"Other than being a little confused by the second entrance upon check in, I really loved staying at the Garni hotel. The room was modern and clean and the service was kind and helpful. It's close enough to the old town to walk and enjoy, but the area surrounding the hotel has a lot of charm. I would recommend this hotel to any friend visiting Krakow for sure."

"Reasonable price, super convenient location. Came here for a course that was held in the hotel and it was so convenient that I just need to go down to lobby level for the course and return to my room within 5 min to rest. Can’t imagine staying in a different hotel and having to commute in the freezing weather for the already intense course. Getting to and from the airport is literally just across the link bridge and you don’t need to even expose yourself to outdoors at all."

"The hotel is about 5 kilometers from the city center, and a taxi from the airport costs around 50 PLN. There are two parks nearby, as well as a large supermarket, making shopping and dining quite convenient. The hotel's restaurant is also amazing, and they even have an automatic water dispenser, which is pretty cool. A taxi to the city center costs about 25-35 PLN. The room was cleaned quite thoroughly, and towels were replaced frequently. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Krakow."

"The hotel boasts a trendy and stylish design, with apartments featuring kitchenettes suitable for extended stays. However, it's a bit far from the old town (a 20-minute walk), breakfast may involve waiting during peak hours, water pressure is low, and parking is expensive. It's best suited for young people seeking a design aesthetic; those prioritizing traditional comforts should consider other options."

"Grumpy staff, both at the reception and in the restaurant/at breakfast. The room was opposite the elevator, so it was very noisy and loud at night. The room itself was fine but decorated very cool and business-like. The parking garage was difficult to access; it was steep and the barrier pole was halfway up the ramp, causing you to roll back easily. The city center is a 25-minute walk away, and there's a tram stop nearby. There were pile-driving activities right next to the hotel and a lot of construction work around it. It's also right behind the football stadium, so expect a lot of noise from there during the season. Wouldn't recommend it; I'd choose the Radisson SAS in the city center instead."

"What a lovely house this is! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It's fully equipped with all conveniences, even for 4 people. Though, in our opinion, it might get a bit cramped with four, it's certainly doable. Checking in via the side door went smoothly, and finding the apartment entrance was also easy. We could dispose of our rubbish in the shed. However, there were no bins, just bags that had been torn open by animals. That was a bit of a downside. Sleeping was fine, but the streetlights shine through the curtains. Would blackout curtains be a good option to hang here? The towels could be hung on hooks, but they don't dry easily that way. Perhaps a rail where you can hang the towels? These are just suggestions, of course. Thank you for your hospitality in your home."

"I stayed one night at the DoubleTree by Hilton Krakow for a two-day conference and was very impressed. The room was outstanding — spacious, spotless, with a roomy bathroom and a wonderfully comfortable bed. Service was excellent as well; staff kindly let me check in at 9am, which was a huge help. The only drawbacks were the location, which is a bit far from Krakow’s main attractions (though there are some good local restaurants nearby), and the conference space being in the underground level, which felt a little enclosed despite being perfectly functional. Overall, for comfort and service this hotel is hard to beat, and I would highly recommend it for anyone visiting Krakow. Btw, room service in the morning was absolutely delicious."
