"I brought my elderly parents to Tong, and I want to express my gratitude to the elegant Manager Yang at the front desk and Mr. Zhou, who handled our check-in. Not only did they upgrade our room to a river-view room, but seeing that both my parents are over 90, they also offered complimentary breakfast valued at 69 RMB per person. Thank you very much! Our room faced the Yangtze River, the world's largest river by water volume – our Mother River. Every day, we could see countless boats vying for passage. Even in this era of advanced planes and high-speed trains, I was surprised to see how busy river transportation still is! The room was clean, and the bedding was comfortable. After mopping, the staff always reminded my parents to wait until the floor was dry before moving around! Next to the window, there was a tatami area where we could sit facing each other, sipping tea and discussing historical figures. It could also serve as a bed, allowing us to lie down and watch the majestic Yangtze flow eastward and the sun and moon eternally cycle. Or, we could enjoy the visual feast of ships with children… The hotel has separate laundry rooms for washing and drying, a scenic gym, and the breakfast restaurant is on the top floor, the 49th, offering a fantastic view! Highly recommended!"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommended! The Nantong Trendy Treehouse truly made my child's fairy tale dream come true! ✨ We chose the Trendy Loft Treehouse, a two-story unit. My child loved the little stairs as soon as we walked in. We had amazing luck – pandas came to visit our room in the evening and morning! They ambled about so slowly and were incredibly soft and therapeutic. Our stay included two-day admission to the zoo and Ice and Snow World. With face recognition entry, we could enter and exit the park an unlimited number of times. When we got tired of exploring, we could return to the treehouse to rest. We also got free access to the Ice and Snow Park and the grand circus, making the package excellent value for money. The room was clean, the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the forest environment was serene with great air quality. The park shuttle bus was on-call, making transportation convenient. Interacting with the animals was the biggest highlight. Besides the pandas, we could also feed alpacas and deer, which kept my child excited the entire time. The two-day, one-night itinerary was relaxed and unhurried – a top choice for family trips in the Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai region! I've already recommended it to other moms, and I'd love to come back and try the giraffe-themed room next time."

"I had a really satisfying stay this time. The hotel's environment and hygiene were excellent. My room had great natural light, the bed was soft and comfortable, and all the toiletries were provided. The front desk staff were very friendly and check-in was super quick. The location is superb, very close to Changzhou North Station. The breakfast had a wide variety and tasted good, offering great value for money. The service was attentive and thoughtful. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip. "The hotel entrance isn't particularly eye-catching, but once you step inside, it's a completely different world. The second floor is spacious, with a long corridor, and the overall environment is very pleasant. The guest rooms are actually arranged around the front desk, which was a unique and novel layout for me. Although the hotel has been open for a while, the facilities are very well-maintained. It offers great value for money and I highly recommend it. The location is also excellent, almost in the center of all the major attractions, with most being about 2 kilometers away. A short ride on an electric scooter gets you there in no time."

"Our two-day, two-night trip to Nantong has come to an end! It was a perfect weekend getaway for our family of three, and the Hampton by Hilton played a big part in that – it's truly a commendable place to stay! We booked a family room, and the king-size bed and single bed layout was perfect for us. Most importantly, the breakfast was excellent! Our child was particularly fond of the tofu pudding, so they eagerly went down for breakfast again the next day! It's very thoughtful that weekend breakfast is served until 10:30 AM, especially for late sleepers like us. There's a laundry room with a dryer, and a car park with charging facilities. It's conveniently located right off a wide main road and elevated highway. We had considered choosing between Hampton by Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn, and after passing by the Garden Inn yesterday, I feel Hampton by Hilton is still superior! Oh, and regarding service, it would have been even better if the front desk staff were a bit more proactive in greeting guests, rather than waiting for guests to approach the counter before looking up. That's one minor area for improvement!"

"Coming to Nanjing to visit the Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum scenic area, choosing this hotel was absolutely the right decision! The hotel is a renovated former school for military dependents, and behind it is the former Qianxian Song and Dance Ensemble. The courtyard is full of ancient trees and greenery, exuding an antique charm. It's quiet and peaceful, far from the hustle and bustle of the streets. After exploring the scenic area, returning to the courtyard immediately puts you at ease. The location is truly convenient. It's just a few minutes' walk to Meiling Palace's Wutong Avenue, and not far from the Ming Xiaoling Mausoleum or the Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum. There's no need to bother with taxis back and forth, and you can return to the hotel to rest anytime you get tired. The front desk staff, especially Cream, were incredibly helpful. Check-in was fast, and she proactively told us about nearby attractions and even reminded us to keep the screens closed in our room due to the many trees. The room was spotless and spacious enough. The bed was very comfortable, the shower water pressure was strong, and the Dyson hairdryer was easy to use. The wet and dry separation in the bathroom was well-executed. Hotel amenities are also very practical. There's a self-service laundry with drying facilities, so you don't have to worry about washing clothes while traveling. You can stroll in the courtyard, and there's also a swimming pool. Sitting outside in the evening, enjoying the breeze, is especially comfortable. Anything we needed, the front desk responded quickly and without any perfunctoriness. Overall, the stay was very pleasant, without any unnecessary frills. I genuinely recommend it for anyone visiting the Zhongshan area. Five-star rating, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Nanjing!"

"The soundproofing is absolutely terrible. The laundry room doesn't have a connected TV, so you have to keep going down to check if a machine is free. The TV remote sensor is really bad. The front desk service was just average, nothing special. The only person who seemed to be on the ball at the entire hotel was housekeeping; if you hung the 'Please Clean' sign, they'd be there in less than five minutes, always smiling. It felt like housekeeping was the only department doing anything at the whole hotel. The value for money is extremely low. My room card demagnetized itself before 2 PM when I extended my stay, forcing me to go all the way down to get it fixed. Honestly, just stay at a proper Intercontinental, don't bother with this subsidiary. It's not much of a price difference anyway."
