"If you're prone to altitude sickness, don't choose this hotel. The diffuse oxygen supply only lasts about an hour, so you have to turn it on manually. I woke up several times during the night, and the oxygen supply stopped working by 7 AM. Nasal inhalation is also an extra charge. The air conditioning system only heats, not cools, making the room extremely stuffy. I was extremely disappointed with this hotel, which is known as Hilton, and I would never choose it again."

"Honestly, this hotel is truly the light of Mount Kailash. First, the front desk lady was incredibly helpful. She rented climbing photos and requested oxygen tanks, all handled from the comfort of her home. Second, the hotel's amenities are among the best in the area, practically meeting Wanlian's standards. They even have a massage chair. Third, I won't dwell on the hardware, but I do want to touch on the software. I left my watch at the hotel, and the lady even found a time to ship it to me. She was very thorough in her communication and even did the shipping herself. Thank you so much! Fourth, the hotel offers a pick-up service for circumambulation, but this isn't necessary if you're driving."

"Extremely satisfied! The hotel is very close to Barkhor Street and Potala Palace, both within walking distance, making its location absolutely superb! The hotel elevator goes directly to the 6th floor, where there's a popular cafe that's perfect for photos. Atour is a chain, so it's very clean and well-equipped with a light luxury feel. The Dyson hairdryer, high-quality pajamas, Peet's coffee, and a coffee machine are all highlights. Most importantly, the hotel also offers a video shoot of the 'dryland scallion pulling' experience, a welcome gift, and afternoon tea/coffee! There's also a butler service; you can just WeChat them if you need anything. Truly excellent! 👍🏻"

"I booked a room with a Potala Palace view, and it truly felt like the entire palace was right in front of me – the view was absolutely perfect. The bedding was also very comfortable, and I slept wonderfully every night of my four-night stay. The facilities were comprehensive, with nasal oxygen equipment and a humidifier, both working well. The bathroom facilities were a bit basic, and there was a slight odor from the floor drain. Every night, fresh fruit and yogurt were delivered to the room; the yogurt was delicious. There's no private parking lot, so you have to walk about 100 meters, but the hotel reimburses the parking fee."

"Choosing this hotel for my trip to Lhasa was absolutely the right decision; the overall experience was excellent from start to finish. I really must share this with anyone planning a visit to Lhasa. The hotel's location is truly exceptional, right in the heart of the city center. You can walk to Barkhor Street in just a few minutes. A short walk to the left takes you to the Potala Palace, and to the right, you'll quickly reach Jokhang Temple. It's incredibly convenient whether you want to go for morning prayers or explore during the day. Downstairs, there's a supermarket and authentic ******* restaurants, so you don't have to go far for snacks, local specialties, or a quick meal. You won't need to stress about planning your routes, which is perfect for first-time visitors to Lhasa. The hotel's overall ambiance is quiet and elegant, with a strong, minimalist ******* aesthetic. There's no noise or commotion. The guest rooms have excellent natural light and ventilation, and come equipped with 24-hour oxygen supply. After a long journey to a high-altitude area, staying here meant no discomfort from oxygen deprivation, and I slept exceptionally well. What surprised me most was the attention to cleanliness: the room was spotless, with no dust on the floor or windowsills, and the bedding was neat and soft. The bathroom, vanity, and shower area were dry and odor-free, and the towels and toiletries were neatly arranged. Even the nooks and crannies were perfectly cleaned. It's clear the cleaning staff put a lot of effort in, making the stay incredibly comfortable. The front desk staff were exceptionally warm and attentive. Check-in and check-out were efficient and quick. They proactively offered helpful tips on local attractions and注意事项 (things to note) for pilgrimages. Any requests during my stay were responded to promptly and willingly, and they patiently answered all my questions. They even offered hot water and oxygen tanks. When I checked out, they thoughtfully presented me with a local specialty souvenir. Their demeanor was gentle and sincere, with no hint of perfunctoriness. Overall, the location, living environment, hygiene, and service attitude were all impeccable. It offers excellent value for money. As it's the Year of the Horse, I wish every traveler to Lhasa a smooth journey. If I come to Lhasa again, I will definitely choose this hotel. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Lhasa!"

