"The sheets and duvet covers caused an allergic reaction and itchiness. During my 5-night stay, the garbage bags and towels were replaced, and the sign indicated bathroom cleaning would be done, but it wasn't. For 5 nights, the bathroom wasn't cleaned, and the hair on the floor was quite unpleasant. If you're tired from sightseeing and sleep past 11 AM the next day, the trash and towels won't be changed, but you can leave dirty ones outside, and they will be replaced. The location is decent, but the nearest subway isn't convenient for getting to Shinsaibashi and Umeda. People who say it's a short walk to Shinsaibashi must be serious hikers; for normal people, especially with kids, it's very tiring, particularly when returning at night. We mostly took taxis, which cost less than 2000 JPY, which was acceptable. The upside is the good restaurants nearby; I recommend the yakitori place. I don't recommend the Western restaurant; the female staff were awful – they provided obsequious, smiling service to Japanese guests but were rude to others. The hotel doesn't provide bottled water, but it's available at the 18th-floor reception, along with freshly ground coffee and vending machines. Luggage storage is on the 1st floor. The first time I had an issue and went to the front desk, they knew they needed to go downstairs to swipe my card but didn't, instead telling me to scan an IC card with my phone. That didn't work, so I went up a second time, and another young lady instinctively took the card downstairs and swiped it for me, and it worked. This aspect of the experience was not great."

"The location is conveniently located between shinsaibashi and namba station. It is not too noisy and crowded in the area. Location was amazing for shopping, whenever we had too much to carry we would head back to drop everything off and take a quick rest. There are many great food options nearby like ichiran, okonomiyaki ajinoya hoten, onigiri gorichan, gyukatsu motomura and idaten. The room had ample space for our 4 huge luggages and 3 cabin luggages. The room might be slightly dark but there is sunlight in the morning. The toilet bowl, bathtub/shower area and sink is in individual rooms. It may be convenient or inconvenient for some. However for the room we stayed in, we struggled to find areas to hang our clothes while showering as there was no hooks to hang them in the shower area. The soundproofing is not the best but not too noisy. The hotel breakfast is great! I loved the corn soup, rice, curry and their eggs. Their croissant is fragrant and tasty too. They had a wide spread of salad that rotates. They had salmon avocado salad, wagyu beef salad and pork with carrot sauce salad (my favourite). They had yogurt and fruits too. They also had a small gym and a lounge with a pool table."

Perched on Osaka Bay, the ocean view rooms offer an unbeatable vista! On clear days, you can spot the Akashi Kaikyō Bridge and Awaji Island in the distance, but the most breathtaking moment is at sunset, when the entire sea turns a vibrant orange-red, romantic beyond words. At night, Osaka Bay twinkles with lights, the city's nightscape reflecting beautifully on the water – it’s gorgeous both day and night.

The hotel, formerly a Hyatt, boasts a retro-modern Art Deco style throughout, with marble columns and brass accents exuding sophistication. The front desk staff and all other personnel were incredibly friendly and provided top-notch service. When a guest had an unexpected issue late at night, the front desk reacted swiftly and handled it adeptly. The executive lounge's happy hour offered a wide selection of alcoholic beverages, including champagne, and a thoughtful variety of non-alcoholic options too.
🏊 Excellent Facilities, Utmost Convenience
Guests have free access to the indoor pool and gym, and there's also an outdoor garden pool and spa. A Lawson convenience store is conveniently located in the hotel's basement – so handy! It's just a 3-minute walk to Nakafuto Subway Station, and there's a free shuttle bus service to and from JR Osaka Station. Plus, it's super close to Universal Studios Japan.

Multiple restaurants provide a variety of choices. The comprehensive breakfast is light yet features Japanese specialties, with fresh and sweet fruits. The seafood salad and other dishes in the executive lounge were also quite outstanding.

The location is excellent and extremely convenient. The hotel is right above Shinsaibashi Station and within walking distance of the Shinsaibashi shopping area, restaurants and other attractions.
I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially if you are visiting Osaka for the first time. The strategic location makes it very convenient for exploring the city and getting around by train."

