"The hotel is comfortable and generally good value for money. Room was big and the bedding was very good. The bathroom was a bit old and sometimes had a pipes smell which was unpleasant. The downside is really the location - Al Bat’ha neighborhood is very bad, lots of trash and old buildings, streets are packed with immigrant workers strolling around. Not a very nice place to be in."

"The Four Seasons Riyadh, which was renovated in 2024, has a good aesthetic and there is nothing to complain about the stay experience. The view from the Kingdom Center is a great place to enjoy the sunset every day. The shopping mall downstairs is also under renovation, so it is not very convenient to visit for the time being. It is worth mentioning that the gym is huge, with a full range of equipment for every subdivision."

"The hotel is wonderful, including the staff's service and the location. I found that in some rooms, a disturbing pump noise was clearly audible, but the issue was resolved by changing to another room, for which I am grateful. My only minor comment is that I hope attention will be paid to checking the room before handing it over to the guest. I found the room without towels and had to contact reception three times to send them. Despite that, I waited about 45 minutes, and the towels didn't arrive until I left the room and looked for a staff member in the hallways, where I found someone who brought them to me. This was certainly surprising, but I trust it was an isolated incident. Therefore, I say that the hotel is wonderful, and I will definitely stay there again whenever I visit Riyadh, God willing."

"As you can see from my booking, I had reserved a room with a double bed. However, upon arrival, I was informed that all of those rooms were “occupied” so I was given a room with two single beds pushed together instead. It felt quite unprofessional, but I decided to let it go.
The housekeeping staff were excellent, and the hotel was kept very clean. However, the reception team could have been more welcoming and helpful. The hotel also lacks some of the basic amenities you’d typically expect. The bathroom only had a single body wash for everything, with no separate shampoo or conditioner. Other essentials, such as combs, were also unavailable.
I stayed on the fifth floor, and the soundproofing was poor. I could hear families and other guests throughout the night, which was quite disruptive, especially since I had an early flight the next morning.
Overall, the hotel is clean, comfortable, and suitable for travelers looking for a simple place to stay. However, there are definitely areas where the guest experience could be improved."

There is a luxurious and colorful shopping mall next to it. The whole hotel is also very luxurious, modern and elegant with gold glittering. The gym is great, and the view is very wide when you get up in the morning to exercise. The swimming pool is also beautiful.

Check-in & Reception:
Unfortunately, my arrival experience was disappointing. I arrived at 4:15 PM, when check-in should have been straightforward. The hotel uses a system where the room access code is sent via SMS, but I did not receive it until after 5:00 PM, leaving me waiting unnecessarily. Although I expressed my concern to the receptionist, the situation was greatly improved by the kindness and professionalism of the staff supervisor, an Egyptian lady, who kindly assisted me in accessing my room while I was waiting for the code. Thank you to her for the excellent customer service.
Another issue was that the receptionist spent most of the time talking on his mobile phone. In my opinion, guests standing at the reception desk should always receive full attention before personal phone conversations. This is a basic principle of customer service.
Room:
The room was clean and well-maintained. While I didn’t feel that the flooring design matched the atmosphere of a boutique hotel, the overall décor was pleasant. I also appreciated the coffee machine, the large TV, the comfortable room size, and the well-designed bathroom.
Location:
The location is one of the hotel’s strengths. It is situated in the northern part of Riyadh and is only about 11 minutes from King Khalid International Airport, which makes it very convenient for travelers.
Overall:
The hotel has good potential thanks to its clean rooms, convenient location, and some thoughtful in-room amenities. However, the check-in process and front desk service need significant improvement to provide guests with the smooth experience they expect.

TTONGThe hotel is located in the north of Riyadh, the new district, like the development zones of some cities in China. There will be a king's financial district and many high-rise buildings under construction in the urban area. It only takes 15 minutes to get to the airport. But it is a bit far from the old town. The facilities of the hotel are very good, especially with a bathtub. There are no bathtubs in many international brand hotels in this desert city. The hotel's restaurant is also very good, the food and taste are very much like, the buffet has a lot of precious fruits, value for money.

Kim, in particular, truly stood out. She was cheerful, warm, and very thoughtful, and even took the initiative to help my husband and me take beautiful photos, which meant so much to us. Her genuine care and positive energy made our experience feel personal rather than routine.

The bed and pillows were quite comfortable. However, there were visible stains on the pillows, and I broke out in a rash the next day. The room's design is elegant, and the colors are soothing, as are the underground parking facilities. We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel… However, perfection is only for God. We did not receive cooperation from the reception staff (Khaled) upon arrival: there was a delay in check-in because he was explaining the hotel facilities to another guest. When it was our turn to check in, he didn't provide any of the explanations he gave the other guest. Additionally, I arrived at 4 PM in the afternoon, and he didn't offer me a late check-out for the next day, insisting on 12 PM or asking me to follow up with reception the next day. The next day, check-out was extended to 1:30 PM in the hot summer weather, with no further comments from them. Personally, I would not want to stay here again because an inanimate object would have been more helpful and pleasant to deal with than a human.
