointed by appalling service by Marina. She wanted to sit our party of 10 at a table for 6. When we refused and proceeded to sit on a set of 2 smaller tables under the tree top bar, she refused to serve us and was extremely impolite. We then asked her to find us seating for 10 people but she said that we can only sit at that table for 6 people. Luckily, Osia came to rescue and seated us where we wanted. Adonis served us further and everything was good from then on. It is unimaginable to us that a 4/5* hotel employs someone so unprofessional like Marina. This was the second time she treated us like this. We thought the first time that Marina just had a bad day. But her behaviour during our last visit convinced us otherwise. Treating guests who leave €350+ in a 1-hour visit in an arrogant and angry way can be detrimental for the hotel’s business and reputation and it’s just not cool and pleasant. We urge the management to deal with Marina appropriately and protect their business and their guests from angry tantrums of this employee.

Lovely hotel well equipped. Bedroom had kettle with tea and coffee items. Bathroom had a bath with shower and soap conditioner shower gel. Also a retractable clothes line if needed. 2 large wardrobes one had safe in it. Robes and slippers provided. I had booked a sea or marina view and got sea view room. Which also looked out over the swimming pools. Large bed which was extremely comfortable nice and firm. Table with 1 chair. Dressing unit had large puffer. Large patio with small table and 2 chairs. I opted for all inclusive food package and pleased I did. Had option to dine for 3 lactate meals, could be taken for lunch or dinner. This also gave me large water in room on daily basis. Food for buffet service I found good choice although it was never hot. For me that was perfect. Staff all friendly and helpful especially the waiting teams and guest customer service. Room cleaned daily and no issues on standards. As it was last week a lot of shops closed and also some bars and restaurant’s which was slightly dissapointing. Had thought as at Marina that lot more to see again closed. Great short walks around easy to get into town and water taxi reasonable at 4euro each way.
