Located near the train station, the hotel reception offers complimentary hot and cold drinks. The staff speaks fluent English and are very helpful with any questions.
The hotel corridors have motion-sensor lights, which are both energy-efficient and create a warm atmosphere. Returning to the room at night with the corridor lights on makes me feel safe and comfortable.
Upon check-in, they asked if I needed room cleaning, which was very thoughtful of the hotel.
The hotel is nice, the room is clean and tidy. According to the wishes, a room with a high floor and good view was arranged. A beautiful church can be seen outside the window. The service attitude of the staff is very good and polite. It is satisfactory.
The traditional room facilities are older, but very clean. The provision of disposable slippers is a bit unexpected. The location is great, just opposite the train station. Maybe not in summer. There is no air conditioning, and European hotels generally don’t need much service.
Very good, highly recommended. The town environment is very good. The breakfast is up to standard. I went to the Hannover Motor Show. I drove an hour to stay here. Great value for money. I will stay here again if I have the chance. Very German style. Ctrip booking is convenient. Guaranteed.
The room is clean, tidy and comfortable, with free tea and coffee. The front desk service is also thoughtful. There is also a pianist playing the piano in the morning, which is very good. It is particularly charming👍
Located in Sassenburg, Bernsteinsee Hotel and Ferien by Palette Resorts is a great base to explore the city from.
To recharge your batteries or simply relax, visit the property's sauna.
Grab a bite to eat at the in-house restaurant which serves International dishes. Finish your day off with a drink at the bar.
At this hotel, you'll also find facilities including a playground. For extra convenience free luggage storage are available at the property as well.
A parking lot is available at the property.
It has a gym and spa, and the room key is made of wood, which is quite unique. They even gave us welcome cookies on the first day!
However, compared to the Hilton in Heidelberg, it's slightly lower in every aspect, yet the price is several hundred euros higher.
Perhaps the two cities are at different levels of development, and it seems every hotel in Hanover has to pay a tax.
They arranged a sofa bed for my child in advance, but I had to pay an extra fee, which wasn't the case in Heidelberg. Bottled water in the room costs 8 euros, while in Heidelberg it's a free bottle every day.
Even though our stay was only one night, after we celebrated the 85.Geburtstag of a neighbor in the golf club restaurant, we enjoyed the stay at the castle hotel with spa use at our 10.Hochzeitstages.
It was absolutely all right:
The most friendly service, the most beautiful atmosphere, the view of the castle and the horses.
We felt like kings....pudelwohl around.
Also you can make wonderful walks...to the castle o a
Absolutely recommendable !!!

Very Good
FFeichengyaoThe room is nice, with a small balcony and a view of the distant scenery and municipal park. The breakfast variety is very rich. There are also many restaurants in the surrounding area, and the transportation is convenient. It is not far from Hameln train station, and a taxi cost less than ten euros.
GGuest UserThis hotel located around 400 meters away from main station. The hotel environment is clean and comfortable, also kind of relaxing which is nice and quiet. The room designed is modern and there is full window which allows you to open fully and enjoy the fresh air from the garden.
The breakfast buffet is rich and tasty as Holiday Inn standard everywhere. I’m happy with the stay in.
MMierswaIt’s a good hotel regarding location and convenience. If you look for a more traditional/historical style one you will find in the old downtown. Parking is convenient in the neighboring garage, but against additional 10EUR parking fee for 24h.
GGuest UserHotel is new and looks good. Nice bed and good pressure on taps. Food wise the buffet for breakfast was nice. Just one issue please add German sausages to breakfast.
BBaibaiyiyiBooked two rooms with colleagues, the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The service is very good, suitable for long-term living, if you can speak German, it will be more convenient in Germany.
OOlgaThat was amazing! Our room was perfect: clean, warm with view in the cosiest yard of the hotel!!! Amazing! We had tea and coffee and a kettle. A lot of light there!!!
Friendly people at the reception! Delicious breakfast!!! If you hesitate whether you need breakfast there, include it!!! That was soooo good! There were variety of cheese, pastries, sausages, fruit, beverages!!!
The hotel is 15 minutes from the station and right next to the Christmas market!!!
I hope I’ll come there one more time!
GGuest UserI arrived early, so I went to the hotel hoping to leave my luggage there first.
I was upgraded to an available room and was able to check in early, which was very helpful.
However, I was disappointed that they forgot to prepare the room for cleaning, etc. (Although they responded immediately.)
GGuest UserIt was my first time staying here. I arrived alone in the middle of the night. It was really the first choice for convenience and safety. It was very cost-effective and there was no extra charge for check-in. The room was clean, tidy and spacious. It was closest to the terminal C exit. You only need to walk straight ahead two blocks vertically. It will take at most ten minutes to get there after leaving the airport. You can see the hotel by crossing a parking lot halfway.
GGuest UserWe have been coming to this hotel for years and the service at reception gets worse every time. Unfriendly, inattentive, indifferent to how you are treated in this 4 star hotel. The guest has to say hello first in order to then at least get a look from the service staff. A ”warm welcome; we wish you a pleasant stay; good morning; goodbye and a nice journey home” was not possible. It is impossible how you are/were treated there as a guest.
The hotel is getting old, and unfortunately this is also clearly evident in the quality of the beds.
