"I was very satisfied with my stay this time! The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and handled both check-in and check-out efficiently. I even left my card wallet at the front desk and forgot about it, but they kindly kept it safe and returned it to me when I checked out the next day. Any requests I had were promptly addressed. The hotel's location is also very convenient, making travel a breeze. The breakfast selection was rich and tasted good. Overall, it's great value for money, and I would definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in the area, and I'd recommend it to my friends too."

"It's so beautiful, a paradise. Unfortunately, I couldn't continue to live because of the fullness of the guests, otherwise I would stay a few more days. There is a lake in the small village, it is really quiet! Unfortunately, the mobile phone charging did not take a picture of the small lake at that time. "It's very close to Padova train station, a few steps away, and although many people warned that it's not safe near the train station, I felt everything was fine. The hotel staff were very nice. When I needed to call for a taxi, they enthusiastically helped me book a taxi. It was cheaper and faster than booking an Uber myself. The room was neat and clean, and the breakfast was rich. The chairs in the restaurant have a sense of age"

"Location is fantasic! Breakfast is great! Room is very very small for price paid. Room deco is very dated, and not enough lightning. Dont even have kettle or proper glasses. Air-con is so cold and keeps blowing onto face. Had very bad sleep all 3 nights i was there. Receptionist no smile. Looks like people owned them money. No amenities. Honestly, for EUR300+/night, i had expected more of it."

GGuest UserThis hotel is a must-recommend! My child and I both agree it's the best value-for-money hotel we've stayed at in Europe so far. The moment we got off the train, we could see the hotel's logo from the platform – the location is excellent, right across from the train station, less than a 2-minute walk. Plus, the room was bigger than we expected, the largest we've had these past few days, and it was very quiet. It came with slippers, a hairdryer, a kettle, and air conditioning. We booked a king-sized bed, which was very spacious, and the bathroom and bathtub were also large. If you turn right out of the hotel, then right again at the first intersection, you'll find many Chinese restaurants. Walking less than 5 minutes down the road, on your left, there's a large, affordable supermarket where a big bottle of water costs about 0.35 euros. The hotel breakfast was also very generous, with a wide variety of items, including boiled eggs.

The receptionists are outstanding and answered all of our many questions with comprehensive answers, patience and respect. Can’t rave enough about them.
The rooms are even prettier than indicated on line, with plush bedding, a large bathroom and plenty of space.
Breakfast was convenient and offered a large variety of choices. Service was also exceptional.
Without question - you will enjoy this full service hotel. As a bonus, there is also an elevator so you don’t have to lug your suitcase up the stairs.

Sstellas1117The hotel's location is excellent, just a 7-8 minute walk from the train station. It's a 4-star chain hotel, and they kindly allowed us a free early check-in and an extra hour for late check-out, which perfectly suited our arrival in the morning and our train departure the following afternoon. The breakfast buffet was good, and the environment was pleasant. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and it's also very convenient to take the train to Venice.

However, worker at the front desk is unkind at all. I don’t know where she is from, but she acts like rasist. Because English is my second language, I’m not able to listen what she said at once. So I asked her to say her word again, and she raised her tone as she wanted to express her annoyance. I felt disrespectful from her attitude, and if I need to visit Verona again, I’ll find other accommodation even though all good points I mentioned at first.
I hope the manager recognize the situation and do sth.

GGuest UserI stayed here for the 3 nights I’ve visited for with my spouse and we enjoyed our stay here as it was located close to where we had access to bus routes as well as Venice overall clean and affordable hotel, only down side was receptionists staff were not as helpful e.g. i asked for salt one night at receptionist and i got no response then he was on a call then after he knew i was still waiting and decide to take a look only to say there’s none left until i found it myself few other things did occur similar to this. Others than this it’s good value for money would visit again

DDaCeI highly recommend this hotel! It's incredibly close to the train station – literally a 5-minute walk. You don't have to cross any bridges or lug your bags around (apart from the station steps themselves). We booked a river view room and the scenery was lovely; I took photos of the view from the window, and it had a different charm both at night and in the morning. You can even soak up the sun while lying in bed! The room was very functional and had everything we needed. The breakfast area also had a great view, and the breakfast itself was decent for Italy, though our Hunan palates aren't quite used to it. The lady at the front desk was so incredibly nice! This trip was a bit rushed, and we only stayed one day, but if I ever come back to Venice, I'll definitely choose this hotel again.

KKa Ka BoyWe stayed three nights here. Hotel is conveniently located right next to the ferry station. Breakfast was good and has good variety. Probably the best hotel on the island until we received really bad service which lost all marks on our last morning of stay which I’ll elaborate later.
We had to catch the first flight and needed to have a quick breakfast before departure after our stay. Since we stayed there for three nights, we had breakfast and also dinned in their outlets throughout our stay, we were surprised the staff told us they don’t have our records on the last morning, we are not seated for breakfast and had to wait for them, it would be better if we get seated to allow hotel to sort it out since we have to leave for our flights. Unfortunately the staff also told us “they have hundreds of guest so it’s not possible to recognize us”. “There is no record”, and after waiting for over 10 min they came back and told us again “there is no record”. I asked to sort out the matter with the manager and they just told us we can walk over to the counter while there is a long queue of guests. Without cutting the line I waited at the lobby. After the staff at the counter also did not follow up about the situation after the queue was cleared or apologize for the rude attitude. We left the hotel after they ruined our experience at Venice. The entire good experience was lost due to lack of hospitality service. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here, and it is a disgrace of the Hyatt brand.
