"Overall, the apartment was decent for a one-week stay. The pros: great location near the sea, being on a floor above 20 with sea views was spectacular. It had two rooms, which was convenient, and we could cook our own meals (there was a stove and all necessary cooking utensils). Shops were nearby. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the towels, bed, pillows, and mattress were all good. The apartments themselves are still quite new. Now for the cons: terrible soundproofing; the walls are paper-thin (you can hear snoring or conversations from next door). The Wi-Fi was bad, constantly freezing or slow, and the TV used internet-based channels. There was no housekeeping; they changed towels once in a week but never even cleaned the toilet, etc. The bathroom had a horrible sewage smell, it was a nightmare. There are only three elevators, so there can be significant queues in the evenings. All in all, for the price we paid, it was tolerable, but we're unlikely to return here (to this specific hotel)."

"Wonderful new hotel. We booked two rooms for two couples but were placed on different floors. The interior is modern, and every detail, from the hooks to the dishes, is thoughtfully comfortable. The breakfasts were incredibly delicious and varied. We always found parking for our car near the hotel. The location is perfect for pedestrians. To the left of the hotel is the embankment, and to the right are a square and alleys with beautiful streets. The reception staff (young women) only speak English or Georgian, while other staff members speak Russian."

Of the minuses: - when booking it was stated that parking is free, but it is paid - there is a construction site nearby, in the morning you will wake up with the builders 😁 - breakfast in a neighboring hotel and very mediocre, I would even say not tasty - upon arrival, we spent a lot of time searching for payment in the hotel system - in the morning there was a water outage altogether"

"The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the beach and next to Europa Square, making it convenient for exploring the old town. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, clean, and comfortable, and the breakfast is quite good. Excellent value for money!"

"Excellent hotel. We booked a large room for our group of 8, and it comfortably accommodated all of us. We really appreciated the guest-oriented service – it was super convenient to be able to rent beautiful dresses right there at the hotel. We loved absolutely everything: the floating breakfast (so elegant and delicious), the mountain views, and the safari trip, which we'll remember for a long time. The photos turned out amazing. Thank you!"

"The hotel left mixed impressions. On the positive side, the location is good: the botanical garden is nearby, many places are within walking distance, and getting to Batumi is convenient. The sea view from the window was beautiful, especially in the evening. The price was also quite reasonable. The apartment had all the basic necessities, but some small comfort items and supplies were missing: there was no laundry detergent, no sponges, and it was unclear where the trash area was located. The wardrobes were assembled strangely and kept opening by themselves all the time. The water pressure was rather weak, making it uncomfortable to wash long hair. The strangest part was the breakfast situation and the café organization. We were told in advance that we could come for breakfast at any time, but when we arrived a little after 12 PM, we were told that breakfast was no longer being served. At the same time, the café was almost empty — we stayed in May, during the off-season, so there were barely any visitors. The next day the situation repeated itself: before checking out, we wanted to have breakfast, but it turned out that the café opened later than the time written on the door. Through the administrator we found out a different opening time, and then the café was additionally delayed by around half an hour. As a result, we never managed to have a calm breakfast before departure. The breakfasts themselves were also questionable. The English breakfast in the café costs around 24–25 GEL separately and was extremely greasy and oily — literally a “cholesterol festival.” If you stay for a longer period, it gets tiring very quickly. There were alternatives, but they looked much less worthwhile in terms of price and portion size, so I’m not sure there is much point in booking breakfast included. There was also an uncomfortable situation with the staff: we walked past the security guard many times, but later we suddenly started being questioned about who we were and where we came from, as if we were doing something suspicious. After check-out, we were also asked to wait while they checked whether anything had been stolen from the apartment. It felt awkward and unpleasant. Overall, the hotel is fine for a short stay because of the view and location, but the service and organization left mixed impressions. Also, be prepared for a very specific driving style in this region."

"A beautiful hotel. New, stylish, good design. The polite staff. For us a good location, as not in the center, wanted less noise and vain. There is a restaurant, but we did not use it, I can't appreciate it. Breakfast is quite modest, but delicious! There is one moment, next to two more corps are built, whether there will be noise during the finishing works we do not know, during our visit to the work were not made, but look at the reviews that will be later, which will be in the season."
