I have booked at Pera orient hotel because it offers what I want from an hotel during my travels and the feedbacks were in its favor. Just after my booking was done I stumble on a negative review that was posted on trip advisor. I was worried about my choice. But when I went to Istanbul and stayed there, I felt compelled to share my own experience, which was entirely different and absolutely fantastic! I believe it's essential to give credit where credit is due. First of all , if you are seeking a resort , Pera Orient is not a resort and it never claims to be one! My stay at Pera Orient was comfortable and pleasant. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the friendly and attentive staff, who made their best to help me in every possible way and to answer my queries during my 5-day long stay. Their warm smiles and genuine willingness to assist truly set the tone for my stay. The location of the hotel is ideal. A 6 min walk from the hotel takes you to Taksim square where you can take the Metro or bus to reach your desired destination. And it allowed me to make regular daily walks on istikal street . The street is a little narrow yes, but there are plenty of hotels all around that I have never felt scared or unsafe ( as it was mentioned in the negative review). And I always took the upward direction then turn right towards taksim. I was greeted by a spotless clean room with a tasteful decor. The bed was incredibly comfortable, The housekeeping staff was attentive and meticulous, making sure that my room was impeccably cleaned each day. Coffee and tea were left daily next to the kettle (sometimes with a bottle of water). When I will visit Istanbul again , I will definitely chose Pera Orient to stay in.

A very convenient hotel if you need to stay overnight between flights. The airport is within walking distance, literally 3 minutes walk. The rooms are not the first freshness, but everything is very clean!

My flight was changed so I was forced to spend a night in Istanbul. This hotel was offered to me in combination with the car transfer for 75 euros. The hotel was a pleasant surprise. It was clean, with all I was needing to spend a good night (the room was kind of small but for my purpose it was fine). Breakfast was also included in the price and I had a tasteful coffee at the bar that is at the entrance. It's not so close to the airport, but with the transfer you have no problem. The hotel is in a commercial road, where you can find markets in case you need to buy food. It was quiet during the night. I arrived around 12am and there were 2 staff in the counter waiting for passengers.

My friend and I were staying at Mount Ararat Hotel for three nights. We were welcomed by friendly and helpful staff. Even though we barely stayed in our room, the room had everything what we needed after a long day outdoors. The beds were very comfortable, the place was clean and so was the bathroom. There were a lot of restaurants nearby and during the evening the neighbourhood became very lively with locals and tourists. We were happy that after a tiring day we could grab some food and drinks with our hotel in the close proximity. On our last evening Saleh helped us arranging the transport to the airport which was top-notch! On the other hand, we had an arrangement with breakfast included and it was slightly disappointing. It was buffet with various choices of food and drinks but my friend and I are a little bit fussy. We preferred to grab something on our way to the city centre. It is not a deal breaker though. All in all, good value for money. We were satisfied about our choice and would definitely come back.

We have had a few accommodation opportunities with my girlfriend in your hotel. Really great. Your money is worth it until the end. We thank very lady and gentlemen for the guleryuz ...

Wonderful hotel! Everything new, big rooms, great bathroom, nothing to talk about. I highly recommend it for anyone who needs to stay in the Istanbul airport area. The entire reception team was very attentive. Really a good hotel with great value for money. Grade 10.

Spent a total of eight nights at this hotel. Our stay was extremely enjoyable for the following reasons: # The hotel was spotless. Our room was clean and the staff who serviced the room each day did an outstanding job. # Location. The hotel is located in a very busy area, but access to public transport was easy with tram and underground stations located within walking distance. Nearby, there were stacks of places to eat a variety of foods and ATM's, supermarkets and all the things a traveller needs were a 'stone's throw' away. # Access to major attractions was easy- the tram line allowed you quick access to a number of important tourist attractions. # Breakfast- Included in the price and for once there was plenty of fresh, good quality food on offer. The dining area was clean and the staff extremely attentive. # Price Point- the room represented good value for money. # Staff- very helpful and with a sound knowledge base. Thinking of staying here- book it!

