This is the most satisfying hotel in Perth for two weeks! The door is written ”Please ring the doorbell” and the spacious parking space, which makes people feel a sense of intimacy without entering the door. The public areas, kitchen facilities, bedrooms, tea rooms, balcony, lawn... are all organized and clean, so that I can feel the taste of ”home” in a foreign country! The store's service is also very intimate. Due to the tiredness of the journey, the lymph nodes are swollen and the gums are inflamed. They provided me with analgesic anti-inflammatory drugs in time, which relieved my pain and made my follow-up journey worry-free. I was a little embarrassed to check out today and send a gift. In the future, I will share my personal experience with friends who like to travel. If you come to Western Australia, don't miss the ”Sunshine Little Cockroaches”! Here, you can do what you want to eat yourself.

Arrived in Perth on 24 January 2023 and had this accommodation booked for just 6 days out of our 39 day trip to Oz. Had we realised just how beautiful this place was we think we would have stayed here for the entire trip. What fantastic hosts Kyle and Jodi are and don’t forget little Billy the dog. The rooms are spacious with air condition, the kitchen has everything you need and outside is relaxing to sit and chat with other residents. What a welcome to Australia. Hope the rest of our accommodation matches up to this

The location was great. We were there for 1 night as we had an appointment at the Fremantle hospital and we live in the country. Upon arriving the Down under room seemed spacious and tidy. We soon found the room was very smelly of sewerage, the air conditioner was dripping water all over the floor, so we turned it off. No opening windows to let fresh air in, the microwave had huge rust spots and food splattered on the inside of it, the shower was inside a very high bath and I have had a knee replacement so it was difficult to get in and out, we could hear people having full conversations on the floor above and walking up and down stairs and creaking floorboards. We had no power to make coffee or dry my hair in the morning as the PowerPoints didn’t work. People were building right next the bedroom so had a nail gun going off from 7:30am. Overall it wasn’t somewhere I would stay again or recommend. When we let the girl at the office know she just said “it’s on the list”. Sorry not the right attitude for this business. Definitely not worth the money.
JJIANZHONGThe parking fee is 40 yuan more than the urban area. It is free here. There are two separate rooms, a single bed, each bed is 1.4 wide, and it can actually accommodate 4 people. It also has a kitchen, which is very convenient to cook by yourself, and a small living room. There is no washing machine. This is not perfect. It takes only half an hour to go to the city. Parent-child travel and driving are a good choice.
SSimran122334We had a booked in advance a couple weeks ago and my partner and I arrived at the house a couple of hours after the check-in date. We rang the doorbell and while waiting several minutes outside for someone to let us in we get a call from the house (we were standing outside in the cold I don't know why they wouldn't let us in?) and they told us that due to some hygiene reason we couldn't stay in our room that night. I offered to come in later but they flat out said no to that. It was very inconvenient as it was a late Saturday afternoon and they hadn't even bothered to contact us before we reached the location. The person on the phone was good enough to offer to book another place to stay nearby but it was all done on the phone and was quite confusing and honestly very frustrating. If I hadn't arrived at that time I would have checked-in much later and would have possibly not been able to book anywhere close-by making this a huge inconvenience. This could have been saved if they had just called us earlier.
Planned on 2 night stay but extended one extra night due to needing repairs on the car. Even allowed us to store the van in the morning while our car was being repaired. Excellent service. The park was mainly permanent sites but still plenty of room for the holiday makers, bit of a change from your usual 6am car door slammers, you know the ones with 10 car doors, that you normally get at the holiday type caravan parks.
RRyLeah ColleyLocation was spot on as its in the heart of FreoLoved the Medieva/Gothic vibe type of this B&B accomodation. Bfast provided was OK for the price
OverAll cleanliness could be improved as there was a crawling insect when about to sleep at night (could have been when balcony was opened by us). Aircon is not really working Cold.
Will still surely recommends!
My wife and I have stayed here on several occasions throughout the years and each time we have found the owner to be very helpful and obliging and the premises to be spotlessly clean. The chalets are very comfortable and have all the amenities required. The natural bush setting is a bonus. Highly recommended.
GGuest UserWe stayed here for 4 nights in a 1 bedroom cabin. This is an older park which is well-maintained and set well away from busy roads. The cabin was very clean with all cooking facilities and plenty of room. Very friendly and helpful staff. The laundry was small and could do with a bit of an improvement. Park is in a good location to go exploring the many sites that are on offer. We were able to drive to the train station ( about 10 Minute drive ) to get into CBD. Good value for money.
We and our friends stayed for 4 nights on powered sites in your park in May. It is a lovely well maintained park with good access to public transport. However there is a BUT coming. There was an intensely strong smell of sewage around our site, so bad at times we could not sit outside. This made enjoying the wild life and surroundings impossible. When I reported this,I was told it was due to the dump point. NO it was due to the sesspool behind the bins. No odour from the dump point. Our friends on the opposite side of the park, a long way from this area could also smell sewage. Upon speaking with our neighbour,a permanent, she said she had reported it several times. The Wifi is severely limited.I used it for about 2 hours, when we arrived to see what Perth city had to offer and check public transport timetables. The next morning when trying to log on I found that apparently I had used my 4 days worth of free WiFi but there was an option to buy more. Not on our whole 6 weeks on the road has this occurred in places where WiFi was readily available. If you can't get in a capital city, where else could you?
AaguiniI always booked here for husband cause close to the airport then easy to take bus back to airpor... Though sometimes the services not helpful but so far ok lol
