We recently stayed one night at Westgate Resort and Casino (April 4-5 2026) and overall had a pleasant experience. The staff were very accommodating and made sure our request for a room facing the Sphere was granted, which we really appreciated.
However, there was one downside during our stay. While taking a shower, we noticed mold in the shower area, which was quite concerning and took away from the otherwise comfortable experience.
We hope the management can address this issue, as the service and location were great.

Stayed at MGM because the show David Copperfield is based there, was a decent stay. Room was fine, beds comfortable, check in was smooth. Gym was decent. Valet parking and self parking. $40 and $20 per night. Make sure to check invoice on check out.

The hotel offers a fully self-service check-in, which saves time since you don't have to make awkward small talk with the front desk – perfect for introverts. The room is quite spacious, but it feels a bit old. I felt itchy sitting on the fabric sofa and sleeping on the bed, probably due to too many dust mites, and there was a lot of dust in the room, making me sneeze. There's a bathtub, and shampoo and shower gel are provided. However, essential items like slippers, a kettle, toothbrush, and toothpaste were missing; the only cups were a few clear plastic ones. We left the room at 12 PM, and it wasn't cleaned. We just made do for two nights. The location isn't ideal either; although it's on the busiest street, it's at the very edge, and it takes over 30 minutes to walk back to the hotel from the city center.
It's a huge hotel, but it's located a bit off the Strip, so you can enjoy the beautiful scenery and night views of the desert outskirts through the floor-to-ceiling windows and spacious rooms. I stayed here a few years ago and loved it so much I booked again. It's fully equipped with a refrigerator, iron, closet, ample hangers, a bathtub, a sofa, and everything else.
For around 100,000 won, it's a great value. They also have a fantastic show called WOW on the first floor of the hotel, so be sure to see it. The smaller seating area actually makes the view even better, lol.

We actually stayed at the W Hotel next door, which was much quieter than the Mandalay. The only downside was the air conditioning only had a cold setting, no heating. The air in the casino also had a really strong, mixed smell. Next time, I'll stick to a regular hotel.

This is an older hotel within the resort, and it's a bit disappointing that there's no coffee maker or microwave in the room. You even have to buy your own bottled water, though I know most hotels in the US don't provide it. The service is a stark contrast to places like The Parisian in Macau. On the bright side, the Eiffel Tower night view is still quite nice.

The two 1.5m beds were perfect for our family of three. There's no fridge in the room, but we didn't really need one. The Italian food street downstairs was very convenient for meals! Just a heads-up, we were automatically charged a 20% tip for a take-out puff from the dessert shop there. The hotel's tram connects directly to the Bellagio, which saved us a lot of time.
The location is a bit out of the way; you'll need a taxi to get anywhere. The room itself was incredibly spacious and reasonably clean, but the facilities are showing their age. There was no water in the room, and a bottle downstairs cost nearly 50 [currency, assuming RMB]. No slippers were provided, and the sheets were very thin. The front desk's efficiency can't compare to what you'd find in [country, assuming China]; it's 'free America,' so don't expect much in terms of service. I'll try another hotel next time, if there is a next time.
Orleans is an off strip vegas hotel that is currently going through some much needed renovations. They are marketing mobile checkin and mobile room key both of which did not work. The note said I would need to sync my reservation with my Boyd rewards card which the front desk supposed didn't my n request but nothing showed up in the app. The room b itself was comfortable but lacked refrigerator and microwave although most Vegas rooms do. At the prices published online they all should. Lack of TV channels was somewhat problematic when trying to escape the casino. The on-site movie theater and bowling alley did help but if course cost more. The hotel used to provide some coupons to use around the premises during your stay but I did not receive any this stay. I did enjoy Balliwick and Ondori during my stay and found them good and not too pricey. The casino lacks some of the newer slot machines and this trip they seemed to be very tight. Overall the stay was fun.

The hotel's prime location on Las Vegas Boulevard offers convenient access to various affordable dining options and attractions. However, the hotel itself appears somewhat dated, despite its cleanliness. The ”attraction view” rooms may not offer the expected scenery; for instance, instead of a view of the Sphere, one might overlook the Cosmopolitan. If the pricing were identical, I would consider booking a different room type. Overall, the stay was comfortable and provided good value..

TTriciaMy husband and I came to Hilton Lake Las Vegas to spend our 7th wedding anniversary. Check in went very smoothly. Shortly after our check in we received a complimentary bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. It was a very welcoming surprise which we genuinely appreciated. We had booked a couples massage at their spa and were very pleased with their services. It was quite relaxing and exactly what we needed! Our room was very clean and quiet. We ordered in room service for breakfast and the food was very much to our liking! We’ve stayed at this resort several times prior and have always been pleased with our stay there. We will definitely be back!
GGuest UserI stayed for two nights. On the first night, I arrived early in the morning and there was an on-duty staff member, an older gentleman who provided excellent and very attentive service! He was very meticulous and patient, and I even gave him an extra tip out of gratitude. My second stay was four days later, and the front desk staff, compared to the gentleman who checked me in on the first night, was less satisfactory in terms of service. The hotel room itself was good, but the soundproofing wasn't great. Overall, I'm still quite satisfied.

FFreddyg013The hotel was good and decent for the stay we had, the room wasn’t the best, and the view was definitely not worth the price since we had air conditioner unit views and white globe with no lights to it too (yawn 🥱 a missed opportunity). If you’re into gambling, or not so much, this is an okay place to stay. We aren’t gamblers but we still managed to find some fun.
The cool thing about the hotel is that there are three casinos connected to each other with Silverland being in the middle. We spent more time at Circus Circus playing the games there and earning tickets to win simple prizes. There is much for entertainment there in the forms of gambling, night clubs, and kid games. Food around is pretty reasonable where you don’t have to leave the complex, which is great! However more than two days here might be a bit too much and possibly boring after that if you’re not a gambler. Luckily we were only passing through and less than a 40 hour stay here for us was perfectly fine!
GGuest UserSelf Check-in is fast and easy however there is some issue with my registered credit card which is not reflected during check-in, and this resulted in a long wait time as I was not notified of this issue until I personally checked with the hotel staff. Sealing between connecting rooms is not great as I can smell cigarettes smoke from the other room. Basic in-room amenities such as hand wash, shampoo and body wash are provided which is great. I like the location as it walkable to most attractions on the strip and it's situated between the 2 free tram stations.
GGuest UserTo everyone booking through Trip.com, when you arrive at the hotel, don't use the self-service check-in kiosks. It's a waste of time because you'll still have to pay the remaining balance. It's quicker to just queue up at the front desk for check-in. The guy who checked us in at the front desk had really cool braids, and he was super nice! His voice was surprisingly gentle, a stark contrast to his appearance – I could barely hear him, haha. He was very soft-spoken. The hotel's location is fantastic! It's right next to the Flamingo Hotel (the side entrance near the Linq leads directly to a zoo with real flamingos). Between the Linq and Flamingo hotels, there's a pedestrian street with tons of food options, including sushi and In-N-Out Burger, plus a Ferris wheel. Across the street from the hotel is Caesar's Palace, and I think their shopping area is the most beautiful in Vegas. A less than ten-minute walk further gets you to the Bellagio and Paris Las Vegas. If you walk ten minutes to the right of the hotel, you'll reach The Venetian and a decent-sized supermarket. It truly feels like a prime location on the Strip, surrounded by food, drinks, and entertainment everywhere you look. The hotel has a casino, dining options, and a supermarket inside, and the rooms are clean and spacious.
