The booking process was easy and had been prepaid. Upon arrival, the staff was friendly and efficient. It’s easy to find in a good location close to our favorite place to eat while we are in Liberal. The room was clean, comfortable bed and easy to adjust the temperature to your liking. The only issue was the toilet paper holder was loose and trying to come off the wall.

This hotel was decent. The floors turned our feet black, but the rest of the room seemed clean. It is a basic hotel and we were able to sleep, but I wouldn’t stay here again for amenities or location.
We have stayed here several times, and always receive friendly service. The queen room was smaller than the rooms we’ve stayed in with a king or 2 queens, but we don’t need that much room. It took us a little while to figure out how to switch from air to heat. I like that they have bottles for hand soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
The bar area is nice with happy hour specials. The chicken wings and cheese cake were good.
When we left the parking garage & submitted our validated ticket, it was rejected, but this was quickly resolved.
MMichelle EveattThe hotel was clean and staff were friendly. However, there was nothing but ice as far as amenities go. The snack station was there, but there was nothing in it to buy. There were no vending machines. The included breakfast was a few prepackaged muffins and nutrigrain bars, coffee and juice.
I have attached pictures of the room. Door frames were completely broken. Door would hardly open or shut. The toilet seat was broken, the exhaust fan was hanging from the ceiling in the bathroom, and the smoke detector was hanging by the wires. The shower would not turn off if you tried to take a bath, and the plug did not work to keep the water in the tub when attempting to take a bath.
Most of these issues are routine maintenance items. For $87.14, I would at least except a well maintained hotel room. Room 118 was not that room.

GGuest UserCame here with my husband and 2 kids for a sporting KC game. Location was great. Breakfast was probably the best part of the hotel. It’s not fancy by any means and I wouldn’t pay any more than I did to stay here again per night. Cleanliness was good. Front desk lady was nice when we arrived and saw her later to get some snacks and she just seemed exhausted, over the day, and a little annoyed. We stayed in the handicap room because it was all they had left even though I booked a week in advance. The room was fine but the patio/back door was right outside our room and all we could hear all night and morning was people going in and out and kids screaming and slamming doors in and out for hours. The pool looked nice but we didn’t get a chance to check it out. Overall it was a good stay and I would stay again at this price for what we got and just request a different room.
GGuest UserAll and all, the hotel in general and the room in particular were very adequate. The room was very clean, no unpleasant odors, nor any loud noises from the adjacent rooms. However, there was an unusual phenomenon with our room; that being the view from our window. Low and behold upon drawing back the drapes, we were greeted with a parade of toilets, not to mention old mattresses off to the side, all in full view. WOW . . . very unexpected, to say the least. Additionally, although the hotel advertised having a swimming pool, which it did have, it failed to mention that the pool was empty. Not so much as a drop of water to get the bottom of your feet wet [don't be fooled by the deceptive 2-tone colors; there's no actual water there]. That being said, the hotel staff were pleasant, helpful, and accommodating at needed.
GGuest UserEverything was excellent. Staff, cleanliness, the room. I was surprised that there was a kitchenette with dishes. There was not a view of the river, but the nearby arena shot off fireworks and I could see those from the room! There's a coffeeshop across the parking lot, though it wasn't needed since there's coffee available in the lobby. The breakfast included hot food items and several toppings like nuts and berries for either oatmeal or yogurt. Parking was very easy. It has a pool right off the elevator. The alarm clock was easier to set than most. The mattress was very soft. I like the rug under the sofa, which I believe is intended for dogs and would be easily washable. The TV had free Showtime. I would stay there again.
GGinnyThe hotel is being upgraded and will be very nice when finished. Our room was newly done & very nice but not complete. Missing the closet by the door, only had 1 tiny garbage can and some of the towels were threadbare with some holes. None of those mad the stay poor!
We made the reservation online & was not refundable. My problem is there was no mention that neither the pool nor the hot tub were usable! It wasn’t even mentioned when we checked in. There was just a sign on the pool room door.
Breakfast was good but coffee machine was broken 😞
We would stay again but only after calling to see if the pool was open (I was looking forward to that 😞)
GGuest UserLocation is really solid, with some decent dining across the street. Rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. Staff was friendly and professional, but I got a weird vibe from them. Not sure what that was about. Thiis hotel chain definitely cuts costs when it comes to things like soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and other room amenities. That all felt super cheap. Breakfast was acceptable. Not a lot of options. Waffles were good, eggs were passable, sausage was standard. I'd not want to eat it for more than two days in a row, but it hit the spot for what it was. Wouldn't avoid in the future, but certainly not memorable.
GGuest UserThe queen bed was pretty comfortable, clean sheets, however the lighting was average and the bathroom smelled like smoke in a non smoking room. The floor was uneven on the first floor not great carpet and a little dated. I only stayed one night so it was okay.. Tv, microwave and refrigerator were decent. I didn't have the breakfast, but it did smell good. Location was close to K State, however the surroundings were old rundown buildings and vacant storage. Lighting outside was bright at night so that was good. Overall average stay. Front desk staff were nice but check in did take a while.
