"We booked a triple room 3 beds last min with late bird price. However they gave us double room 2 beds. It's on the 1st floor just next to tennis court which is quite noisy. It's 31 degree F, no air conditioner. Only 1 tiny window can be opened for fresh air but its facing a foot path with many guests access to the indoor pool, gym...etc. Not enough privacy. Location is ok as many small supermarkets, restaurants and bus stops near by within walking distance. Hotel facilities are good for the price."

"It's perfect for this price category. A great breakfast for the 3 star hotel. A kitchen where you can cook a delicious dinner from fine food. Strong extract, no smell, even if you give yourself a fish Balcony with a chic view, on which it is wonderful to go with a sea view and a shining fire Mount Monte. . Cleaning every day. The area is beautiful. Down on the street-promenade along the ocean, a chic huge supermarket, green, cafes.. Recommend. Yes, the hotel is old, a little scratched everything, but the advantages overlap the minus with the cost of this all.."

"Hey, it seems that we have upgraded the room type, it is good. The scenery is excellent. The hotel has restaurants and supermarkets to climb a slope. It is a little distance to the city center. The bus stop is at the entrance of the hotel. Don't have too much hope for breakfast, it's all white rice. I don't want to eat a soup. The bath products are okay, there is a brand anyway."

"Very nice, pleasant hotel !!!  Very friendly staff. Viviana was top! She was super friendly, pleasant to have a little chat with. Breakfast buffet was very extensive and delicious, always fresh products !! The buffet for dinner is also a recommendation , every day around another theme . In the bar you have live music every evening, making it very pleasant . Service is very friendly and careful everywhere ! Outdoor pool spacious and clean and spacious place and comfortable bedrooms.  To walk the PR routes it is always a wide distance to drive (that is the only “min” point. Every time count 50” to 1h10” and more.  We would certainly recommend the hotel !!!! It was very pleasant staying."

"The design and interiors are exceptionally luxurious. Drawbacks: 1. Pool is not heated in summer time 2. 5 days in the beginning of June - buffet dinner restaurant is closed. 3. All the service and cooking in restaurants is very slow. You always need to wait. Any lunch or dinner will not take you less than 1.5 hours. 4. Annoying room service. In the morning they wake you up to clean the room, then they come to bring you water, then for turndown service (just 2 sweets), then for something else. It never ends. Bring everything in 1 visit? Not possible"

"The front desk and restaurant staff were very professional and polite, especially the female employee who helped us check in. She carefully explained the hotel facilities and local tours, and was very attentive and worthy of praise."

"This hotel was a huge disappointment. I have no idea how it got a 4-star rating. On the positive side, the view is lovely, and the room was clean (apart from the ants everywhere). The staff answered questions, breakfast was decent, and the gym was incredibly well-equipped, though I couldn't use it because the ventilation was completely non-existent. I felt like I'd pass out after just 10 minutes of checking out the equipment. As for the negatives: the room lacked basic amenities (only soap was provided). If you go to reception and ask for anything, they'll send you to the gym where you can get slippers for 5 euros a day. On the first night, the air conditioning wasn't cooling, and despite it being January, it was incredibly stuffy. There were ants all over the room, even in the fridge. Check-in was a nightmare – if you arrive by car and park in the always-full lot in front of the hotel to unload your luggage, the staff won't allow it, let alone offer to help. They told me I could only leave the car for 5 minutes while they processed papers, but wouldn't let me take my bags to the room, nor did they offer to have hotel staff bring them up while I looked for parking. They told me to leave my belongings in the lobby and go find paid parking wherever I could. They gave me a confusing parking map that was impossible to decipher in a second, and said the nearest parking was by a shop, where there were no free spots. I ended up driving around the area. They never mentioned the parking on the other side of the hotel, which offers easy access directly to the lifts. So, if you decide to stay here, there are both free and paid parking spots down the street to the right of the hotel (the paid parking is cheap)."
