Hotels With Gym in Otago, New Zealand

"Great location with clean and comfortable rooms. The car park are conveniently located right in front of the rooms, which was perfect for our road trip as we were traveling with an MPV. It made loading, unloading, and moving between the vehicles and our room so easy. Overall, we had a great stay, and the surrounding views were beautiful too!"

"The Ebb Dunedin is an architectural gem with beautiful art, comfortable rooms, and incredible attention to detail. Our experience however, was an overpriced hotel (500+ per night) for the service received. We arrived just 30 minutes before the 3:00 PM check-in, and despite our room being ready, we were referred to the mall across the street when we asked to use the toilet. For this price, being sent to a public shopping center is unacceptable. The parking was also an additional 25 per night, on top of the steep room fee. You’re paying for the aesthetic here, but certainly not for the hospitality unfortunately."

"The location is good, and it's a hotel that actually 'feels like a hotel' in New Zealand standards. The bed was very comfortable. However, the facilities are really old-fashioned, but well-maintained. Parking requires a fee. Breakfast is very simple, I don't feel it's worth going out of your way for. Overall, it was a good experience."

"The views are stunning and the atmosphere is fantastic. Our room was on the second floor, which was a bit inconvenient with large luggage. You can always ask the front desk staff in advance if you'd like to switch rooms. It's super close to the Lonely Tree, which is incredibly convenient."

"Great location with plenty of dining options nearby, and this historic city is truly uncrowded. The seaside is beautiful. The two-bedroom room is ideal for a family of four, but the two single beds are ridiculously narrow—about the width of a beauty salon massage table, haha! Everything else was pretty good."

"The hotel charged service fees and forcibly deducted money from the credit card. Our family had dinner at the hotel. The hotel waiter thought we were foreigners and didn’t speak good English, so the bill was wrong. After we checked the prices one by one, they changed it."

"Decent, average stay. The hotel is very close to Octagon Square and the church. However, due to an issue with Trip.com and their agent, they unilaterally changed our booking from a queen bed + single bed room to a queen bed room without informing us. Luckily, after communicating with the front desk on-site, they were able to add a rollaway bed."
