The hotel is very decent. Everything looks fresh and well-groomed. Nice interior and modern rooms. We liked everything.
The only thing is that the breakfast could be improved a little more, because... There were no vegetables or greens/salad at all.

The hotel was conveniently located near the airport and the shuttle was very helpful.
Room was clean but located near the elevator and an alarm went off in the middle of the night.
I had a simple dinner at restaurant (chef’s choice ravioli and aperol spritz), but 2 hours later was so dizzy I could barely stand or sleep. I managed to check out at 5:00am but was very ill and had to vomit in the airport. The dizziness lasted the whole day and it was quite terrifying. I cannot say it was caused by the restaurant food, but the other travelers in my party who didn’t eat there were fine. It was a traumatic experience I hope to forget.
Good hotel a few km. from the airport. A little dated but overall ok. The underground garage is useful. The only flaw, the covering of the corridor where the rooms open was ”unglued” in some places, consequently every time someone walked there it made an annoying noise, and since it was mostly customers to and from the airport, the noise was there at all hours.

The room was decent, with a relatively new renovation. Although it was a deluxe room, it wasn't particularly large, but it did have a small balcony. Its location near the train station is convenient for catching the airport shuttle, just a few minutes' walk away. The breakfast was average and didn't quite meet four-star standards, but it was acceptable. There are plenty of dining options nearby. It's a 40-minute walk to the city center, or you can take the subway.
The staff is generally very friendly and engaging, and housekeeping does an excellent job. The rooms are fine but not particularly special for the price. Breakfast is good, and Michela stands out as wonderfully attentive and kind.
However, the coffee could be improved, and the evening restaurant (the same space used for breakfast) is a major letdown - the food is average, overpriced, and some of the service staff show questionable attitude. For dinner, it’s definitely better to head into the city.
The sauna and pool close at 7:30 p.m., which feels far too early. Overall, it’s a nice hotel with great views, but given the room rates, it doesn’t quite deliver the experience you’d expect for the price.
The hotel itself is big and has over 500 something rooms. My room was very relaxing, tranquil, very sunny and quiet. The breakfast was above average compare to what Italians eating for breakfast. The hotel is 12 minutes walking distance from metro station and 20 minutes to Penny, and other shops. The location is good. The only downside if you having an early flight to the airport, there is no public transportation available, taxi is expensive charged by the hotel for €140. There is a free shuttle bus provided by the hotel, unfortunately leaves between 6:30AM-8:30 AM, and in the evening for about 2 hours. In the hotel there is a small gym only. It is value for money.
In terms of our requests regarding proximity to the train station, to the bus to the airport, which we had early in the morning, and the airport itself, as well as the city center, everything is great. To spend the night there in order to fly out in the morning - you won't find a more convenient hotel. But if you stay as a tourist for more than 1 night, I would definitely choose another hotel. There were problems with the smell from the bathroom, in general, it didn't feel cozy, but again, it depends on what your purpose of stay is.
Relatively remote, but the environment is good, health is OK, there is no public transportation, the clerk's service attitude is OK, the hotel restaurant makes seafood very good, the price is a bit expensive.
I usually stay at the Florence Calimala, the one in Milan is bigger and the rooms are slightly different, still very nice. Gym and terrace are great and the staff is friendly. The minibar is free of charge and there is a nice bar on the 5th floor. Perfectly located in porta Venezia.

GGuest UserAndrea, the PR manager, is definitely the best I met in Milan, Bologna and Parma. He is extremely helpful with excellent hospitality. Thanks to him for avoiding the traffic congestion due to a concert at Duomo and arrange for us a direct transportation to airport at a reasonable price. Andrea is definitely a good reason for us to come back to Milano more often and stay in this hotel.
GGuest UserRoom larger than average (it was a superior) very comfortable bed with double pillow and large and bright bathroom. Excellent cleanliness of the room and common areas. A bit small and sacrificed the breakfast room in a 4 star and for the price paid the lack of a restaurant inside remains an unknown. Bad also the parking for guests it was clear that with a full hotel it could not contain all the cars in relation to the number of rooms. Very bad to discover only at check out that it was paid.
GGuest UserBreakfast was simple but good quality. Some free coffee option would not go amiss though. The hotel room was lovely - an amazingly good quality matress. Some reviews stated it was a little out of the way but it’s literally outside a tram stop and bus stop. The metro is a few mins walk - maybe 5 mins to Bibila station so overall easy to get around. It was a pleasant stay overall.
MMiblu73The hotel is about 15 mins by shuttle bus from T1 and 10 mins from T2.
The shuttle bus costs €5 per person per transfer, and is bookable in advance.
Personell is extremely kind, room a bit old but still in good condition and pretty clean.
There is a good breakfast in the morning that comes at a reasonable price.
XXiechenchenIf you plan to take the airport shuttle to the hotel, make sure to contact them in advance to confirm the schedule. Otherwise, you'll be waiting indefinitely at Gate 5 of T1. Also, be aware that the pick-up fees for T1 and T2 are different!
I previously read many reviews complaining about the hotel's front desk staff being incredibly rude, but we didn't experience that this time, which was a relief. At check-out, a lovely front desk employee (short in stature, wearing a tape measure-style bracelet) even helped me print two tax refund forms for free.
The room's hardware and decor are quite new, but there isn't a traditional door lock. The hotel explained that once the door is closed, it cannot be opened from the outside.
The breakfast was pretty good, high quality, but it's typical Western fare.
GGuest UserSeriously, it was absolutely fantastic! To be honest, I genuinely found it excellent. I was here on a business trip, and my stay was incredibly comfortable. Plus, the food was delicious! All in all, truly superb.

GGuest UserWas an excellent experience with everything you need. Even when you go to the pool you receive a special Towel. The bonus was the cart taking you back and forth to the train station.
Highly recommend
GGuest UserIt was very horrible trip in Italy, the first day I arrived the Novotel Linate hotel my backpack was stolen in the hotel lobby almost full valuable stuff lost, it was most upset and traumatic experience I Ever had. You can’t imagine how bad it is in the hotel lobby, really ridiculous and unimaginable.
The most awful thing I didn’t get any apologies from hotel. I reported the case to police station in Milano by myself, although I pleased to check the camera video and refused by hotel due to the dame human rights excuse, I am wondering if the stuff from hotel were stolen , won’t you check the camera or not? It was very suck for the Milano police, I am shame on them , in the past 20 days, nothing progress from them , moreover they seem didn’t come to hotel check after my report in their office. Very baaaaaaaad
