"This time, I was traveling with my parents and my child. Since my little one wasn't feeling well, I really needed a great hotel, and this one truly didn't disappoint. The room had two queen beds plus a sofa bed, perfect for our family of five. We couldn't get enough of the beautiful night view outside the window. Everyone in the family praised my choice. My dad stood there, cup of tea in hand, for quite a while, saying, 'Looking at these lights just brightens my mood.' My child was glued to the window, gazing into the distance, and asked if it was a lighthouse. The hotel is only three or four minutes from the bus station, which was great since my parents walk a bit slower – no worries about rushing for our bus. In the mornings, I'd take my child for a stroll in the small park downstairs, and then we'd come back just in time for breakfast. They had hot congee and mini steamed buns, which my parents loved, and my child enjoyed the special kids' area with small cakes and yogurt. When it was time to check out, the front desk staff saw we had a lot of luggage and proactively helped us carry it. Of all the places we've stayed on this trip, this hotel was truly a hit with the whole family."

"I've stayed here so many times, and I've recommended it to my colleagues who have all been very satisfied. The hotel is super close to the Youth Avenue subway station, with access to both Line 1 and Line 2, which is incredibly convenient. It's also super easy to get to concerts by subway. Major Shenyang attractions like the Imperial Palace, Marshal Zhang's Mansion, Xita (West Tower), and the TV Tower Night Market are all nearby and just a short taxi ride away (starting fare). Mixc City is also close by, making shopping a breeze. The rooms are consistently clean and tidy, and the service is always thoughtful and excellent. I especially want to praise the hotel breakfast; I can never get enough of it! There are new items every time I visit, and breakfast runs until 11 AM, so even if you wake up late, you won't miss out – it's fantastic. The lounge on the first floor is also great for a casual coffee or getting some work done. Plus, there's free parking, which is incredibly convenient. Definitely deserves a five-star rating!"

"Cant complain. This hotel is just worth the price with the kind of cleanliness, service, comfortability, aesthetics and location. It is near Xinghai Square where we watched the light show at the bridge. Just beautiful! I would love to stay here much longer if I were to visit Dalian again. Free laundry by the way and I did not have to pay for extra coffee which was actually really good too. We were also allowed to check out later. The staff were particularly pleasing! Eventhough their English is limited they tried their best to provide whats needed. Excellent place! I felt so at home but at the same time it didn’t even feel like you’re in China. Superb considering I booked the cheapest room for three adults."

"Hotel Jen by Shangri-La is a 4-star hotel under the Shangri-La brand. It's an older property, but it's very well-maintained. Manager Wang Jia from Guest Services took excellent care of me during my stay! Jenny at the front desk was very friendly and efficient during check-in. Kim helped me with my luggage, Song Liang directed me to the elevator, and Manager Guo even made me coffee. I was very satisfied throughout my entire stay; it's truly a hotel worth revisiting! The coffee was rich and aromatic. A superb stay! Five-star rating."

It's incredibly convenient to get around, as the subway station is within walking distance, so you don't have to go out of your way to get anywhere. Located right in the heart of the Zhongjie central business district, it offers a one-stop shop for shopping, dining, and entertainment. The hotel rooms are spacious and spotless, with excellent ventilation that prevents any stuffiness. The bedding quality is outstanding, ensuring a sound and comfortable night's sleep. The soundproofing, facilities, and service are all top-notch, and the staff are friendly. It offers great value for money, and I highly recommend it for anyone staying in Shenyang. For those visiting the Forbidden City and Marshal Zhang's Mansion, I absolutely recommend this hidden gem of an accommodation in Shenyang's Zhongjie area! Its prime location is the biggest highlight, situated in the bustling Zhongjie area and right next to the subway, making travel incredibly convenient. The surrounding area is packed with all sorts of Shenyang's special delicacies, so you can always discover authentic local flavors. The hotel's interior is clean and elegant, and the guest rooms are cozy and comfortable, with every detail meticulously cared for. The bedding is skin-friendly and breathable, making for a truly excellent stay. The staff are attentive and polite, adding a lot of warmth to the trip."

"Five-star review! While this hotel doesn't boast five-star facilities, its service far surpasses many newly renovated hotels, offering a truly heartwarming experience. Service: The steps at the entrance were quite high, and the staff, seeing us with luggage, immediately came over to help carry it up. It was incredibly thoughtful. The room hygiene was meticulously maintained, with every corner spotless. Special mention goes to the older staff members at the front desk; they are steady, thorough, and their service is attentive and sincere. Room: The room was spacious and open, with plenty of power outlets, making it super convenient to charge phones and power banks at any time. Cleanliness: Excellent and thorough. I had read reviews mentioning only paper cups and was a bit hesitant, but upon arrival, I saw that in addition to regular reusable cups, they also provided paper cups! Facilities: Not brand new, but very comfortable. The only minor issue was some water accumulation in the bathroom after a long shower, but it was manageable. Overall, it offers great value for money. It's my top choice for accommodation when traveling, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Dalian! Outside the hotel, there are countless snack stalls, breakfast spots, and supermarkets, and the old-fashioned tram makes getting around incredibly convenient."

"This hotel is incredibly comfortable! It's super close to Vientiane City, making it really convenient for getting around. The front desk lady was not only beautiful but also very welcoming. She even gave us a free room upgrade! I particularly loved the vanity in the room – the large counter space was perfect for all our things. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation too, and the whole room was smart-enabled. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Shenyang. Please ignore our messy belongings, haha!"

It's an established four-star hotel with a slightly vintage decor, which might feel a bit dated to some, so keep that in mind if you prefer more modern facilities. However, the rooms are very clean and the bedding is comfortable. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety, including freshly made noodles and local specialties, and there's plenty of time to enjoy it. The front desk staff are welcoming and check-in was quick. ✅Tip: For the best panoramic view of the Broken Bridge, try to get a higher-floor river view room. This hotel is perfect for travelers who prioritize prime river views and convenient access to attractions."

"The hotel's location is excellent. It's a short walk to the pier and the Broken Bridge, and very close to the train station and dining spots. We could even see the fireworks display right outside the hotel during Chinese New Year. The front desk staff was very thoughtful, warning us about the potential noise and even providing earplugs. The rooms are quite new and spacious, with a well-designed layout and plenty of storage space for luggage and personal belongings. The cleaner on the 7th floor was incredibly warm and friendly; her smiling service truly made us feel at home. The restaurant staff was also very welcoming, and the breakfast selection was extensive. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay."
