The room is antique and has a sense of history. It has been renovated, retaining the retro feel while the equipment is very good. The cleaning staff cleaned quickly and carefully, and cleaned up after breakfast. The breakfast was OK. The environment was very comfortable, and they upgraded us to a room with a good view for free. Although this was a business trip, it was still very convenient, and the beautiful scenery healed us. The front desk staff was very polite and helped us call a taxi so everything went smoothly. There is also a restaurant downstairs, but it was a pity that I didn't try it this time. Very satisfied

The location of the hotel is convenient and safe. Close to Piazza di Spagna. However the checkin process was disappointing because the hotel can’t find me via phone for the self checkin. There is nobody at reception at the time of checking in. So get prepared by this. You can leave your luggages at the restaurant at the corner of the building, which is owned by the hotel owner. There are some noise at night when people coming back and the wall is obviously thin.

The room is duplex, but the kitchen is unusable and unusable. Carrefour is next to it. The room looks a bit dated. I don’t like the look of the sheets. It’s not white, it looks dirty.

A great room in a respectable area of Rome. Very clean, fresh repair, chic view of a quiet street and side view of the Piazza dell Poppolo. Everything is thought up to tiny, the hostess Nineta is above all praise, feels like home. I have been in many hotels in Rome, nowhere have I met such a good sincere relationship. A comfortable mattress, gentle sheets, in the shower clean, everything is shining. The benches on the windows and dense curtains allow to block light and sound, have slept perfectly.

The rooms and decor are quite refined and very photogenic. Although the room is small, it's fully equipped. It's very close to Termini Station and not far from the main attractions. There are plenty of supermarkets and dining options nearby; the closest supermarket is just around the corner, about 50 meters away on foot.
If you arrive early or leave late, you can store your luggage yourself in a small room next to the front desk, which might be a coffee room. I personally feel it's safe. The coffee room has water and a restroom, making it convenient to sit and rest.
The hotel has a small, old-fashioned elevator, but there's a flight of stairs from the entrance to the elevator, which can be a bit challenging if you have large suitcases.
The shower stall is a bit peculiar, with half glass and half curtain, but it's generally functional. The room heating is excellent; after getting caught in the rain outside, it was instantly warm and dry inside!

A great location which is near to Termini station in Rome. You can basically go around Rome from this hotel for its convenient location. Our room is good enough, two single beds put together and there was also an extra bed which we did not expect but all good. The bed and pillows are soft enough and the AC is cool enough for a hot summer in Rome. The amenities inside are basic but enough for our needs. Great for a quick 2 or 3 days in Rome and it is not expensive at all.

EerwaynerWe absolutely loved our stay at the Grand Master Suite! It was a spontaneous booking, but it turned out to be one of the best stays we’ve ever had. The location is unbeatable—right in the middle of Via del Corso, making everything so easy to reach. Security was excellent as well. The main gate is accessible only with a room card, and there’s an additional door before the room that also requires card access, which made us feel very safe and comfortable. The service was wonderful. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and happy to answer all of our questions. From the moment we arrived, we felt well taken care of. And the room—absolutely TOP TIER! It was spacious enough for the four of us, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. Every corner felt well thought out. The terrace was truly unforgettable—I could see the Monument to Victor Emmanuel II on the left and Piazza del Popolo on the right. Waking up to that view was simply magical. This hotel is highly, highly recommended. We would definitely stay here again! 🌟

Zzhz600The hotel is in a great location. There is a food street right outside. It is convenient to buy anything in the supermarket near the residential building. It is very quiet at night and you will not be woken up by the sound of cars in the morning. You can walk to most attractions. In particular, the handsome guy at the front desk provided good service. GGuest UserAn Unforgettable Stay with Exceptional Service at Starhotels Hello, I’m a traveler from Korea who recently stayed at Starhotels during a family trip to Italy. Our 4-day stay in Rome was so wonderful that I felt compelled to write this heartfelt review as soon as I returned home. This trip was our very first family vacation to Europe — with my mother and my son — and we spent the first three days in Rome at Starhotels. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations: the excellent location, the spotless rooms, and most of all, the warm and thoughtful service from the staff made our stay incredibly comfortable. We were so satisfied that we decided to return to Starhotels for our final night in Italy. However, due to a mistake on my part, I accidentally booked the wrong date. After completing a long 11-day journey through southern Italy, we returned to Rome exhausted — only to realize the booking was incorrect when we arrived at the hotel. It was a stressful and overwhelming moment… until Mr. Tofael M., the manager, kindly stepped in to help us. Before even fully understanding the issue, Mr. Tofael looked us — especially my son — in the eyes and simply said, “Don’t worry.I’ll find a solution for you.” Those few words brought such relief and comfort. In a foreign country, such a mistake can feel paralyzing, but his calm and genuine reassurance made a huge difference. Even more touching was how Mr. Tofael and Ms. Paola S. at the front desk went out of their way to find a solution for us. Since the booking was made through an external site (not directly through the hotel), it was a complicated issue. Nevertheless, Mr. Tofael personally made multiple calls and followed up diligently until he was able to resolve the matter. Thanks to his efforts, we were able to spend our last night in Italy exactly where we wanted — back at Starhotels, feeling safe and cared for. As someone who has worked for years in global hotel chains in Korea and is still in the hospitality industry, I can honestly say that their professionalism and dedication truly stood out. They are a model of what true hoteliers should be — and they absolutely deserve recognition and praise. Without hesitation, I will choose this hotel again when I return to Rome. I also plan to recommend Starhotels, along with the outstanding service of Mr. Tofael and Ms. Paola, to as many people as possible through blogs, travel communities, and any platform I can. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Great location easy access across from Vatican entrance, to Metro - 10mins walk, or buses 5-8mins depending on the routes. Great clean, comfort bedding, with nice working A/C for summer Aug 36-37 degC. Use Google Map to get transportation reference, pretty the local use, but the bus schedule could be off, prepare to walk plenty.

I booked this hotel as it was within walking distance to a conference venue nearby. The hotel staff were very kind and I was able to check in early as my flight to Rome was early, this helped a lot as I was able to freshen up before visiting the sights . The nearest metro station is Eur Palasport which will take you to all the tourist sights . The reception staff was very kind to make me an espresso in the morning as the coffee machine was not working.
