"The hotel room wasn't particularly large, but then again, Reykjavik itself doesn't typically offer huge rooms. The biggest perks are definitely the parking availability and its proximity to the supermarket. If you're driving, this place is worth considering, and the price isn't bad either."

"This room includes access to the hotel’s spa, so you can go for a soak anytime. The spa is quite interesting — it has both indoor and outdoor pools, a sauna. The whole area is very quiet and relaxing. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly, and everything was clean and well maintained.
Because of the heavy snow, I had no choice but to stay an extra night and added this room with spa package last minute(last room). When I stayed at the room earlier, I chose a cheaper rate without spa. but honestly it doesn’t matter — you can just add it when you arrive. It costs 3700 ISK per person per stay, and you can use the spa as much as you want. If you’re staying three nights, adding just 3700 ISK for unlimited access is actually a great deal and definitely worth trying. Location is more towards the other end of the main street so expect to walk like 20 minutes to the most interesting part of the city. Right opposite of the hotel is a place with different food stores, is a relatively cheaper (like 3500 isk per set) place to eat. There is a Thai food restaurant too (like 2600-3500 range ...but😅😅😅)
Just note that you need to bring your own toothbrush, the soap shampoo is provided and slippers are only available in the spa room which has a bath tub and size a bit bigger."

"Beautiful hotel and excellent location (I had a view of the main square and parliament building). The staff was very helpful, professional and friendly. Food in the restaurant was superb with selected dishes from the local cuisine. The Spa design has taken inspiration from Icelandic nature in both colours, materials and textures, and is a fantastic addition to the experience with thermal pool, steam room, sauna, cold mist/rain and cosy relaxation areas.
Would highly recommend choosing this hotel when visiting Reykjavik, or using it as a base when exploring further around."

"The hotel is very cosy and the staff are very attentive to our needs. The breakfast spread is plentiful and delicious too. We have stayed there for honeymoon and they gave us complimentary access to hot spring and spa which is wonderful. The hotel is also central located.

"Hotel is just next to Reykjavik domestic airport. For people catching domestic flights, it would be a perfect location. It is about 45 mins drive to KEF. When we were there roads going to KEF were closed due to weather Yellow alert. Many people were in the queue to check in because many flights were cancelled due to weather. The staff were able to help people in the queue and checked us in in about 30 minute's wait. Very excellent front desk staff. Room is a bit small, and lack of lights at the bed head. Overall it is still a comfortable stay. One of the lights was not working, but we did not inform housekeeping, as hotel was full house, and didn't want them to have more burden."

A once-in-a-lifetime trip made more meaningful and charming by world-leading staff and service.
We messaged ahead and told them that we were on our honeymoon. Iceland is a unique place on Earth, but almost as surprising as the geology, geography and weather was just how remarkable and excellent this hotel was. Its location was outstanding right in the old city centre and an easy walk to boat trips (for organised bus trips, which all use the same bus stop numbering, the nearest bus stop is number 5, about 5 minutes’ walk away), the breakfast was splendid and the room was unbelievably cosy, which was particularly welcome after a winter’s day adventuring amongst the ice and snow and especially the epic and cold wind.
This once-in-a-lifetime trip was made extraordinarily special by the outstanding and attentive staff who really impressed with their thoughtfulness and commitment to excellence throughout. We cannot thank the whole team enough, both everyone we met as well as everyone who worked behind the scenes, for delivering a world-leading stay.
We felt exceptionally lucky to have chosen this hotel, and so delighted that we did!

Daniel CurtisI loved this hotel and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it! One of the outstanding features is that they give you a cell phone to use during your stay. The phone already has helpful apps installed for taxis, restaurants, etc. We are from the US so did not have international cell service so having this phone with us was helpful, especially for using maps. Reykjavik is a walkable city, and the hotel is located on the most popular street, so it has easy access to everything. The staff was very helpful and there is also a bar/restaurant onsite with amazing cocktails. There is an included breakfast buffet which featured hot and cold items. We had a room on the 4th floor that included access to large patio. We loved this feature as we could wake up and go outside to check the weather and enjoy the views of the mountains and water in the distance. The hotel was also extremely clean. Another nice touch was that they knew we were celebrating our wedding anniversary so when we entered our room, we found a bottle of wine, chocolate and romantic decorations!

Jobi TIt was all overall good. Friendly front office, clean and spacious room, toilet and shower room was small but it was sufficient for my use. Bus stop is 5 minutes walking distance away , US embassy as well (no use , simply mentioned though). Football stadium and sports exhibition hall is 7 minutes away.

I stayed at two hotels in Lei City, and this one had a great location, excellent room facilities, and a fantastic breakfast. They also have beautiful public areas, and all the staff were very friendly. The restaurant staff, in particular, were professional and welcoming, clearing plates promptly. The breakfast quality was high. The only downside was that the curtains didn't fully block out the light.

Greater than my friends and I expected! The hotel environment and service attitude are very good. When I went to the south, I found that the power bank fell in the hotel. Because the south came back to change the hotel, I was anxious to catch the plane the next day. After contacting the hotel, the hotel staff actually helped us to send us to another hotel front desk where we lived! Super touched! ! And the facilities and room environment are really good in Iceland.
