All facilities in the guest rooms have been carefully considered and arranged, including air conditioning, LCD TVs and wardrobes/wardrobes, which can meet your needs while adding a sense of warmth to your home. In addition, the bathroom equipped with slippers, 24-hour hot water and a hairdryer is a good place for you to relieve the fatigue of the day. In your free time, it is a good choice to go to the lobby bar to relax with a drink. If travelers want to dine in the comfort of their own room, the hotel provides room service. If you feel that catering services are limited to this, then the nearby Century Seafood Restaurant (seafood), = (Southeast Asian cuisine) and Pacific Lounge (buffet) will definitely surprise you. Garlic-baked crab and roasted pork knuckle are the first two respectively. A restaurant not to be missed. The hotel has excellent leisure and recreational facilities, such as foot baths. The hotel's conference hall perfectly combines warm service with professional quality. The dry cleaning service provided by the hotel makes your journey more convenient.
"The room was nice and clean. The staff were very approachable, polite, and friendly, including the security guard. The toiletries were also complete.
However, my biggest issue was the cigarette smell. As soon as we entered the room, we could already smell cigarette smoke. The front desk informed us that some rooms may have a cigarette odor because smoking appears to be allowed in certain rooms. The smell became less noticeable after a while, but whenever we turned off the air conditioner, it would come back.
I also noticed that many Chinese guests were gathered in the waiting area in front of the front desk, where there are couches. They were quite loud while talking sometimes it sounded like they were arguing. 😅
What disappointed me the most was that even the buffet area smelled like cigarette smoke. The food was not particularly impressive, and the cigarette odor made the dining experience even less enjoyable.
I would not recommend this hotel for families with young children or for guests who are sensitive to cigarette smoke. It may be difficult for the hotel to address this issue if a large portion of their clientele are smokers.
It's a pity because the hotel itself is nice, the rooms are clean, and the staff provide excellent service."

"This is a brand new hotel that opened this year, so the in-room amenities are naturally new. It even has a small kitchen, but unfortunately, no utensils are provided. The room isn't as spacious as described (40 square feet). The water pressure in the shower is a bit weak, but the hairdryer is very powerful.
The room faces the courtyard pool, yet the traffic noise from the main road outside is clearly audible. In the morning, I was woken up by the noisy splashing from the pool – the soundproofing is really poor. There aren't many shops nearby, but ordering from Foodpanda is very convenient.
I really appreciate the thoughtful birthday decorations and the extra birthday cake provided. I'm very satisfied with that! 👍"

"Very convenient. Very nice room and services. Grateful for the breakfast as the food is Muslim friendly. The chef will inform you about food that is not suitable for Muslims. Nice neighborhood too. 7-eleven and a supermarket can be reached in 3-5 minutes walk. Good cafés too in the area."

TravelGuy2Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the F1 Hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, greeting us with smiles and offering help whenever needed. The hotel arranged transportation for us several times, which made getting around very easy. The room was comfortable, though it lacked consistent hot water and felt somewhat dated. Breakfast was enjoyable, with plenty of options to choose from.

Location is great near the big malls and famous landmarks plus near the airport. Breakfast buffet was great stayed for 4 days and the menu was different every day

We stayed there for my and daughter’s birthday. The hotel prepared a welcome cake and towel cake as a surprise. They have a playroom with ps5 where all of us enjoyed. Free shuttle service too going to Bellevue hotel for the pool access. The hotel staff are all friendly and accommodating. The hotel is close range to the mall and other convenience stores. Wifi is good, the only thing is the tv internet connection is slow so you won’t be able to watch properly, but it did not make big impact to our wonderful stay. Most importantly, the room temperature is cold!
This will always be our top choice for having a birthday staycation.

Anonymous UserNag spark yung saksakan, we called the maintenance more than twice pero no action sila. Sabi lang I off ang switch mabuti nalang dalawang room kinuha namin. So makapagcharge kami sa other room.
Strict din yung upon check in which is good for security. Btw, All in all, maganda naman experience namin except dun sa mga saksakan na di nagwowork.
Sobrang accommodating din nung nag assist sa amin. Good job!

abbyvitorI love this hotel because it is very close to the airport and has a relaxing ambiance with great staff. Kudos to the dining staff for being very attentive and friendly. Jade was especially helpful, always smiling and attentive to guests’ needs.
However, I wish there were more food selections available. I also hope the fruit station can be replenished regularly while there are still guests dining.

Excellent receptionist’s service, when my Grab arrived earlier than expected and food hasn’t been prepared (which is my fault, my friend suddenly asked me out so I had to changed it to ‘take away’), restaurants’ staff also was very friendly and offering a few options how would I like the meal in preparation to be served later when I got back. And when I finally got back, the staff is still there (even though it’s super late) and he sat me down, sent me water and prep my food nicely for me to take back to my room to enjoy. It’s a nice experience considering i still remember the kindness after a month 😆

The location is excellent. There's a shopping mall and plenty of food options right downstairs, and it's very easy to get a taxi to anywhere in the city. The hotel is clean, and having laundry facilities was a huge plus. The staff were also very friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. I had a very pleasant stay.

Guest UserI honestly didn’t expect this place to exceed my expectations, especially since we booked it at such an affordable price, and it even came with a breakfast buffet!
The room was incredibly spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Even the television was in great condition, which made our stay even more comfortable.
As for the food, my sister and I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Everything we tried was delicious, and there were plenty of good options to choose from.
This definitely won’t be our first and last stay—it’s just the beginning! We’ll definitely be coming back, hopefully next time with our parents. We also didn’t get the chance to try the swimming pool because we didn’t bring our swimwear, so that’s another reason to return! ❤️

Ms Maria CabreraAn amazing farewell stay at Grand Westside Manila Bay! I booked a family connecting room for our friend’s farewell before heading to the US, and it was a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly polite and attentive, cheerfully accommodating our multiple requests for bottled water. Since their in-room massage was fully booked, we brought in a third-party therapist, and the hotel smoothly allowed them in without any hassle. We loved the seamless check-in/out, the welcome drinks, and they even waived our security deposit! The rooms were spotless, and the buffet was delicious. A truly memorable stay!
