Air Canada arbitrarily cancelled my flight, which was completely unreasonable and so capricious! I was forced to stay an extra day in Seattle and book another night's accommodation. To catch an early morning rebooked flight back to Vancouver the next day, I stayed with my child at the Hilton near the airport. It was cleaner and tidier than hotels downtown, more affordable, and the service was much better. Everything about check-in was explained very clearly.

Guest UserOverall, I liked the hotel. I stayed there with my spouse and our two-year-old daughter. Our room was spotless. The shower was excellent, and the water pressure was strong—I absolutely loved that. The gentleman at the reception was very polite and attentive; he even allowed us to check in early. The hotel's only downsides were that parking required a fee and the televisions were a bit outdated. Aside from that, we were very satisfied with everything.

The hotel itself was in a great spot (Royal Caribbean cruise customer) and was clean and pleasant. The staff accommodated our early check in request (we arrived around 1pm) which was terrific - didn't have to wait YAY!!!
The rest of the staff were all wonderful except for the bar staff. We placed an order for drinks/snacks at the bar and then sat off to the side nearer the restaurant. We had to ask at least three times for our order and the bartender/server was abrupt and rather surly. Everyone else was wonderful.

The location is fantastic! It's within walking distance to the Space Needle, Chihuly Garden and Glass, Museum of Pop Culture, Pike Place Market, and downtown shopping. It's also surrounded by many tech companies, with Amazon's headquarters just a few minutes' walk away. There's a Whole Foods nearby, a famous organic grocery store in the US, offering a great selection of fruits, vegetables, and hot food. The room is a bit small, but that's not an issue if you're out and about all day. The iPad control system is a nice touch and kids older than elementary school age would enjoy it. The hotel breakfast is standard American; the selection isn't huge, but the quality of the food is good.

ChangjiaoxiaozhuThis hotel boasts an excellent location right in downtown Seattle, within walking distance to Pike Place Market, the Space Needle, and other city landmarks. It's also incredibly convenient for taking the subway and monorail. The area feels very safe; personally, I didn't worry about walking back to the hotel after dark. The hygiene and service were standard and satisfactory. They even offer a daily $15 credit for 'The Market,' which is enough for a couple of coffees or yogurts. Overall, it was a good experience and I'd recommend it.

BanlibaoziSeattle's prices are really something else... $70 for parking, practically Hawaii prices... Or is Seattle even more expensive than Hawaii? But downtown is quite chaotic, and as a tourist, you don't really have a choice. It's just a standard Hilton double room. It's a bit of a walk to attractions, especially with Seattle's hills. However, the room price was relatively affordable. When traveling, I prioritize chain hotels.

I visited with my family. The lobby desk staff was so friendly and I felt good. I also had breakfast at the restaurant below because I used my destination fee points. They were friendly and the food was good. The location was relatively safer than the market area, so I liked it.

The hotel's front desk service is very good, the room is clean, and free bath salts are delivered to the room. When checking in, the front desk will give 2 bottles of water and a welcome drink. Guests will be provided with a free glass of red wine from 5 to 7 o'clock, and free delivery to nearby attractions. The location of the hotel is very convenient, there are bus stops and supermarkets within 100 meters.
The room we stayed in this time also happened to have a little view of the Needle. Recommended for those traveling to Seattle to consider staying here.

Guest UserExcellent hotel in a great location. Although the room was slightly small, it was comfortable and very clean. The ”technology” controlling the entire room took a little time to get used to. My only complaint was that throughout my stay (only 1 night), I was unable to get the TV to work !! The controlling mini ipad wouldnt seem to communicate with the TV beyond switching it on and off. Reception suggested I use the regular remote control, but still didnt work! I can live without the TV for one night but if longer I would have pursued the hotel to fix the problem. Other then that, I enjoyed my stay. Nice to have a laptop sized room safe. Note, there is no in-room coffee/tea making facility, but they are available down on the ground floor. Despite the TV problem I would stay again.

Guest UserThe biggest drawback is that the Link light rail is right downstairs. It whizzes by every few minutes with constant noise, continuing until almost 2 AM and starting up again around 4 AM.
Overall, the hotel is just okay. For over $300, it's not great value for money, but mainly because everything is so expensive in the US. They charged a $30 destination fee, which they said could be used as a $20 credit for purchases. Plus, they charged $10 for hotel WiFi, which could also be used as a credit – thanks for nothing.
