Overall the hotel was good value for money. Some areas are in need of renovation, which they seem to be working on, while other areas are very nice. The room itself was large and nice and the bed and pillows comfortable. The bathroom on the other hand was quite dingy and I was glad I did not have to use it as I just went to the onsen (which costs 700 yen extra). The onsen was great. The on-site 24/7 conbini is convenient as is the free airport shuttle service. I would say that the overall room cleanliness could be improved, the sheets were clean, but some other areas of the room could do with being cleaned more thoroughly.

Clean and comfy room and toilet. Polite and helpful staff as well who helped us with catching the airport shuttle bus. Good location and near Kaihimmakuhari Station, and a short walk away from an AEON mall. There was also a nice Christmas tree and other decorations at the lobby. One thing to note is that they will photocopy your credit card as a form of deposit.

The hotel lobby is stunning, and it's incredibly convenient to get to, with a direct bus from Haneda Airport's bus stop number 5. It's actually right next to Bayside Station on the Disney Line. Even if you miss the hotel shuttle, it's just a short walk to the Disney Line. The staff are warm and polite, and the hotel's dinner buffet is excellent value for money with a great variety of dishes. We were late coming back from the park and decided last-minute to have dinner at the hotel, and the buffet was open until 10:30 PM. The rooms are much larger than those in the city, clean, tidy, and comfortable.

Great value for money, the room was a good size. They provide DHC toiletries, and the view from the window is unobstructed, which is a nice bonus. The double-pane windows offer excellent soundproofing; I didn't hear any planes flying overhead, probably because it's not on the take-off or landing flight path. There's a free shuttle bus to both the airport and the shopping mall. We had a flight the next day at noon, so we explored the mall that evening and then took the 9:30 AM shuttle to the airport. It was much more relaxed than staying downtown and having to rush to the airport.

I stayed in a twin room in the West Wing. The decor was quite new, and both the room and bathroom were spacious. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash had a lovely scent. The best part was the free shuttle bus that runs between JR Narita Station and Aeon Mall, perfect for a day trip to Narita. Even though it rained all day, it didn't dampen my spirits as a tourist.

It was ok, too expensive though. I got the family room, the room was big, but the bathroom especially the sink area was cramped, especially for how much the room cost. Small fridge but no freezer. Microwave all the way down in the lobby/foyer, that was annoying. There's a free shuttle bus to/from Shin-Uryasu metro, and also to Disneyland/sea. Its 10 min to the metro, but its about 25 min to Disneysea, because the shuttle stops at the metro and Disneyland first. Although apparently it also takes 25 min by taxi, according to the staff? Not sure. so just be aware, because I booked this hotel originally thinking it was a lot closer than it is to Disneyland. To get into town, its more direct to get to Tokyo station rather than Ueno if using public transport. There is a beautiful nature park right across the road though, that is good for children. You can pay to get the limousine bus to narita from there.

A bit dated, but the bedding was decent. The shuttle driver was really nice, helping with luggage on and off. It's quite good value for money in Japan, and the morning airport shuttle service was a great convenience. It saved me the hassle of waiting for a taxi, as a cab from the airport to the station would have cost around 160 RMB, which is quite pricey.

The only good things were the store bought puffs provided by the hotel. Hotel is severely overcrowded. the management makes no attempt to address the issue. The breakfast situation is chaotic and was advised to have breakfast at different location (to lessen the crowd at the main cafe). Was served a sub standard breakfast selection when compared to the main cafe. The breakfast selection was terrible and worse than a 3 star hotel. The food was pathetic and often empty. 1 hour before the breakfast ends, pastries were finished. No fruits available. Very bad experience. Will not recommend

The most spacious hotel I've stayed at in Tokyo; it's clean, comfortable, and even has a natural hot spring. It's a bit far from the city center, but the TX line gets you there directly in 42 minutes. Plus, there's an airport bus that goes straight to the airport, and the price is great! The surrounding area is also very relaxing. I'll definitely choose this place again next time.

KKenThoThe hotel is very near to Narita AirPort and the hotel provides free shuttle to the airport. Free parking if you are driving. There’s a public hot spring next to the hotel where hotel guests can enjoy complimentary entrance but only from 1300 to 2100. Room is super spacious but facilities felt old. Good enough for a short stay especially if you need to catch early flight from Narita. There’s also a small 7-11 convenient store at the hotel lobby.

GGuest UserYou can check in and store your luggage at the Welcome Center at Maihama Station, and your bags will be delivered directly to your room later. I checked in on a Sunday, but couldn't get my room until after 5 PM. It didn't bother me too much though, as I was going to Disney anyway. I booked the cheapest family sea-view room for a solo traveler, and it turned out to be huge with three beds, which was a bit awkward. I selected one person when booking, but for some reason, the hotel received information for two. The room was incredibly spacious, with three single beds and plenty of room to spread out multiple suitcases. The bathroom didn't have a separate shower and toilet area, but all toiletries were provided. I was a bit surprised that the shower and bathtub were combined, considering it's a Hilton. There was no bottled water in the room, but there was a kettle. If you need water, you'll have to buy it or get it from the water dispenser on each floor. Outside the window, there's a small garden landscape, and the sea view should be beautiful on a clear day. The hotel has two Lawson convenience stores and a small Disney shop on the first floor. There's also a shuttle bus service from the hotel to Maihama Station and Bayside Station, which is quite convenient. If you don't want convenience store food, you can eat at Maihama Station before returning to the hotel. It's a great option when prices are reasonable.

WWishing.starGreat hotel which provided a spacious and clean room, plus had a good breakfast buffet spread. The lobby was really cute too, with a designated play area for kids. Only caveat is the shuttle bus for Disneyland - the return shuttle is situated in a carpark which was really difficult to find after leaving Disneyland. It was not in the main bus terminal where the major hotels’ shuttle buses were parked at. Maybe the staff did mention it during the ride to Disneyland but in Japanese? We took a really long time before we could find it.
