"The room is good overall, the newly renovated hotel, but the decoration is relatively general. The sea view room I live in is very good to watch the sunrise. The overall comparison is worse than the Joburg radisson blu, and the price/performance ratio is lower."

"Постараюсь оставить отзыв без лишних эмоций, хотя сделать это очень трудно, но будущие гости должны знать. Мы останавливались на одну ночь вчетвером: я, моя жена, моя сестра и друг - Номер категории «Премиум». Первое впечатление - отличное место: хороший район, вилла за высоким забором, по периметру камеры и проведено электрическое ограждение, во дворе собаки, второй этаж, большой номер, достаточный для четверых, очень большая ванная комната. Всё это служило сигналом, что мы в полной безопасности, но это оказалось не так - нас обокрали!!! Причем произошло это феерично, такое бывает только в кино, и как оказалось в ЮАР. У нас был долгий переезд из Блумфонтейна, мы приехали поздно, очень устали, поэтому обрадовались такому комфорту, проверили двери, все были закрыты, привели себя в порядок, девушки легли спать. Мы с другом решили немного выпить, чтобы расслабиться после дороги, и обсудить планы на следующий день. Чтобы не мешать жене и сестре, мы ушли в ванную комнату, которая очень подходит для проведения пенных вечеринок по размеру (см. фото). Мы были там не более 40 минут, когда вышли, не нашли на тумбочках наших телефонов, но не придали этому значения, посчитав, что сильно устали и перепутали, место, где они лежат. Ответ, куда делись телефоны пришёл утром, когда меня разбудила сестра и сказала, что нас ограбили!! Её рюкзак лежал на балконе, его тщательно перебрали, достали все наличные, медикаменты, косметику и некоторые личные вещи. Рюкзак моей жены забрали целиком, в нём по сути лежало тоже самое по содержимому, но отличалось по количеству и качеству. Тем самым максимум за 40 минут мы лишились четырех телефонов и очень крупной суммы денег, с которой можно было себе ни в чём не отказывать, плюс личные вещи, которые по-своему были нам дороги. Мы до сих пор не можем понять, как такое можно провернуть так быстро, в темноте, в охраняемом доме. Когда приехала полиция и осмотрела виллу, они сказали, что это сделали изнутри, что незаметно пробраться так быстро, с момента нашего приезда до сна, забраться на второй этаж, а высота там внушительная, скоординировать свои действия так четко, было невозможно. Реакция хозяина тоже была интересная, для него как будто ничего не произошло, будто нет ограбления на его вилле. Перед нами больше извинялись полицейские, местный патруль и соседи, которые пришли, увидев полицию. Спасибо что, хотя бы накормили завтраком, он действительно отличный. Для всех, кто дочитал до конца, будьте бдительны всегда, в ЮАР беда не дремлет, всегда проверяйте двери и окна. Делайте страховку на случай кражи, у нас её к сожалению, не было, потому что мы иностранные туристы. Эта поездка обошлась нам очень дорого. А мысль, что эта кража могла бы закончиться ещё хуже, т.к. грабители буквально стояли над моей женой и сестрой, приводит в ужас!!!"

"We have stayed here many time because it is a beautiful building in an excellent location. The general staff are outstanding and the food and rooms are amazing. Unfortunately the front desk is just not the same as the rest of the experience. When I wrote in to ask for an early check in I got no reply- on my arrival I asked about this and was told because I got no reply that means it’s fine. I find this odd as I explained that we were arriving after a three part flight over 18 hours. We have stayed here at least 3 other times and my comment for each time would be pretty much the same - I feel the front desk could do better to Mach their rest of the experience."

The convenience of Singa Lodge location is difficult to overestimate: Only 63 rand for a trip to Uber from the airport. We have spent no minute on tiring transfers and the savings have invested in impressions. And they cost: Kragga Kamma Game Park, located 40 kilometers, gave meetings with giraffes, zebras and nostrils whose ̆ free spirit resonated with the atmosphere of the hotel itself free, wild, but cozy. Four days at Singa Lodge flew as moments, but left a trace comparable to eternity. This corner didn't just fulfill expectations he gave the feeling that we found a second house where even the ocean sounds like a cradle. Thank you for the moments that will become pearls in our memory! *P.S.
