Regarding the pick-up and drop-off service at Linfen West Station: The pick-up service was good, but when I booked it, they didn't ask for my order name or other details for verification, which seemed a bit unprofessional and indicated a slight lack of management. Also, when I arrived at West Station, no one contacted me until I called the hotel, and then the driver finally got in touch. There was a customer who needed a ride to the station, and I had to wait a bit. It would have been good to be informed about this beforehand so I knew what to expect. While understandable, not being told leaves customers unsure of the situation. The facilities, cleanliness, environment, and service were all pretty good. However, I hope management strengthens oversight on some of the food and water items. Don't provide items with a very long shelf life; customers might be hesitant to consume them, which leaves a bad impression.

I booked this hotel in advance for our May Day holiday trip to Taiyuan. It's an established five-star hotel, and both the facilities and service are top-notch. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. It's super convenient to get to, right outside Exit A2 of Changfeng Street Station on Metro Line 2. Plus, it's next to Tianmei Xintiandi, a bustling commercial area, and taxis are always easy to find. We visited Zhonglou Street, Liuxiang, Jinci Temple, Tianlong Mountain, and the Shanxi Museum, and honestly, there's nothing to complain about except that some of the furniture feels a bit dated compared to newer hotels. Otherwise, it offers great value for money. I'll definitely stay at Kempinski again next time I'm in Taiyuan.

The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance of the ancient city. The facilities are of a high standard; although a bit older, they are well-maintained. The room was spacious, bright, and airy, facing the ancient city with beautiful night views. The hotel breakfast offered local specialties, including knife-cut noodles and lamb offal soup, all readily available. The local farm milk, in particular, had an amazing taste. During my stay, I accidentally left my coffee cup in the restaurant. Ms. Zhang Ruiqi, the assistant manager, went above and beyond to help me find it and return it to my room, despite the trouble I caused. Her warmth and professionalism were truly impressive.

The family room was spacious and comfortable, and the cleanliness was exceptional – every nook and cranny was spotless, which was very reassuring. The location is also fantastic; after visiting the clinic, it was convenient to stroll along Liuxiang and Zhonglou Street. All the staff were so welcoming and promptly helped with any small requests, which was incredibly thoughtful. The zero-pressure mattress was super soft and didn't bother me at all, allowing me to get a good night's rest. As a result, I had plenty of energy to spend with my child the next day. The facilities are quite new overall, and I really can't find anything to fault. Highly recommended!

The staff were so so friendly and super nice!!! Told them it was our honeymoon and there was a handwritten note with fruits and snacks waiting for us on the table. They didn't have to, but they did ☺️ when we left, we were rushing for the train and didn't have time to eat breakfast. The staff were so concerned we were skipping breakfast she quickly packed some food for us to go and even ran after us to pass us cutlery because she forgot to pack some. Would recommend staying here 10/10!

I chose your hotel for this business trip and the experience was very satisfactory. The check-in at the front desk is efficient and professional, the room is clean and tidy, and the network signal is stable and fast, which is crucial for handling official business. The quiet environment of the executive lounge is also very suitable for meeting guests or working alone. The check-out procedure is simple and saves valuable time for a tight itinerary. I will choose here next time I travel.

We had a late pickup from the train station and were very warmly welcomed. Our room was clean, spacious and very comfortable, and the next day we were even brought back to the station. The hotel is located right in the center of the old town, so all major sights and restaurants are just a short walk away. The location is perfect for exploring the historic Pingyao old town while still being able to enjoy a quiet atmosphere in the evening. We had a really great stay in Pingyao. The hosts went out of their way to be helpful and very attentive. The staff speaks English, which made communication easy and pleasant. We especially liked that breakfast was even brought to our room.

My child's college entrance exam venue was near the hotel, and right from check-in, the front desk assigned me a quieter room based on my request. This was my first time staying in the Liuxiang commercial district in my hometown of Taiyuan, and it was a fantastic experience. This hotel offers incredible value for money among local hotels. The room was well-equipped, clean, and tidy, and the adjustable lighting is particularly worth recommending.

The hotel's location is decent, not far from the ancient city. The room is spacious, but the luggage rack is a bit small. The bathroom has a separate shower and tub, and the staff thoughtfully provided a disposable bathtub liner. There were welcome fruits in the room, and even pear juice in the evening to combat Datong's dry climate. So thoughtful! Breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was quickly replenished. I accidentally burned a slice of toast, and the chef, who was refilling the bread, kindly took my burnt toast away. So heartwarming! However, I found an ashtray from the previous guest hidden behind a water bottle, which made me a bit concerned about the overall hygiene. Also, finding a seat at breakfast was always a scramble. The hotel needs to address this issue.

The hotel has a great location, close to the high-speed train station. The front desk staff are all very welcoming; they greeted us as soon as we walked in and even helped us with the elevator. The room was clean, and complimentary mini-bar drinks were restocked daily. For two nights, we felt like having rice, so we dined at the hotel's Chinese restaurant. The dishes were reasonably priced, and the rice was delicious.