There was so much good about this motel! Neat place!! The room was very cozy and VERY small! No big deal at all. The bed had a nice, hard mattress (which I love) and comfy pillows. The shower had plenty of hot water and strong water pressure. The maid service was nothing short of outstanding. Very friendly and excellent at keeping the room neat and tidy. The room temp was easy to regulate. The breakfast had a great variety of choices. There is something here for anyone's taste. Lots of great breads and jams, too. Loved everything about this place. The front desk could not have been more helpful. They were friendly and enjoyed engaging in conversation. This hotel is close to the tram and, of course, the shopping options are innumerable. Highly recommended!!

Great hotel but not very atmospheric. Also noisy with a lot of noise from the busy street. Apparently not much has been invested in sound insulation. The carpet in the corridors is old. All in all I found it a bit depressing. Mattress also not of very high quality. But for a budget hotel where you probably only stay 1 night, it is sufficient.

I have nothing good to say about this hotel which was provided by Turkish Airlines as a transit hotel. This hotel is not in Istanbul city but very far in the agricultural areas. It is in the middle of fields and next to a highway. There is no natural beauty around and certainly no shopping possibilities. The hotel itself has certainly seen its best days. It is run down and left with no maintenance. In the toilet, I had to manually flush the toilet by letting water our from the basin. The furniture was so badly scratched that it seems it has probably been bought second had from somewhere else. Wifi signal was non-existent and after much arguing, I got transferred to a room where there was a weak signal - but certainly not good enough connection for working. Work-wise, it was a day lost. The breakfast was very basic, and they had run out of a lot of items. To drink there was only coffee and tea, not even cold water let alone juice. The staff could hardly speak any English so communication was challenging.

We have a very beautiful location, service and outlets at the top level. Our room was cleaned 1 for 3 days, we haven't experienced a particular problem because it was clean when we entered. The facilities are very beautiful pools clean. We haven't had any problem with eating but you're very little on dinner but you're surely full of it overall we're happy to stay again

Konumu aşırı iyi, çalışanlar yardım sever.

The hotel was very clean and very guleryuzlu calisan.We could relax very well.The hotel and the closed pool are available, very relaxing .socially you can spend time in the hotel, there is a kids park, a kids playroom. The hotel is long and the billiard room is available for the children. The live music was made very good, in a very good position. The centre is very close. Also the beach is very close and you can reach it very shortly.

You can not find a better place for a few days at the beach! The hotel is located right in the bay, so you can entertain yourself looking at the fishing boats and resident heron catching fish right outside your balcony. The support staff is very helpful and friendly. The swimming pool filled with fresh seawater and extremely relaxing. We had one day of windy wearher and just spent it by the pool. The pool has a full service with a wide source of deinks. The breakfast in the restaurant next door is the best I ever had! Wide selection of dishes, fresh bread and cheese, multiple egg dishes, olives, eggs, and plenty more. We did not feel hungry until dinner! Basically, the price of the hotel includes extra meals. Just a heads up, there are no daily services, so if you need an extra towel, just ask on the reception (the pool area also provides fresh towels, so there is no inconvenience)

Odanın konumu,temizliği,ferahlığı,donanımı harika. Şömine,jakuzi,hamam,nehir manzaralı balkonu ile temeli kalınacak kadar ferah bir oda..Aradığınızdan fazlasını bulabiliyorsunuz.. Hele ki akşam yemeği tam bir ziyafet.. Yanında alacağınız içkiler ve servis ( sunum ) harika.. Yemek sonrası stand-up kıvamında geçen canlı müzik keyfi ise hiçbir yerde bulamayacağınız türde.. Fiyatlar ise son derece makul düzeyde.. Nehir kenarında kahve keyfi ise eşsiz..Restorant ve cafe bölümünde devamlı müzik yayını ise ruhunuzu dinlendiriyor..2 güne 1 haftalık anı sığdırdık... Kesinlikle ve kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum.. İlk fırsatta tekrardan gitmek için heyecanla program yapıyorum..
