The hotel is new, modern, and very well maintained, which made the stay very comfortable and enjoyable. The buffet was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and delicious food options to choose from. The hotel staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything needed. Their warm hospitality made the experience even better. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and had a wonderful time.

The hotel is good, clean, and quite new. Check-in was fast, and the location is good. Breakfast was decent. The only downside is that parking is a bit cramped, but otherwise, everything else was great.

The hotel's ambiance and comfort are very satisfying. It's located right in the center of Boyolali square, making it super easy to find food in the evenings around the hotel. My only complaint is that it's not very soundproof. Vehicle noise from outside can be heard inside the room, which disturbs guests' sleep. Hopefully, the hotel can address this noise issue in the future. The mountain views around the hotel are amazing. What needs improvement is the taste and variety of the breakfast menu.

The room was clean and odor-free, and the bedding was soft and comfortable for a good night's sleep. The service was warm and attentive, offering incredible value for money. My stay truly exceeded expectations. The lobby environment was elegant and tidy. The room's wet/dry separation in the bathroom was very well done, and all the hidden corners were thoroughly cleaned. Check-in at the front desk was super fast, and requests were promptly addressed. Breakfast had a fresh and abundant variety of options. Overall, it was a particularly comfortable stay.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is good, room is clean, staff is helpful. But their parking lot is no.1 worst parking lot in the world. It’s extremely small and narrow. I don’t know what was going through their mind when they built it. If you have such a big car, don’t ever think to bring it inside. Try to park outside or somewhere else. But overall no complaints regarding the service.

When I stayed there yesterday, ************* got friendly service from all the staff, all the facilities were functioning well, the kids enjoyed it, the breakfast was delicious and varied. My luggage was also brought to my room when I arrived. It's really good

GGuests from SgVery nice resort with nice staffs. Restaurant food was tasty. Room size very good & amenities. Over my expectations, so I would have stayed 2 nights instead so that we can try the massage. Not much TV channels unless Netflix but I did not try. Location has to have own transport as it is away from town. Hope to go again. Just be aware of possible mosquitoes.

GGuest UserThe hotel was near the venue of the forum (JCLEC AKPOL) and it was quite easy to secure Grab rides from there. The hotel exceeded my expectations. It has two (2) restaurants: Serajoe and Vue. Both have helpful waitstaff and there's live music in Vue. The housekeeping was also great. My room was kept pleasantly clean and tidy. Actually, the whole hotel staff -- from those at the entrance to the reception to sales -- was helpful and friendly without becoming too familiar with the guests. If there's anything I would like changed, it would be the aroma used in the lobby... it's a little sharp to the nostrils. Gave me a light headache. Luckily, my nose adjusted or got used to the smell on the second day of my stay. I'll definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel room is good and spacious. Guest can park the car in front of the room. Suitable for traveler with a lot of luggage or family trip. Even the hotel location quite far from Surakarta city center. Room cleanliness is good as well. Unfortunately we experienced some unpleasant situation. At the first we arrived, the receptionist informed us that the breakfast only for 2 persons. While at Trip.com ticket stated for 4 persons. They told us the Trip.com information was wrong. They just compliment us breakfast for 4 person for the second day only. After having a room, we found the air conditioner was error. But they took responsibility by moving our room to another. And the last, the wifi connection was poor in our room.
