"The public areas are exquisitely restrained, and the view of the neon nightscape from the high-floor room window is simply wonderful. That single view alone is worth the room rate. The room features many clever hidden designs, which are quite sufficient. The overhead lighting in the elevators and corridors is a bit dim, though that might just be the intended design style. The slippers are rather thin, and it's a bit of a pity that the sink and desk are combined into one, making a wet-and-dry separation impossible. Overall, I would still highly recommend it."

"This is an excellent hotel! Its location is superb, just a 3-5 minute walk from Sakae Station Exit 3, and very close to the airport limousine bus stop, making transportation incredibly convenient. The surrounding area has a wide range of amenities, making dining, getting around, and shopping extremely easy. Although the hotel facilities are a bit old, it's very clean and tidy. The staff service was particularly outstanding; they even helped me call a taxi. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit."

"This hotel is centrally located in Sakae, less than a 10-minute walk from both the Higashiyama and Meijo subway lines. It's surrounded by convenience stores, shops, and restaurants, and is just 100 meters from the Alpen Outdoors superstore, with many other major brands nearby and a 24-hour drugstore. "Our family of 5 booked the room with an open air bath this January 2025.
We definitely enjoyed our stay. The bath was warm and nice despite the windy and cold weather. The room/s were beautiful, the view of Ise Bay (especially at sunset) was spectacular, and the food was great, especially the dinner. The staff were really accommodating and nice, they even helped us book a taxi to the airport after we checked out.
For those traveling to Shuku Kaifuu by public transportation, I recommend giving them a call before checking in so they could arrange a pick up service from Utsumi (train) station."

We were extremely satisfied with the services and had a delightful experience in that hotel.
Our package included room, breakfast and dinner. Due to a minor traffic incident, we were unable to meet our dinner time of 6:00 pm. We contacted the hotel and they kindly accommodated us and provided attentive service. We were deeply touched by their care and consideration.
The assistance to report of the traffic incident to the local insurance company was unexpectedly smooth with the help of the staff. The language proficiency of the staff was impressive, as they efficiently resolved language-related issues we faced.
Furthermore, the traditional charm of the hotel exceeded our expectations and added to our enjoyment - good value.
We will recommend the hotel to others and look forward to visiting again in the future.

High floor away from lift. So they gave me almost the lowest floor, literally next to the lifts. I booked months in advance, too.
The lift itself isn't noisy, but obviously guests are. And sadly these guests were Japanese locals. A family who clearly had zero control over their children.
Other problems, the onsen has no cold bath, all three baths are the same temperature, and the reclining bath has no purpose except to allow you to lie down. Plus seeing someone the member of a certain family covered in tattoos is a little frightening for my son. All this despite the signs stating no tattoos.
Location is great for metro lines and for the IG Arena, if that's the reason for your visit.
I would also appreciate the same manners in English that the staff provide local Japanese. Especially if the staff is already fluent in English. We too have polite ways of speaking to customers.

During my last visit, I suddenly fell ill and had a rough night, but early the next morning, a Chinese staff member kindly helped me contact a nearby hospital and called a taxi for me—I was truly grateful! That's why I decided to stay here again this time! The location is right above Nagoya Station, with Takashimaya just downstairs and plenty of dining options across various cuisines on the 12th and 13th floors, which is super convenient! Although you can still hear some train noise at night, it wasn't a big deal. The room was also very spacious, easily fitting three 28-inch suitcases! Overall, highly recommended!

Near the location for the early morning flight, if needed can still take 1 train stop (or shuttler bus) to the big Aeon mall for last minute shopping. Another thing to compliment is the breakfast they provide have great variety and the good ambient.

CCooldayThe hotel is quite old but clean and provides good facilities. It’s located perfectly right next to the Nagoya station and in the same building as Meitetsu bus station. So it’s convenient to take a bus continuing to Takayama and other cities without any hassles. Many cafes and restaurants are underground and nearby buildings. I would really recommend this hotel for the stay in Nagoya.

Our family of 6 chose to stay at Golden Stay Nagoya Osu this time, and the experience was fantastic! For a larger family like ours, the room layout was excellent. The hotel has a small kitchen, a washing machine, and a bathroom with drying capabilities, which made our stay very comfortable.
The hotel's location is right next to the Osu Shopping Street, a vibrant area with plenty of dining and shopping options, making it incredibly convenient. The kids also had a great time exploring. The staff were friendly and attentive. If you're a family planning to rent a car for your Nagoya trip, I genuinely recommend this hotel!

Ssimon.siuMy experience at the Natural Onsen Tsutsuji no Yu Dominion Express Toyohashi was excellent. The hotel is conveniently located with excellent surrounding amenities and easy access to transportation.
The rooms were clean and tidy, and while the space was elegant, it was also well-planned, making for a comfortable and reassuring stay. The most impressive feature was the hotel's own natural onsen, ”Tsutsuji no Yu,” with its soothing water quality, providing a truly relaxing soak. The complimentary nighttime kissob service was a thoughtful little surprise.
The overall service was professional and friendly, and the check-in and check-out processes were smooth. It's highly recommended for both business and leisure travel. I would definitely choose this hotel again if I ever visit Toyohashi again.

Ssaki_ylThe hotel building itself was magnificent, and once we entered our room, we were absolutely delighted by how clean and pristine it was – it truly made our trip! We stayed as two families, and there were plenty of beds and towels, making for a very comfortable stay. The staff's service was excellent, and having restaurants and a Family Mart on the first floor was incredibly convenient and enjoyable. We were so satisfied that we'd definitely want to stay here again the next time we visit Nagoya! The amenities were comprehensive, except for toothbrushes, and the hairdryer had a strong airflow, which made drying our hair very easy. Thank you!
