Very good hotel. Cozy and modern. Room absolutely Amazing! Clean, tea and coffee very tasty, teapot and coffee machine in room. Free shuttle from airport.

From the welcome gluwein drink to the comfortable, clean, and spacious gathering place, the Moxy is a millennial’s dream location. Numerous gathering places are available for group conversation, group computer space, sitting areas filled with character and easy humor. The well-equipped casual bar served both food and beverages. My husband and I enjoyed the Nurnberger sausages and sauerkraut with a local beer. A fitness center was available and space for meetings. The rooms were clean, modern, and equipped with indirect and motion-activated lighting. Transportation to and from the airport is easy with shuttle service.

I was in Germany for a meeting and stayed here last night before I fly back home today. It's an airport hotel with a shuttle (more on that below). We arrived back in Frankfurt via the train and made our way to the hotel shuttle pickup in front of Terminal 1B. The sign that lists the hotels that pick up there make not mention of the Vienna house. After a little while, I call the hotel to make sure this is where we are supposed to pick up the shuttle. After 5 calls, the desk picks up and we determine that this is where we are supposed to be. We get to the hotel and go to check in. There are three people/groups trying to check in, and it's not going well. It took us 20 minutes to check in for our reserved hotel room, which is hard to understand. I ask what time we should catch the shuttle in the morning if we want to bet at the airport at 8:30 and the desk clerk just points to a sign on the desk with the shuttle times. We get to our room, which is standing open(?). The queen bed isn't made and has two twin duvets sitting folded on the bed. Okay, I guess this is a DIY project. We go into the bathroom (and I have attached pictures), which clearly has been recently remodeled. The only towel rack is IN the shower. The rest of the towels are sitting on the sink. There's no place to hang our toiletry bag and no place to set toiletries on the sink. The shower is less than 2 feet deep, so when you are showering, there is no way to shower without literally standing in the shower curtain, water getting all over the bathroom (okay, their problem, not mine). Though lacking air conditioning, the room was clean. At this point the hotel would get 3 stars; I'm being generous. We check out and head out to catch the shuttle. The driver eventually pulls up and asks for our ticket (?!?). We explain that last night we just showed our reservation. He says no, we have to have a ticket. We run the hundred yards+ back to the hotel (no the shuttle doesn't pick up in front of the hotel) and to the desk. I tell the them that the driver is demanding a ticket, which until that point no one mentioned. I was told I have to pay for tickets on the shuttle, at which point I say that the reservation that I have says it comes with a free shuttle to the airport. The person at the desk says, no the shuttle from the airport is free, but you have to pay for the shuttle to the airport. I'm not buying this and say no one has mentioned this before, at which point she hands me two tickets to get on the shuttle and I run back and jump on the overpacked shuttle to get to the airport. I have extensively travelled both personally and professionally over the years and this is far and a away the biggest shakedown attempt I have ever experienced. I definitely did not expect it at an airport hotel in Frankfurt owned by Wyndham.

God service at the hotel. On weekends quiet and no much noice. Room is separated by two doors what makes less distraction and no sound from corridors. Lidl shop just 2 min walk. Check airport-hotel shuttle but time. It can change. At my arrivals it only operate morning and afternoon. During the day by taxi. Taxi 18 euro.

An excellent hotel for spending time and stopping or relaxing. I stayed because on the way out I visited the Congresium Center, which is only a 10-minute walk to the hotel. And planes fly low over this area. The restaurant has a robot that collects plates, and they also make their own beer. A very cool room, clean and a bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer, but there was no toothbrush and toothpaste, as stated in the description. And excellent service and excellent cuisine.

After a long time I was back in Kelsterbach area at my usual Ibis Frankfurt Airport and Voila .... on my way to Ibis on the shuttle bus from Frankfurt Airport I see this sign in German ” Indisches Restaurant in Kelsterbach” and I was like ” WOW” .... there you are after staying here for about 7 years pre-pandemic and having almost no options to eat i am here ... back after a 3 year gap forced by the pandmeic and there is this Indian Restaurant .... which is actually a part of this Sunset Hotel in Kelsterbach .. I have been eating all thru my stay as this is open only for Dinner 5 pm to 9 pm as the timig says on the door .... great Indian food so far all 4 days i have been eating different dishes from the not so big menu .... tastes nice , their indian breads are also well done much better than the typical Indian restaurants in Europe serve ... I would just say ” they stay for a long time here ” all the good luck to the gentleman who runs this place and also kudos to the person who owns this property and have envisioned having an Indian restaurant of out of all the choices .... I would suggest one and all to visit this place when you are around Frankfurt Airport and enjoy the food ...... without any hesitation from my experience . Upon arrival the Receptionist was very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. I was placed in a room on Ground Level, facing their little Garden Area. The Room was very big, clean and allowed to be able to open the window, roll down the shutters for more privacy and allowed for outdoor seating. The bed was a Kingsize Bed and they also had a sofa Chair in there which could be rolled out for additional sleeping. They do offer breakfast at the location from 7am until 9am, which consists of fresh breads, rolls, assorted cheese, german meats, eggs, jelly, etc. Very nice and delicious and costs 16 Euros per person per day. The only issue I had with the Hotel is the Bed. It was hard as a rock, not kidding. I used the provided blanket to sleep on, but could not. It was still very hard. So, the first night I sat up in the bed against the pillow and was only able to doze off for a little at a time, but could not fully sleep and was cold as there was not additional blanket for me to use to cover myself. The next day I requested another blanket and was provided one, but even so I now had 2 blankets to sleep on, the bed was still way to hard and again, I was cold for most of the night because I had nothing to cover myself with. Based on that experience I cannot recommend the Hotel, unless you like to sleep on Cement.
