Upon arrival, i was greeted by your staff. He was polite, friendly, respectful and help my luggage up to lobby. The check in was done smoothly. The room was spacious, clean and i know i made the right choice by choosing Centara hotel for my my 4 days trip. Hotel was just opposite lee garden market.. It was so convenient to get around to everywhere. The best part of the hotel is the Breakfast! There were alot of varieties of delicious food and its such a great day to start your day on the table eating while planning your day! Overall, it was such a Great Experience! Thank you Centara hotel! 😘😘😘

We booked 2 x Deluxe room with breakfast , Hotel is located makro, shopping centre & night market . I like the location , very convenient and easy to access every where. There provide carpark too. The swimming pool is big & have gym room too. The room is big for me to put 2 big luggage .The staff can't really speak english fluently . Sometimes there don't understand what i asking or explain. The room is clean & the sound prove too. The most important for me is sound prove . i will be back again this hotel . Highly recommend my friends and family .

Suitable for family. Great pool. My children like swimming in the pool. Good breakfast, relaxing atmosphere having breakfast beside the pool watching my children swimming. Comfortable bed and great bathtub as well.

We were assigned this hotel after signing off from our vessel. Mosquitos were buzzing around as the receptionist checked us in. This hotel have seen better days and would make an excellent choice for a ******* hotel film set. The furniture and furnishings are really really rundown. Stained carpets and yellowed wallpaper greet you at the room. Curtains looked like they were installed in the 70s and mosquitoes buzzed around as you open them. No complimentary coffee or tea but there’s an electric kettle though. Hot water only for the showers, hot enough to cook noodles kind. No fridge and the wifi connection is not stable. The receptionist were polite when I called to raise the issue with them. Said ok and asked for my room number but nobody came to rectify the problems. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. They are not doing anything to make sure the guest’s stay are comfortable and pleasant. Bad wifi connection, hot water only showers and no fridge. It’s especially bad since I have quarantine in the room for 14 days. All my other friends have similar problems in their rooms. It like the hotel is planning to shut down soon because broken things are not fixed and appliances are not replaced.

The Hotel is so beautiful and well maintained. First day our toilet kinda clogged and the water didn’t subside fast enough when we are showering. I report it to the management and it was resolved almost immediately. We go out for the day and come back in the evening, no more clogged drain. Good job! 👏🏼 The location quite far from the famous night market area but it is nice to be far from the town. The best hotel to hangout chill & healing. I will definitely come back!

It’s a neat & nice hotel but the staffs were not that friendly, no smiling face. The hotel don’t provide full toiletries like toothbrush and slippers. All need to request at the front desk. The wifi was not auto login and need to login every time whenever get back to the hotel. The hotel is located at a quiet end just behind the New Season hotel with spacious rooms. It’s a 10 mins walk to where Lee Garden eateries & night market are. It’s a 15 mins walk to Kim Yong market . Tuk tuk is ever ready at the doorstep waiting for a short trip elsewhere in Hatyai. A few massage shops across the hotel but I do not recommended as the fees are expensive than those close to May Flower Hotel or Lee Garden. There is a nice noodle shop opposite the hotel which is open from 6pm-330am. A tiny version of Big C supermart is located 3min walk from the hotel m trip and it was a pleasant stay! 😊 I love the hotel location very much, it's not at the busiest part of Hatyai but still a walking distance to Kim Yong market, eateries, and malls. It was a pleasant stay to me and my family! But I do hope the staffs at the front desk could have more smiling face to welcome us…

There must have been a receptionist conference happening because when I checked in there were seven ladies behind a counter designed for two. I had arrived before 2pm check in time but they took care of my baggage whilst I went out to get something to eat. I think it is inappropriate to put pressure on hotel staff to try and get an early check in, like I have read in reviews on TA. My room was spacious, clean, modern looking and everything worked just fine. Plenty of hanging space and shelving for clothes. Unlike others who find the most trivial things to complain about I think you would be hard pressed to complain about anything here. A personal negative was that all the cable TV stations were in Thai but that's not unusual throughout rural Thailand. No bid deal. There are also no restaurants nearby but there is a food market and Greenway Night Market nearby. Asean Night Bazaar is also within walking distance. Special thanks to the reception staff for their friendly and helpful demeanour. They sorted my tuk tuk for me so that I could visit specific attractions that I had researched as well as my taxi to the airport, both at reasonable prices. Taxis and tuk tuks do not have a very good reputation in Hat Yai.

