"The hotel has a great location, situated on a street in the Old City. It's a 15-minute walk to the Old City, and mostly flat terrain to the Citadel, which saves effort. The Old City also offers excellent dining options. The hotel facilities are relatively new and well-maintained, and the view from the window is quite nice. "A quirky little hotel that is directly on the main drag in Gatineau. The room was a good size, though the tiny bathroom left a lot to be desired; it was old, dated, and so small that the sink was in the main room. The bed, however, was very comfortable and the desk/tv setup was great. Lots of convenient receptacles for plugging in phones and the like. The fridge in the cupboard made that cupboard very hot and I'd imagine those fridges won't last long as burnout must be a thing... Weird, convoluted directions for getting to the hot tub from our room; make sure to leave a trail of breadcrumbs or you may be lost forever. Front desk staff were professional and completely bilingual, which was very much appreciated."

"Upon checking into our room had to use 2 separate elevators (neither of with were in good condition). Get to our room and it's 30deg in the room and it absolutely stinks of wet dog ( I know the smell). Next morning the --> Extra 26$/pp breakfast <-- in the hotel was horrible (just don't eat there. So many good restaurants in walking distance). The --> Extra 25$/day <-- Parking is overprice, go on Palais Montcalm (10 min walk) for 15$/day. For the money spent a this Marriott, our experience was very disappointed. Marriott Delta Quebec City used to be a higher end hotel now it's low end. Old and Tired Dirty rooms and bins of garbage in common areas doesn't help too. We are both heavy travellers, and this experience at Delta is one of the worst I've been go through."

"We’ve had a lovely time at Auberge Saint-Antoine! The hotel is lovely and the staff are great, it’s in a great location and some rooms have lovely views like the one we were lucky to get. We used the valet the first time we stayed there who were great, but ended up parking across the road at the multi-storey car park the rest of the days as the valet is around $45+tax and tip so works out quite expensive. We found a really lovely spot around the corner for breakfast too called L’Antiquaire Buffet, they have amazing breakfast and really well priced, lovely staff too! The hotel is in a great location and easily walkable to a lot of sights and great restaurants."

"The room is spacious and features a modern design with a pleasant ambiance. It is overall very clean and comfortable - just as one would expect from a Hilton-brand hotel. However, I would like to highlight the following areas for improvement: 1. There aren't any drinking water dispensers on each floor, so we had to get water from the gym in the basement, which was inconvenient for guests. 2. There is no proper kettle for tea drinkers. As tea enthusiasts, we found it inconvenient to boil water using the coffee machine, as the water carries a noticeable coffee taste and aroma which compromise the flavour of the tea. Additionally, the hotel does not provide a hot water dispenser in the common areas on each floor. Hotel management should consider providing complimentary bottled water in each room or, at minimum, installing drinking water dispensers including hot water on each floor. Alternatively, providing a small electric kettle would be a simple yet meaningful addition to all beverage preferences."

This is a condo built from the old industrial buildings of Quebec City. The quality is very good. It was perfectly cleaned. There is no reception (the reception is in another building) which is a bit annoying on late arrivals (in that case, only one person works there, dealing with people, the phone etc.). In the building, you would meet from time to time the cleaning team, which is very nice and ready to help. This condo is properly equipped. There is nothing on the food side except salt and pepper so you have to go to the supermarkets nearby to get the basic items. The place is rather quiet. There are homeless around, that's true, but there are not aggressive at all. Many restaurants, bars, etc. are all around. The old city is not far, walking or using one of the many buses down the building. The view is nice. You can go up to the roof which has a few chairs and tables (really the minimum !) for a nice sunset. The bedroom could be too warm, as the a/c is in the living room, and it pulses the air through a tube in the bedroom (the curtains are black, so this doesn't help). The price per night may be high, ever higher than in some nice hotels (200 to 300 CAD + tax and more per night), but the condo gives space and you can cook. The laundry is at the 2nd floor (2.50CAD for washing, the same for drying). You have to find your products. So this is a good and nice place, maybe a bit expensive according to the season, the day. As this is a condo, there is no basics (e.g. spices, oil, a few tabs if you want to do your laundry etc.). You can ask for more towels if needed as there is no everyday cleaning: this is not a hotel. I was very satisfied of this condo, the team is nice, I had no problems during the 6 nights I stayed there. I think we could have a few more services for the price (compared to other branches using the same concept for instance).

I chose this hotel because of the good reviews I read online, and I can happily say I wasn't disappointed with my choice. Check-in & Parking Our check-in process was completely smooth and hassle-free. We parked our car in the hotel’s free parking lot. It was quite packed—I assume there was a wedding or another big event going on at the time—but despite the crowd, we managed to find a spot for our car. Room & Amenities The room was beautiful, spacious, and very clean. The beds were comfortable, and the floors were spotless. This is a multi-story hotel with a functioning elevator. I learned that it used to belong to a major hotel chain before it changed ownership and name. You can definitely feel that legacy, as it still maintains a certain standard of high quality. The building itself doesn't look worn out at all. Another great perk was the ice machine; we were able to fill up our icebox for the car free of charge, which was super convenient. The room's AC worked perfectly, the TV had plenty of channels, and the Wi-Fi connection was stable and smooth. Location & Value The hotel is located close to the airport, making it an excellent choice for travelers who need easy airport access. While it is a bit far from the city center, it worked perfectly for us since we had a car. If you don't have a vehicle, the distance from downtown might be something to consider, but for our needs, it was just right. Conclusion Overall, I really liked it. The pricing was very reasonable for what it offers. It’s a clean, comfortable, and highly stayable place. I would definitely recommend it!

I recently stayed at Hotel Railwayparc Montreal, Tapestry Collection by Hilton for one night (June 28–29) with my wife, and we had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff made us feel welcome. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful, and guided us through the check-in process with a smile, making everything quick and hassle-free. We stayed in an accessible room, and it exceeded our expectations. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and very peaceful, allowing us to relax comfortably. The accessible bathroom was especially impressive—it was large, well designed, and featured both a spacious walk-in shower and an accessible bathtub, which was a great touch. The hallways and common areas were also spotless and quiet, adding to the overall relaxing atmosphere of the hotel. The only small suggestion I have is that it would be great if the hotel could provide room slippers. Since the bathroom has tile flooring, it became quite cold to walk on barefoot, and having slippers available would make the stay even more comfortable. Overall, we had an excellent stay and were very impressed with the cleanliness, comfort, and outstanding customer service. I would gladly stay here again the next time I visit Montreal and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Bonaventure. The hotel is on the 10th floor of Place Bonaventure with underground parking which is super convenient. The heated outdoor pool was amazing to relax in. It was a very popular spot! We ate in the dining room a couple of times and enjoyed the food both times! Rooms are large, king bed was comfortable and our view of the duck pond was great! Felt like we were in a rural setting, not downtown Montreal! I highly recommend this hotel!!