YupingWe chose this hotel for our trip to Universal Studios, and it's conveniently located not far from the park entrance, making coming and going very easy. There are plenty of dining options nearby, as well as Universal Studios merchandise stores. The day we arrived happened to be a Japanese holiday, so it was incredibly crowded. Check-in started at 3 PM, and we had to wait in line for a long time. The hotel is quite large and even has a Family Mart convenience store inside, which was great since we didn't book breakfast. We booked a city view room, but the front desk gave us a room on the 4th floor, so there was basically no view outside the window. For Japan, the room was quite spacious. Overall, it was convenient for accessing Universal Studios.

Guest UserRight next to the busiest tourist area in Osaka and with access to large number of facilities., Spaworld is surely a top choice to stay. But actually, the day ticket only costs 1500 yen and overnight staying fee is 1300 yen, which means you don't really need to stay in the hotel to use everything and stay for a night, kind of like a SPA net cafe. The plus for using the hotel is that you allow yourself to enter anytime you want.

Facilities: The room was quite spacious for Japan, with a minimalist design, yet fully equipped. It had a large bathtub, and on the 12th floor, there was a microwave, washing machine, and gym.
Cleanliness: Extremely clean, no strange odors whatsoever.
Environment: Located right outside Exit 13 of Honmachi Station, very close to Shinsaibashi, with plenty of restaurants nearby. It's very convenient. I saw some reviews mentioning noisy street racers downstairs, but we didn't encounter any during our stay; in fact, we found it very quiet.
Service: Excellent! The front desk staff were enthusiastic and always greeted us when we came and went. When the Wi-Fi wouldn't connect, they personally came to our room to help us set it up.
Breakfast: Although the variety wasn't extensive, everything was exquisite and tasted delicious. We ate it for four days without getting tired of it – it was our daily source of fruit! The panoramic night view of Osaka from the 16th-floor lobby is stunning.

The hotel is rated three stars and is located outside the city center, but it’s easily accessible thanks to the nearby train station, making it convenient for getting around and visiting Osaka’s attractions.
The rooms are surprisingly spacious and well-furnished, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. The cleanliness is excellent, with the housekeeping staff doing an impeccable job every day. A highlight is the rooftop terrace, where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the city. It’s a perfect spot to relax at the end of the day and take some nice photos of the scenery.
The hotel staff is very efficient and helpful, although they don’t speak fluent English. However, they’re always ready to assist and communicate via online translators, which makes interactions easy and pleasant.
Another advantage for those traveling by car is the hotel’s automated parking system, which is well-designed and easy to use. This mobile parking system allows stress-free parking and quick access to the car, ideal for those wanting to explore the surrounding areas of Osaka independently.

LizananThe location is fantastic – it's quiet despite being in a bustling area, and not far from Osaka's iconic Glico Man and Shinsaibashi, as long as you can navigate well. Upon entering the hotel, there's a subtle, pleasant aroma that immediately makes you feel comfortable. For Japan, the room size is quite generous; of course, there are bigger ones, but I believe in Japan, the price and room size are definitely proportional to the value for money. The front desk staff, regardless of the time, always served with a smile and answered questions diligently. Yes, I mean diligently – they genuinely put their hearts into serving guests. There was a minor hiccup during check-in, which I didn't even dwell on. I simply mentioned it casually late at night when exchanging coins. To my surprise, when I returned to the hotel the next afternoon after shopping, I found an apology card and some fruit in my room. They truly value guest satisfaction and the quality of their hotel. If I visit Osaka again, this hotel will definitely be my top choice.

Stepping into this hotel felt like going back in time to The Great Gatsby. It's probably the most luxurious hotel I've stayed at in Osaka. They really made good use of the public spaces, and the Peacock Alley is simply stunning – I could admire it all day.
The front desk staff spoke fluent English, which made communication quite easy.
Contrary to what I read online, the standard room was perfectly fine. I was given a high floor, and the room was spacious, well-divided, with plenty of space for luggage. The twin room had two queen-sized beds (1.5 meters each), making it very family-friendly.
The downsides were the low water pressure in the bathroom and the water not getting hot enough.
They provided Aesop amenities, and the ginger scent was lovely.
The breakfast was a bit disappointing. It was semi-buffet style with limited variety, and the main courses were quite uninspired, not really matching the room rate. I do recommend the French toast among the main dishes, it was excellent. The biggest issue was the long queues, which really detracted from the experience.
The hotel's location is quite good. Directly downstairs is Green Place with a wide variety of dining options, and Ushigoro is on the third floor. You can walk to department stores like Hanshin, but taking a taxi is more convenient for Hankyu.
