"The location at the hotel is good, the room liked, breakfast for three, every day the same, humus and sauces are acid, eggs are wet. There was also a displeasant situation that turned out when we had already evicted. The safe in the room didn't work and we left the wallet under the things. And later found out that it was not enough $100. Nowhere except in the hotel they could not go missing. So I advise everyone to be vigilant, no money in the room to leave and insist on a correct safe. Apparently the room service staff is unfair."

"Excellent service. The internet didn't work at all on the first day, so we were moved to a room with a better connection (from the 7th to the 2nd floor). The staff is very responsive and always ready to help.
Breakfast is a buffet: boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, sausages, beans, bread, tomatoes, cucumbers, cheese, salami, two types of cereal, two juices, tea, and coffee. They also make flatbreads with cheese and herbs. The first couple of days are great, but then you get tired of it because the main dishes don't change at all, it's always the same. I think some variety would be nice.
The cleaning service is simply excellent! We fly often, usually staying in five-star hotels, and frankly, the cleaning here was truly amazing, a level above many other places. They clean every day.
The rooms are a little dated, but everything you need is there, and, as I mentioned above, they're really clean. The only thing is, you can't walk barefoot on the floor, but otherwise, everything is great."

"Adding a few more points to my previous review.
On the morning of my departure, after breakfast, a lady from the restaurant asked me to fill out a survey. I rated the food variety a 7, indicating I wasn't fully satisfied. She then prompted me to specify what I'd like to eat, so I wrote down fried rice and fried noodles. She mentioned that they could actually inform the kitchen to prepare it fresh for me. This genuinely impressed me; the service here is truly exceptional. What a shame it would have to be for a future visit!
One more tip: In Lebanon, there's generally no need to exchange for Lebanese Pounds. Almost all establishments accept US dollars, and often at a more favorable exchange rate than dedicated currency exchange booths.
One peculiar observation: when using Uber in Lebanon, drivers frequently demand an additional fee on top of the app's quoted price. I've sometimes refused and opted to re-book or find another ride, but there are instances when finding a taxi is difficult, and I've had to reluctantly agree to the surcharge."

The location is one of the hotel’s strongest assets—right in the heart of Achrafieh, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and key areas of Beirut. It’s convenient whether you’re visiting for business or leisure.
The room was clean, modern, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and good sound insulation, which made it easy to rest despite the busy neighborhood. Housekeeping was consistent and attentive without being intrusive.
Service was generally solid. The staff were polite and helpful, especially at the front desk, where check-in and check-out were smooth. While not overly personalized, the service was efficient and professional.
Breakfast was varied and of good quality, though it can get a bit busy during peak hours.
If I had to point out a downside, it would be that some areas of the hotel feel slightly dated compared to newer properties in Beirut, but this doesn’t significantly impact the overall comfort.
