My regards and appreciation to all the hotel staff. I stayed here ten years ago, and the hotel is still absolutely wonderful. Plus, there's a mall right underneath meeting all your needs.

I had a very pleasant stay at Oakwood Merdeka Bandung. The location is excellent, right in the city center, making it easy to get around, find food, and explore Bandung’s attractions. The room was modern, spacious, and very comfortable. I especially liked the city view and the overall cleanliness of the room. Everything felt well maintained and thoughtfully designed, perfect for relaxing after a long day out. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth. Overall, Oakwood Merdeka offers great value for money, combining comfort, convenience, and a calm atmosphere in the middle of the city. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Bandung.

The hotel is in a really good area on busy Braga Street. There's a lot to do and see in the area. The hotel pool is also a plus and a fun place to hang out and see the sunset. However the rooms are a bit dated and cleanliness could be improved a bit. There's also a problem with noise as many guests like to be loud in the hallways very early in the morning. Overall a good place to stay although a bit on the expensive side.

Really enjoy the hotel, (sorry no pics), straight forward check in. Pick up keys on the main lobby, then drive in to the hotel complex with your own car. During day time = there’s bugee available. Many animals available for viewing and theres shows available. This cenderawasih is nearest to the entrance and food area. Scooters are available for rent at extra cpst (good rental to commute and explore the whole area) Rooms clean, however there was a smell in the bathroom initially, dialed room service and they came immediately to handle it and it was good afterwards.

Our honeymoon stay at Swiss-Belresort Dago Heritage from March 31 to April 2, 2026, was nothing short of perfection. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we felt the warm hospitality that Bandung is famous for. 1. The Room (Room 306 - A Must-Request!) Following some recommendations I saw on social media, I specifically requested Room 306 on the 3rd floor, and the hotel was kind enough to fulfill it. The highlight of this room is undoubtedly the breathtaking view of the Dago Heritage Golf Course. Waking up to the misty green valley right from our bed was magical. But the real ”showstopper” is the bathtub. Soaking in the tub while overlooking the lush greenery was the ultimate relaxation experience. The room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities were complete. 2. Exceptional Service & Honeymoon Arrangement I had been in coordination with the reservation team (shout out to Ms. Ririk!) weeks before our arrival. They were very responsive and helpful. Upon entering the room, we were greeted with a lovely honeymoon setup that made my partner, Ayu, very happy. The staff throughout the hotel—from the front desk to the restaurant—were polite, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. 3. Facilities & Dining The infinity pool is a dream! Even though Dago can be chilly, the water temperature was comfortable enough for a morning swim. As for the breakfast, the variety was impressive—ranging from traditional Indonesian dishes to international selections. Everything tasted fresh and high-quality. 4. Location Located in the upscale Dago Pakar area, the hotel offers a serene atmosphere away from the city's traffic, yet it’s still very close to famous cafes and nature spots like Tahura and Tebing Keraton. Verdict: If you are looking for a romantic getaway or a peaceful staycation in Bandung, look no further. This hotel offers the best value for money with views you won't find anywhere else. We will definitely be coming back!

First time staying at Clove, and oh my goodness, I'm completely in love! 😭🤚🏻 The front desk staff were absolutely top-notch. I requested an upper-floor room and actually got it, and the wait wasn't too long at all. The room was clean, no strange smells, actually it smelled nice! The bathroom and amenities were refilled. After 3 days and 2 nights, I wanted to extend my stay. Next time I'm in Bandung, I won't have to stress about finding a place to stay. 😗 It's not too far from Lembang or the city center either, still perfectly fine! 😍👍🏻 Ah, I just can't get over it, especially the view! The cleaning service was also great. Seriously, DON'T HESITATE, you HAVE to try staying here! 😭🥰😍 I was in junior suite room 6603. 😍😍😍😍🤎

Second time staying at this hotel, and I still really enjoy it. It remains one of my favorite places in Bogor city. I checked in quite late and was first given a room at the back of the hotel, far from the lift, and it was not very comfortable. I called the receptionist and asked if it was possible to change to a room closer to the lift, and thankfully they helped me right away. Thank you for the great service. This hotel is also really close to Botani Mall, only a 1-minute walk away, which makes it very convenient. The swimming is amazing small but beautiful views even u can see the mountains of Salak. The breakfast was great as always, although unfortunately I missed the traditional herbal drink, Jamu. Overall, we will definitely come back again and hopefully next time we can enjoy the Jamu too.

Everything is good in this hotel. Really love it a lot and strongly recommend everyone to give it a stay. Though we encountered pillow casing not clean but it was changed promptly. We stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Bandung for 5 days and 4 nights while exploring Bandung. The hotel’s breakfast service began at 6.00 a.m., which was especially convenient and thoughtful for early-rising guests like us. We would like to specifically compliment the restaurant manager, Mr Niwan, for his exceptional service. From the second day onwards, he remembered us and thoughtfully brewed milk tea for my husband every morning without being asked. His friendliness, attentiveness and genuine effort to meet our requests—or recommend special breakfast items on the menu—made our dining experience truly a memorable and unforgettable ones. Having stayed at several five-star hotels across Indonesia, we can confidently say that Mr Niwan stood out. He made us feel sincerely welcomed and delivered excellent and outstanding service throughout our breakfast experiences. His professionalism and warm hospitality reflect the high standards of Four Points by Sheraton. While all staff members were pleasant and helpful, Mr Niwan was exceptional in going the extra mile and greeting guests with a sincere smile consistently. He is definitely a credit to your team and a good example of how well Four Points Sheraton Bandung has trained and developed its staff. Thank you for making our stay at Four Points by Sheraton Bandung feel like a home away from home. Thank you Mr Niwan for always delivering your EXCELLENT SERVICES with a smile. We truly enjoyed our breakfast experience in the restaurant. Lastly, thank you for treating all guests with snacks and AWESOME SERVICES. It was definitely a memorable and lovely stay at Four Points by Sheraton Bandung❤️.

The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was cozy, and everything was well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

Really enjoyed my stay in Cirebon. The hotel is clean and neat, but unfortunately the Gym and Pools only open until 6PM.
