"Disappointing stay due to poor indoor temperature control and unhelpful service. Our room was uncomfortably warm (27°C), and despite several visits from maintenance, the AC issue wasn't resolved. We were told nothing could be done unless we paid for an upgrade, which they couldn't even guarantee would fix the problem. We ended up sleeping with the windows open for relief, but were kept awake by a loud generator outside. Definitely not the quality experience we expected"

"A great place near the sea. Very welcoming Russian-speaking resepshen. A convenient common kitchen area. The main minus - the general sauna on the floor, no sound isolation with the corridor. Windows without curtains, you need to close the outer stands"

"Of course a beautiful hotel , staff replaced the room on arrival to improved, it was a pleasant bonus ! Breakfasts at the water, it is a separate pleasure, everything is very tasty, clean and hospitality ! We are delighted , this hotel for the admirers of beauty , silence and comfort ! "Fantastic location right on the front. Very helpful front desk and nice breakfast. The issue is the hotel is very old and the rooms really worn out with tired furniture and fittings. Shame. It’s desperately in need of a refurbishment."

"Before my flight, I was looking for an above-average hotel to relax. The hotel looked appealing in the photos, and it was supposed to have a jacuzzi on the premises. Upon arrival, I was impressed by the grounds. The receptionist was friendly, and I was able to check in early, which was great. However, the room was in poor condition. It had black walls, was dark, had a broken mirror, and chipped furniture. While there was a kitchen and a kettle in the room, there was no outlet for the kettle. The drainage was poorly done, so the entire bathroom floor would be covered in water after a shower. Overall, the furniture and decor were old, giving the room an unkempt feel. There were also hot water disruptions, and I even saw a man in a bathrobe at the reception area. The staff claimed it was due to a city-wide service outage. Incidentally, no one mentions that the hotel is right next to the airport, so you'll hear every plane. My room faced a wall, and next to it was the staff room. They would go out for loud smoke breaks, making it impossible for me to sleep. The breakfast was excellent, with a good selection and tasty food, but you couldn't eat it in your room; everything had to be consumed at the tables. In the evening, I inquired about a transfer for the morning. One girl told me it would be 5-10€ for a taxi with no set time, and 15€ for a 'VIP' service that would arrive exactly on time. In the morning, there was a different girl. We opted for the first option since we had some extra time. When the taxi arrived, I asked the receptionist about the price, and she said she hadn't asked. When we got outside, the taxi driver quoted 15€. We had to haggle and eventually paid 10€. It's a 30-minute walk to the airport, but only a 7-minute taxi ride. In summary, the hotel is old, and not all rooms are in good condition. In my opinion, it's not worth the price."

"Was trying to call the owner via the platform free internet call. However the call was always declined. Upon arrival the owner was there to explain everything and he was real helpful especially getting on WiFi connection. He gave me a WhatsApp number to contact the property however when we needed something we texted the number but no reply was received. Location was alright, short distance to the marina and also we walked 18min to the beach nearby."

"This is simply amazing. This hotel is one of the best. Absolutely amazing. I wanted to come back just because of the hotel. There's a wonderful beach across the street with great sun loungers. The hotel has an excellent spa. Breakfast is 10 out of 10. I rarely write reviews like this. Absolutely amazing!!"

"Супер апартаменты! Все новое, чистое! Единственное, что не понравилось, что в номере не убирали и не меняли полотенца - стирали самостоятельно! Возможно это и не предусмотрено, но было круто это включить в сервис Есть бассейн и зона лежаков при отеле - ✌🏻 Пляж рядом, есть бич клаб (45 евро) за 2 лежака и зонт, есть попроще на бетоне пляж за 30 евро До Порта Монтенегро 10-15 минут не спеша"

"Booking this hotel is that it feels attractive to face the sea on the cover, but it is actually an apartment in an upscale community that has not been completed. Open the balcony window or build a project. Relatively difficult to find this hotel. The room facilities are still very new and clean, but the location is far from the old city KOTOR in the city. There is only one restaurant in the community to provide dining. The first time I didn’t know that the hot water had to turn on the hot water by myself. I asked the front desk to know. The result was more than 2 hours before waiting for the warm water to come out. It was midnight. This hotel is not because of the cover attraction, I will not book there. Booked for two nights and wanted to unsubscribe for one night without consent. If you drive by yourself, you can live without caring about the environment."

"The hotel is a bit far from the waterfront and most popular spots. Many of the staff are Russian. Thanks to the manager, Anastasia, we checked in at 11 PM; she was helpful and gave us some advice."
