Anonymous UserIt was a comfortable stay and better what we thought it would be. The hotel also had a gym with sauna which was a bonus!
The location is good and right beside a mall as well as shops and cafes all around. It is also quite near the bus stop. The receptionists were also really helpful and nice. They also have a luggage storage room at the side to keep after checkout.

Dive travelerThe hotel is good considering the moderate pricing for Sweden, breakfast is also nice and offers multiple choices! The hotel combines a building of the 1980irs with some of middle age. The hotel has a a parking lot in an underground garage, but although directly under the hotel the elevator does not reach to the parking lot and you need to take the stairs from the lobby. The parking fee is 200 Crowns and it adds substantially to the moderate pricing! The room was pretty large but only had dim light. Unfortunately, the heating control did not work properly. The radiator was all time cold and when we told the reception they said it’s because of the old building. However, they brought us an electrical fan. After some time of using it the fuse was blown up. I didn’t want to complain any more… I think the hotel needs to fix something for guests in the winter time!

Anonymous UserFirst off, the room was really spacious, and the facilities were decent, especially for the price in Europe, which made it excellent value for money. The front desk staff were also quite good, and the location was truly fantastic.
However, what really soured my stay was after my friend and I had showered, someone suddenly opened our door with a key card. Luckily, it was another woman, but it happened because the front desk made a mistake. As my English isn't great, I didn't see any acknowledgement from the front desk when I went down that evening. Later, Ctrip customer service intervened and we received 200 yuan in compensation. Still, it wasn't a good solution for the panic we felt that night.
Aside from that, everything else was fine. I just hope something like this doesn't happen again in the future.

Second stay at this hotel. Twin room was very dark with very high heavy curtains that couldn’t fully be opened. Very small bathroom with a side drain that overflowed on to the floor. Food was good, especially breakfast

The hotel is in perfect location. Very clean and stuff very polite and kind.
We have booked deluxe room sea view because of the full window sea view everyone is talking about but we were disappointed with what we got, since the majority of the view at the sea side was wall (picture attached). No beauty kit is included (cap…)
Breakfast area has great view of the city, during the weekend is so busy and pretty tiny and needs reservation , the breakfast choice is nice. During workdays when there is no crowd and is so nice and calm.
Anyhow nice hotel but i had higher expectation of the room chosen.

Hotel is located right at the beach and the harbour, location is great to explore Båstad.
The restaurant offers a good breakfast selection and enough seating opportunities.
The hotel is spread over different buildings and separated by a small road.
The room is very small and the bathroom even smaller. No amenities are prepared in the room. If you want to use the Spa area it comes at an extra charge.
The cleanliness in the room was bad. Dead mosquito on the ceiling, dust and hair in the bathroom.
Must be improved at this price point and positioning of the hotel.

I came to Malmö to watch a match. The location is great, right next to the train and bus stations.
There are 24-hour fast food restaurants and large shopping malls nearby. The breakfast was good.
The room was clean, but like most 3-4 star hotels in Europe, it didn't have amenities like toothpaste, toothbrushes, or slippers. There was no housekeeping during my stay, and towels and tissues were in short supply; I had to get them from the lobby.

Guest UserIt's been over a month since my stay, but it left such an impression that I still wanted to leave a review.
We arrived in Malmö early in the morning, and it wasn't a long walk from the train station, even with luggage and kids in tow. The handsome and friendly Melvin at the front desk was a gem and let us check in right away. After a long night of travel, it was a relief to be able to rest before heading out to explore.
Our room was on a higher floor. While catching the sunrise in summer Malmö wasn't really possible, the sunset views from the room were absolutely beautiful.
Besides the complimentary snacks, tea bags, and coffee, they even had red wine! Too bad we don't drink; otherwise, it would have been lovely to enjoy a glass or two while watching the sunset.
Malmö isn't very big, so it was super convenient to walk everywhere.
We had an early flight, so we didn't get to experience the breakfast.
