This is a very new hotel with excellent facilities and is located close to the beach. It has both an outdoor and indoor pool. The Turkish bath also has private rooms.
There's a highly-rated seafood restaurant at the hotel entrance, but it's quite expensive. There's also a Western restaurant on the first floor, which is reasonably priced.
For fish, I recommend heading to the beach, where there are many good value restaurants.
PS: Booking through Ctrip is at least 250 RMB cheaper than booking in person. It's incredible!

We had a wonderful stay at Avangarde Ilayda! Everything was perfect—the location, service, and especially our room, which was spacious, beautifully designed, and truly amazing. It felt luxurious and comfortable in every way.
However, the only downside was that there was no shampoo or conditioner in the dispenser. I requested it from the reception multiple times, but unfortunately, they kept forgetting to bring it, which was a bit disappointing. 🥲
Aside from that small hiccup, everything else exceeded our expectations. Would still recommend the hotel and would love to come back!

Let me start with some positives - First the staff are friendly and attentive. The beach area is great with a nice bar. The location is easy to find opposite the Zeus cave entrance, and has a dolmus (minibus) that goes to kusadasi ever 30-40mins (cost 46tl (2024)). The cake selection is good as well, they may have someone who specialises in desserts on site.
The negatives
- The drink sizes are tiny, seriously tiny small plastic cups which I understand is to reduce wastage but as a guest I don't want to visit the bar area 2-3 times to quench my thirst. Note beer sizes appear decent so if you don't drink alcohol don't bother with here.
- food wish alot the dishes are the same day in day out, I liked a few but still variety keeps customers happy.
- entertainment is focused couples and the same thing over and over so lack variety here too. The staff truly do try.
Overall I had more expectations, the hotel most probably needs better management as the staff appear eager to help.

nsanganeeOne of the best hotels that we have stayed in. I really wished I had booked the sea facing room as the property has great balcony space for people to enjoy.
The lounge is awesome and they have happy hours twice in a day.
It's also close to first part of the markets with many restaurants easily accessible by foot.
There is also an awesome Gym with a beautiful Hamam. We enjoyed the Hamam space that is so beautifully done.
The breakfast spread is humongous and they have multiple fresh hot counters. They also have Starbucks onsite.
I would come back for sure

Checked in at dusk, and was shocked by the sunset over the sea outside the floor-to-ceiling balcony as soon as I entered the door. Very beautiful sea view. The hotel service is good and the facilities are complete. There are kettles, toothbrushes, etc. The room is large and the bedding is comfortable. It is the most satisfactory hotel in the four-day trip to Türkiye.

GastroteurThe hotel is on the top of the hill, so the view to the Kusadasi bay is amazing. It is 7 minutes walk to the city center where there is all restaurants, bars and shops are located. Going back to hotel you need to walk up the hill, a liitle sports required, but its not so bad. There is a Migros convenient store nearby the hotel which is open till 23:00.. Also nearby shops for small food and drinks. You can also enter the sea from Kusadasi centet beach, which is 10 minites away from hotel.

Very good vacation hotel in Kusadasi, with good sea view overseeing the Aegean Sea. Good restaurant for breakfast and viewing the sunset prior to having a decent dinner. Also facilitating a nice spa with Turkish bath and massage. Staff are all hospitable. Good hotel to stay in Kusadasi.

Great marina view and clean rooms, though facilities are a bit dated and the music at night can be noisy. The real gem here is Toprak at reception—the only staff in our 9 days across Turkey who truly delivered genuine hospitality. Thanks to him, our stay felt much better than average.

First, I must mention the lack of cleanliness at the hotel. My bed, in room 301 was infested with bed bugs, and could not sleep most nights due to being bitten all night long. The carpet in the corridors, which wasn’t even gotten properly, was filthy.

Guest UserVery large rooms, very friendly staff, generally clean, although, as with many hotels, the silicone in the bathroom needs replacing. The toilet brush is very old, and there's a lot of limescale in the bathroom.
Breakfast is very fresh and delicious. The pool is clean. Beautiful view. I would come again.