"Facilities: The room is quite large and the facilities are basically complete, but there is no oxygen supply machine. The hot water comes out too slowly and it takes a long time for the hot water to come out. Hygiene: The hygiene is very clean, the towels and bath towels are soft and comfortable to use. Environment: There is a parking lot, suitable for self-driving, but not very big. The surrounding area is quite lively. The hotel is a little hard to find, but you can still find it by following the navigation. Service: The attitude of the staff is pretty good, and the security guard at the door will help carry the luggage to the lobby. The breakfast is okay and filling, which is pretty good in the plateau area. Just when the hot water was slow to come out, the girl at the front desk said casually that it was slow and opened the bathroom and put the water on the washbasin. Who would open the bathroom faucet so early in the morning just to wash their face? I don’t know any hotel that requires two faucets to be opened together for 30 minutes before hot water comes out! What a waste of water resources this is! An ignorant word will damage the hotel's service image. I hope the hotel can strengthen management training for employees and improve and maintain equipment."

"I stayed for four days, so here are my impressions. Check-in: The staff were very welcoming at first, offering hot tea and trying to upsell me by scanning a QR code to upgrade to a premium membership. Since I mainly use Ctrip, I declined, and their attitude immediately turned sour. Over the next few days, most staff greeted guests, but there were exceptions. Accommodation: The room was very dusty. Because I'm allergic to dust mites, my nose and eyes started itching shortly after checking in. Atour's air conditioning has a peculiar wake-up call service: The air conditioner occasionally made strange noises during the day, but this wasn't a big problem (I have video evidence, which I can provide if needed). The most absurd thing was that on the day of departure, at 5 AM, the air conditioner started making strange noises, earlier than my 6 AM alarm! This was probably an extra service; thank you Atour for the thoughtful wake-up call! The room was well-stocked with water and toiletries, and the room cleaning staff deserve praise! The bedding was a bit firm; my friend and I prefer softer bedding, so it wasn't very comfortable. Laundry: I used it once. While the clothes were drying, I left a note asking the staff to retrieve them. They did put them in a bag, but the clothes were still damp when they were put in the bag, including a pair of thick jeans. Hotels I've stayed at before would tumble dry the clothes again, which might be an extra service. This Atour didn't offer that, but they did put them in a bag for me. Generally, it's fine for a one- or two-day stay. If you're looking for better service, you might need to check out a few more hotels."

"The whole itinerary has a great stay experience, focusing on praise for the front desk Yang Qing. The little girl has a lively and outgoing personality, and the reception guests are very sincere. Not only is the business professional, the check-in and check-out speed is very fast, and the chat is fun and talkative. I consulted various problems related to travel, oxygen supply facilities, eating and playing around. Yang Qing explained clearly and took the initiative to give a lot of practical travel advice. I can meet such a warm-hearted and interesting staff in a different place, and I feel very practical. The overall hardware of the hotel is good, plus the intimate service of Yangqing, the overall experience is directly upgraded, it is highly recommended that all travelers stay, and I wish the kind and enthusiastic Yangqing work smoothly."

"This hotel is absolutely stunning, with a rich ******* style that makes every photo-op a winner. Seeing so many international guests here shows how popular it is with tourists from all over the world. The front desk staff are incredibly warm and great communicators; they resolve issues quickly and even help guests pick out ******* clothing and enthusiastically assist with photos. If you book a day in advance, the hotel provides a private car service to major attractions, which is super convenient. On the second floor, there are complimentary massage chairs – perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing! And I have to mention the breakfast: *******, Western, and Chinese dishes, plus a great selection of fruits. It’s incredibly diverse, with handsome chefs freshly preparing ******* noodles, Chongqing noodles, pho, and rice vermicelli, catering to all tastes. If I had to choose again, I'd definitely stay here."

"The hotel is located in the bustling city center with convenient underground parking. It's just a few hundred meters from the famous Tashilhunpo Monastery, which we visited. The hotel's breakfast was the best among the six hotels we stayed at during our six-night trip. However, there were two aspects during our stay that I wasn't happy with: 1. The room's air conditioning temperature was locked at around 27 degrees Celsius, and it took a long time for me to cool down after showering at night. 2. The oxygen supply for the morning ended at 9 AM, so I was woken up when the oxygen was cut off, even though I wanted to sleep in. Other than that, the hotel generally met the expected Atour standards."
