"I found this one in the vast hotel camp in Serengeti. I chose this one without a comment (there is an evaluation on the Internet). The camp itself has no problem, but the early communication with the camp group is an unprecedented challenge. Reason 1, The hotel's process rules are a bit complicated; 2. The time difference of language ideas may also cause some distrust to cause communication barriers; 3. Ctrip's customer service can be said to be worse. The communication with the hotel agent is not smooth, and the customer service is replaced like a horse. I narrate, explain, wait, and then no results, and then I have to solve it myself... And some of the hotel photos displayed are not this camp at all... Deduct one I'm really polite."