Positives: Spacious and clean rooms AC works well Wifi works well Fridge and safe in room Front desk and cleaning staff are nice Location is good, by Asean market and a fifteen minute walk to Central Festival Negatives: Had bugs in my room and needed to be moved to another room, second room did not have bugs. It’s nice that they provide breakfast but it is average at best. The food is cold, no salt and pepper at tables and the staff at the breakfast area are not friendly and lack basic social skills. Gym is tiny

”I truly enjoyed my stay at the Signature Hotel. Staff are very helpful with guests. One setback is the distance to the main downtown. Perhaps, the hotel could provide some sort of a ferry service to downtown at some intervals. This will be good for guests who don't have their own transportation. Other than that, everything was up to expectations. I would gladly recommend Signature Hotel to others if they planned to visit Hatyai. Another compliment I would like to give is to the front desk staff who recommended to me a Grab driver who brought us around for sight seeing. We are very fortunate to have the services of Mr Chat, car number 6958 who gave us a very good service during the tour. A very knowledgeable and courteous driver. As we would be looking forward to visiting Hatyai again, hopefully the transportation options could be considered ”

Old hotel but decent as the location is great. Lobby is not so clean, but the room is spacious and affordable. We didnt go for the breakfast eventhough its included as we need to rush back home.loud music across the rooftop bar at night but we still sleep good.

I was book Junior Suite for the hotel but once entering , there is white stain on the floor like it never clean , also some black flake around.. Reception and Housekeeping came to see and they agree to move us to a new room which is not really different but a bit better. Just only if I asked for a spare key , but she just said that is the only one keycard of this room for the whole hotel.. Okay Fine!! The next day , we need to use the room for web-meeting after lunch and ask them to make up room during 2 hours lunch outside .. I told both the reception and press the sign at the room. Once we back to set up the meeting , Room was not clean , It is really a pissed .. that we have to wait downstairs another 20 mins and have to rush back for meeting. I asked the housekeeping that how many person work as housekeeping here , she said only herself. Thats why room is dirty even it is not full. I can see how poor of the hotel's management And staff there look ignorance a lot ,, never say sorry or even offer us a drink or something , no service mind

Great value for money. The room was spacious and clean and had a huge fridge. The staff were helpful and gave us connecting rooms even though we didn’t specify it - we have a child so had to get 2 rooms. The pool was nice and refreshing. Lots of restaurants around. The only thing I’d say is that it smelt of cigarette smoke

The room has a very good atmosphere, the sea view is the best. But you have to book a month in advance and have to request whether you can take a sea view room or a pool. Breakfast is very good, recommend it.

Post pandemic shackles off, wanted to try more hidden corners of Thailand, so came to Songkhla, an hour east of Hat Yai airport, to see the old town, an area with plenty of history and charm. Over the last few years, tiny cafes, galleries, and shops have opened, but town is not yet gentrified. Boutique hotel Baan Nai Nakhon is in the middle of all of this, decorated with a mix of quirky timeworn furniture and ceramics, and handmade mosaics by the laid-back & multi-lingual owner Danny, that used to fly for Thai Air. I have been to Songkhla many times. But still haven't had the opportunity to stay in the old town This time, let's lightly sleep in the old town. Choose to choose to find a place to sleep for a long time, meet The Roo Classic Homestay as a accommodation in the old house. The location is pretty good and very comfortable. 1 I saw from the picture when looking for accommodation on the internet that it was hit Go see the real thing The more pleasing than .. That is, if you are a person who likes antiques, eats bitter things, watch the girl tell her about, recommend staying at Theรู You will not be disappointed. Is that it is an old house at the entrance like a hole as the name of the hole On one side is the name of a coffee shop called Cafe de Roo. Cafe de Roo is that walking through the door, you will see a small garden. Decorated with old bikes Vintage shop sign There is a cool corner for taking pictures and sipping coffee, which is open from noon until 7pm. But if another entrance there will be a sign says The Roo Classic Hometel, that is the entrance to the accommodation, which is really. Can enter both ways Only when the cafe is closed Guests have to walk in and out on the other way. The Roo Classic Hometel has 6 rooms in total, divided into 4 en-suite bathrooms and 2 shared bathrooms on the ground floor, 2 upstairs, 3 rooms and 1 attic room which the attic and Triple rooms require a shared bathroom. Which is separated into 2 shower rooms and 2 toilets. The room we stayed in was called Mikapitk is a room for three people. There is a double bed and one single bed. Spacious room with a living set to watch TV. There is a wardrobe with a ceiling fan on the second floor. Of the front of the house Inquiring from Khun Oh One of the owners of The hole To the history of the house Along with the old that comes to decorate the accommodation Which Khun Oh told me that the real owner of the house is aunt And allow Khun Oh and his friends to come to use the house as a place to stay by asking for various old things Of the house to be exhibited and decorated for guests to see And want the house to live again I don't want to leave it closed By doing accommodation first As for the coffee shop, it is brought as an extra later, next to it, there is a traditional recipe called Go Hom Khao Pork Dang Restaurant Which is the same owner Is a friend team Who together made the hole Then open the restaurant with ancient recipe rice pork red as well until it is popular to be another delicious menu in Songkhla .. The Roo Classic Homestay has received excellent rating from one of the OTAs in a row since 2018.

The lake view private pool rooms are fantastic. Beautiful spacious rooms with enormous outdoor bathrooms. The beds are very comfy and everything is well maintained. Simple wooden buildings that are well designed and extremely comfortable. The staff were lovely and very welcoming. The views were beautiful and we felt truly immersed in nature, but only a short drive from Songkhla old town.
