Located near the train station, the hotel reception offers complimentary hot and cold drinks. The staff speaks fluent English and are very helpful with any questions. The hotel corridors have motion-sensor lights, which are both energy-efficient and create a warm atmosphere. Returning to the room at night with the corridor lights on makes me feel safe and comfortable. Upon check-in, they asked if I needed room cleaning, which was very thoughtful of the hotel.

The hotel is nice, the room is clean and tidy. According to the wishes, a room with a high floor and good view was arranged. A beautiful church can be seen outside the window. The service attitude of the staff is very good and polite. It is satisfactory.

The traditional room facilities are older, but very clean. The provision of disposable slippers is a bit unexpected. The location is great, just opposite the train station. Maybe not in summer. There is no air conditioning, and European hotels generally don’t need much service.

Very good, highly recommended. The town environment is very good. The breakfast is up to standard. I went to the Hannover Motor Show. I drove an hour to stay here. Great value for money. I will stay here again if I have the chance. Very German style. Ctrip booking is convenient. Guaranteed.

The room is clean, tidy and comfortable, with free tea and coffee. The front desk service is also thoughtful. There is also a pianist playing the piano in the morning, which is very good. It is particularly charming👍

房間還可以，還蠻好看，乾淨的，早餐就是傳統的德國早餐，停車很方便，不在市中心，比較人不多，其他就沒啥了

It has a gym and spa, and the room key is made of wood, which is quite unique. They even gave us welcome cookies on the first day! However, compared to the Hilton in Heidelberg, it's slightly lower in every aspect, yet the price is several hundred euros higher. Perhaps the two cities are at different levels of development, and it seems every hotel in Hanover has to pay a tax. They arranged a sofa bed for my child in advance, but I had to pay an extra fee, which wasn't the case in Heidelberg. Bottled water in the room costs 8 euros, while in Heidelberg it's a free bottle every day.

Ein ganz Großes Dankeschön an das Team für die 3 wundervollen Tage. Ich habe mich sehr als Gast verwöhnt gefühlt. Der Service ist freundlich, aufgeschlossen und die Betriebsamkeit ist nie störend. Das Frühstück ist ungewöhnlich gut, gesund, uptodate und außerordentlich kreativ ist die a la card Auswahl. Frische, Aromenvielfalt und sehr gutes Handwerk findet sich auch in der Küche des Intuu. Crossover mit eigener signature, was sich auch in der Bar herbarium fortführt. Die kleinen aufwändigen Details in der Zubereitung fallen vielleicht nur dem Kenner auf, formieren sich jedoch in ihrer Subtilität zum Aussergewöhnlichen zusammen. Das Ambiente und die Zimmer sind einem Designhotel entsprechend, gut durchdacht und schon für sich eine Erholung. Es ist aber immer noch der Mensch, der es mit seiner Begegnung im Service den Aufenthalt so unvergleichlich in Erinnerung lässt. Danke Euch allen und Alles Gute.

Even though our stay was only one night, after we celebrated the 85.Geburtstag of a neighbor in the golf club restaurant, we enjoyed the stay at the castle hotel with spa use at our 10.Hochzeitstages. It was absolutely all right: The most friendly service, the most beautiful atmosphere, the view of the castle and the horses. We felt like kings....pudelwohl around. Also you can make wonderful walks...to the castle o a Absolutely recommendable !!!
