Excellent stay! Great value for money. Although the rooms are a bit dated, they are well-maintained, clean, and tidy. The shower had great water pressure and temperature, and the hairdryer was powerful. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. There's a convenience store and a pharmacy right downstairs, so everything you need is readily available. The hotel also provides a free shuttle bus to and from Narita Terminal 1 and 2, and Terminal 3 is easily within walking distance.

Main 2 things need to mention. 1. Welcome from reception is very poor. They like very tired. They need to smile and Welcome the guests. 2. Food. California International Buffet breakfast is very poor. Specially for Vegetarian and Vegans doesn't have choices at all. Very food mix with Pork, Eggs, Beef, Chicken but only 2 main food available for Vegetarian. Which is Rice and Vegetable curry. That's not International buffet should serve. At least Friedrice or Noodles should have for Vegetarians. All are mix with meat. Another main thing is I was accommodate for few weeks and all the weeks are same exact menu doesn't change anything. Buffet staff are with good manner.

Absolutely Fantastic Staff, Location, Restaurants, Accommodation, and the Family Store open 24/7. I booked the Deluxe Room on the 10th floor. So much space and room and I loved the toilet had its own space and the bathroom had a full sized bath. Shuttle buses to airport and local shopping precinct with a Huge Aeon Mall and Don Quiote just minutes away. I recommend the Japanese Grill Restaurant which serves the most freshest seafood and local produce. Thank you Narita Gateway Hotel. I will be staying there again on my future trips back to Beautiful Japan.

Staying overnight in Japan for a layover, choosing this hotel was a brilliant decision! The hotel offers a shuttle service, making transfers to and from the airport incredibly convenient. The environment was a pleasant surprise; there's an incredibly beautiful back garden. A morning stroll there was refreshing, surrounded by lush greenery. They even thoughtfully provided mosquito repellent at the entrance – the attention to detail was excellent. The breakfast buffet was also fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options. All the fatigue from my layover vanished. Highly recommended!

The room was spacious enough to fully open a 29-inch and a 20-inch suitcase, which, for Japan, speaks for itself in terms of value. It's very close to Maihama Station, making travel convenient, and it's a hundred times quieter than the Hilton across the street. The first floor of the Hilton was like a noisy flea market by comparison.

Pros: 1. **Convenient Airport Commute**: Easily accessible from the airport by bus. Just buy a ticket on the 2nd floor of the airport and catch the bus on the 1st floor, which drops you directly at the hotel entrance. There's a Lawson convenience store a short walk to the left from the hotel exit, making shopping very convenient. 2. **Quiet Location & Spacious Rooms**: The hotel is situated in a quiet area, and the rooms are generously sized with comfortable bedding. There's a free shuttle bus service directly to Disneyland and Shin-Urayasu Station (where you'll find an Aeon supermarket with plenty of dining and shopping options – great for trips to central Tokyo). Getting around is easy, but do check the shuttle schedule. 3. **Excellent Service & Breakfast**: The hotel staff are friendly and efficient; check-in was quick, and their English proficiency made communication seamless. Breakfast offers a good variety of options at a reasonable price, though it can get busy, so it's best to go early. 4. **Well-Equipped Rooms**: The room facilities are good, with everything you need. The shower pressure is excellent, perfect for washing away the day's fatigue. Cons: 1. **Limited Nearby Shopping**: The closest shop is a Lawson, which is only good for daily essentials. The nearest major supermarket is quite a distance, at least a 30-minute walk (depending on your pace). 2. **Housekeeping Needs Improvement**: Room cleanliness could be better, especially in corners and on the top edges of furniture, where dust accumulation suggests it hasn't been wiped down in a while. Summary: Overall, it's a good place. The price is affordable, offering great value for money, and the room facilities are relatively new. Although the location is a bit out of the way, the free shuttle bus service makes it very convenient for getting to nearby attractions. Just remember to keep an eye on the shuttle schedule. I would definitely stay here again for future Disneyland trips. Highly recommended.

An absolutely perfect hotel stay! The service from the front desk, restaurant, concierge, and even post-stay was excellent. They offer a free shuttle bus to Disneyland (which also serves as a tram stop), which is very convenient! The hotel doesn't provide any beverages in the rooms, but there are two very convenient convenience stores downstairs (within the hotel itself)! The pool wasn't open due to the season. If you need to go to the airport (Narita & Haneda) from the hotel, make sure to book at least one day in advance! I'll definitely be back next time!

I stayed here when using Narita Airport. The hotel was generally clean, and the room had a calm atmosphere, making for a comfortable stay. As it's a hotel near the airport, I think it's a convenient option for pre- or post-travel stays. The staff were polite, and check-in and check-out were smooth. The facilities were also relatively comprehensive, and I didn't experience any particular inconvenience during my stay. If you're looking for a good balance of price and comfort around Narita Airport, this hotel is definitely a good choice. I'd like to stay here again if I have an early morning flight from Narita Airport.

This hotel is conveniently located near Disneyland, and the front desk provides shuttle information upon check-in. It takes about 25 minutes to get to Disneyland, making it pretty good value for money. The surrounding area has many other hotels and a large park with slides, perfect for kids to burn off energy. You can take a direct bus from Narita Airport to the hotel; just get off at the Hyatt, and it's right next door. The bus ride is about 1.5 hours, which is much more cost-effective than a taxi. There's also a bus stop nearby with direct routes to Tokyo Station, or you can take the shuttle to Disneyland and then connect to the subway. Definitely get a Suica card and exchange some coins at the front desk for convenience. Breakfast: My kids loved it! There's a good variety, and they even give kids coins to get candy from a gumball machine. There are also restaurants nearby, but they're about a 10-minute walk away. Plus, there's a Lawson convenience store downstairs, which is super handy for buying things. Room: The room is quite spacious, with two large beds that can comfortably sleep 3-4 people.

The hotel's location is great, very convenient. The room size was decent, but as soon as I entered, there was a strong smell of disinfectant. I stayed for 3 days and didn't get a good night's sleep once. The people upstairs were constantly running around, making thumping noises from the afternoon until the early hours of the morning, making it impossible to sleep. On the last night, I couldn't take it anymore and called to complain. The hotel staff confirmed that it was indeed the guests upstairs running around and said they had already spoken to them, but the problem was never resolved! I'm truly impressed with the hotel; their solution to feedback about not being able to sleep due to noisy upstairs neighbors was simply, ”we've already told them several times.” The breakfast buffet offered quite a few choices, but the taste was just average.
