It's just a few hundred meters' walk to the seaside promenade, offering stunning views of the Pacific Ocean – truly the best part of Lima. The breakfast spread is excellent, and there are plenty of restaurants near the hotel."

"Very good. The room is very clean and convenient. There are free coffee drinks. This place is close to the seaside and the scenery is also very good. It takes only ten minutes to walk to the seaside. The sea is really beautiful."

"Service was great as usual by the receptionist and really appreciate the warmth and smile from Stefanny. The swimming pool is a heated one so I could swim in it even though it was a cold day. Loved the welcome drinks and the amenities (coffee machine, body lotion, body shower, hand soap, shampoo, thick and soft tissue paper). The beds and pillows are comfortable, there’s a usb charger at the table. It’s a really convenient place near Kennedy park. Note that no cotton pad or cotton buds, toothbrush, shower cap were provided but I am ok with that. Security was really nice too, was waiting for Uber at night by the street and he would walk out to wait with me just to be safe."

It is ideally placed close to a mall and across the road from a mini market, the staff cannot do enough for you, it is very clean with a daily turnaround service and the price is great. All in a nice, safe area. Don't sit on it, book it - you'll love it. Breakfast is decent, food in the evening good too."

"We have been pampered by Aloft hotel!!! Carlos from the front desk made sure that we will have a great time celebrating our anniversary in Peru! We were offered a corner room with great views and a special treat as well! The lobby is in level L. Breakfast was healthy and superb with lots of great options! The room was huge! Plus points to the shower which gives spa vibes, great choice of tiles and shower head! Will definitely recommend to family and friends! Thank you, Carlos, for making us feel special!"

"Since I'm asked to review, I'll give an honest one. I genuinely don't understand how this hotel got such a high rating. Aside from the excellent location (next to Wong supermarket), I can't see what else warrants it. On the first day, I arrived around 10 am and asked the front desk if I could check in if a room was ready. The front desk staff explicitly said it would be an hour, then half an hour, and in the end, I only managed to check in after three or four hours. When I booked, I specifically requested a quiet room. Can you believe they assigned me the only room located between the elevator and the emergency exit staircase? Once in the room, the noise from the air conditioning unit was unbearable. Maintenance came up and said it would make noise for ten minutes every time it was turned off, or I'd have to keep it on constantly. Later, even when it was off, it would make noise intermittently. I couldn't stand it anymore and requested a room change. This went on until 8 or 9 pm (the platform's concierge was very dedicated and kept assisting with communication with the hotel). After changing rooms, I thought I'd finally get a good night's sleep, but the soundproofing in this new room was even worse. I could hear the shower from the upstairs room right above my head – there was no escaping it. Then, on one of the subsequent days, I left in the morning and returned in the afternoon to find my room hadn't been cleaned. I had to call the front desk multiple times just to get some water bottles delivered, even if they wouldn't clean the room. Throughout all these issues, the platform kept communicating and trying to resolve things with the hotel, but the hotel seemed to refuse to acknowledge any wrongdoing. I hope everyone takes this into consideration. Besides the great location, you really don't need to consider staying here for the guest experience."

"My stay here far exceeded my expectations, highly recommended! I was thoroughly satisfied with this hotel. The location is excellent, with plenty of dining and shopping options conveniently close by. The front desk staff were warm and professional, making check-in a quick and smooth process. The room was clean and spacious, the bedding comfortable, and the soundproofing excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep every night. The bathroom was well-designed with separate wet and dry areas, and a full range of toiletries were provided. The breakfast spread offered a wide variety of options, and the hotel's facilities were well-maintained, feeling very new. The value for money is outstanding, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Lima!"

"Check-in was slow, the room card was not very easy to use, I called mantenimiento and it was fixed quickly The room was quite large, with one large and one small bed, and the bathroom was separated into wet and dry areas Drinking water was provided upon check-in, and we went to Machu Picchu for two days in between, but the coffee was not renewed on the second day. The breakfast was very very good, very versatile At least they were all my favorites, and there were ginger shots, hummus, and soy milk.
