Service: This is my second stay here, and it's the most convenient place for layovers in Narita! The free airport shuttle runs frequently, almost every 20-30 minutes, and the drivers even help with luggage. It's great value for three people, costing less than 400 yuan a night on weekdays. If you want to eat, you can take the shuttle to T1 or T2, which have many options. There's also a shuttle to the Aeon Mall in the city, but it only runs four times a day from 11 AM to the afternoon. We didn't manage to catch it, so we didn't experience it. Facilities: You can't tell it's an old hotel; it's very well-maintained. Toiletries like toothpaste, toothbrushes, and razors can be picked up on the first floor. Make sure to grab them at night, as you can't get them in the morning. There's also a drugstore and a FamilyMart on the first floor. Prices are normal, and FamilyMart is well-stocked with popular puddings and various drinks, and it's open 24 hours. The drugstore is open from 1:30 PM to 10 PM.

The hotel is very near to Narita AirPort and the hotel provides free shuttle to the airport. Free parking if you are driving. There’s a public hot spring next to the hotel where hotel guests can enjoy complimentary entrance but only from 1300 to 2100. Room is super spacious but facilities felt old. Good enough for a short stay especially if you need to catch early flight from Narita. There’s also a small 7-11 convenient store at the hotel lobby.

If you're into stepping back to the 80s, you absolutely gotta stay here! This hotel totally makes you feel like you're in an Al Capone movie. What a bummer I didn't bring my pinstripe suit! There's a Family Mart right in the hotel, so you're all set for basic food and drinks. The hotel also has a restaurant, but it's a bit on the pricey side. The best part? They've got a free shuttle from the airport and back! Plus, there's another free shuttle that takes you to the mall, which has tons of food and shopping options. That free shuttle also swings by the JR Station. And get this, there's a temple just a hop, skip, and a jump from the station, and an old village nearby. It's totally worth the trip to walk around those streets and try the eels!

The main draw of this hotel is its proximity to the airport and the convenient shuttle service, all at a reasonable price. The front desk staff were warm, helpful, and attentive. Plus, there's a restaurant and a 24-hour convenience store right in the hotel, which is super handy.

Making the decision to stay here was absolutely spot on! We returned our rental car and this hotel was right across the street. It has several restaurants and even a Lawson convenience store. After a good night's sleep, there's a free shuttle service to the airport. Our luggage was even handled for us and the staff gave us a warm send-off. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time! 👍

This made my stay much more convenient, especially when I wanted to explore the area. I was also impressed by the overall facilities and atmosphere of the hotel. Everything felt well organized and taken care of, and the common areas were clean and pleasant. The service throughout my stay was consistently excellent, and the staff always made me feel welcomed. Overall, I had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. The combination of excellent service, a clean and comfortable room, a convenient location, and a pleasant atmosphere made this hotel a great choice. This hotel is conveniently located near Disneyland, and the front desk provides shuttle information upon check-in. It takes about 25 minutes to get to Disneyland, making it pretty good value for money. The surrounding area has many other hotels and a large park with slides, perfect for kids to burn off energy. You can take a direct bus from Narita Airport to the hotel; just get off at the Hyatt, and it's right next door. The bus ride is about 1.5 hours, which is much more cost-effective than a taxi. There's also a bus stop nearby with direct routes to Tokyo Station, or you can take the shuttle to Disneyland and then connect to the subway. Definitely get a Suica card and exchange some coins at the front desk for convenience. Breakfast: My kids loved it! There's a good variety, and they even give kids coins to get candy from a gumball machine. There are also restaurants nearby, but they're about a 10-minute walk away. Plus, there's a Lawson convenience store downstairs, which is super handy for buying things. Room: The room is quite spacious, with two large beds that can comfortably sleep 3-4 people.

i stayed here for a night before my flight in the next morning. ive had a splendid time here, although theres nth to do around the area. the property is very clean and provide lots of spaces for lugguage. i would deffo cbe coming back.

Had 3 nights stay here with my wife and 3 year old son. The hotel has a beautiful view of the ocean and the waves are so mesmerising and therapeutic. We went during spring time - Sakura season and the temperature was about 9-17 degrees. But the room air conditioning is pretty good. It regulated the heat we required. The staff here are very hospitable, helpful and kind. Makes the whole stay even more memorable. On the second day, We opt for no cleaning of the room as we worry the room will be rearranged to the original state and we will have to rearrange the room to our usage pattern. And the staff were kind enough to send us a bag of new towels, toiletries and yukata etc. on the third day we requested for housekeeping, the room was cleaned up without messing our arrangements of the room. Good detail of the housekeeping team. I love the public and private bath. Especially the outdoor public bath. It’s an absolute must go with the ocean view. The only point for improvement I have for this hotel is the dinner buffet. The quality and spread has room for improvement. We had also tried the Mirai restaurant for a more intimate dinner setting. Mirai was good. Good for the new guest to know that this hotel had also hosted the emperor of Japan. And their onsen were listed as the winner for kamogawa area in the National onsen ranking.

I had a great overall experience staying at the Park Royal Hotel Maihama Resort Tokyo Bay for my Disney trip. (I initially considered the Hilton, but decided against it when rooms became available later, as three nights would have cost over 500 more in taxes, so I settled on this one.) The hotel is relatively new, so the facilities are clean and modern, and the pricing is reasonable. The triple room I booked was comfortable, and one of the beds was convenient for organizing my belongings. The lobby features a charming wooden decor, creating an elegant and pleasant atmosphere. The hotel provides an exclusive shuttle bus service to and from Maihama Station and both Disney parks, making it easy to get to and from the theme parks. However, it's worth noting that this hotel is not an official Disney partner hotel, so the shuttle convenience isn't on par with the Hilton. The shuttle drop-off point isn't in the core park area, and if the shuttle is full and you can't board, you'll have to take a taxi back. The triple room was spacious and included a microwave, which was very useful for heating food. The front desk staff were friendly and the luggage storage process was smooth. The only drawback is that the hotel doesn't offer bellhop service to deliver luggage to your room after check-in, a convenience many other hotels provide. There's a large Lawson convenience store on the first floor of the hotel, which is super convenient for grabbing snacks and daily necessities at night. The shuttle bus has operational gaps, so sometimes I had to take a taxi to and from Maihama Station. The shuttle route goes to Disney Land first, then Disney Sea. On several occasions when returning from the parks, I couldn't easily find the pickup point and had to take a taxi back. If I stay here again, I'll need to meticulously check the shuttle schedule and stop locations in advance to plan my transportation. As an added bonus, I requested a room near the elevator, on a high floor, with a view of DisneySea, and the hotel was able to accommodate my request perfectly.
