"Stayed at the former Trump Tower in Vancouver. The location is super convenient for getting around, very close to downtown, and not a far walk to Stanley Park either! During my stay, the breakfast area was under renovation, so all meals were delivered via room service. The fully automated facilities in the room were fantastic. Overall, a really great experience!"

"The hotel is very clean and has good facilities. From the window, you can see the distant mountains and the beautiful scenery in the morning and evening. The coffee and light meals in the lobby downstairs, especially the freshly made French fries, seasoned with beer, were very crispy and delicious. I ordered several times in a row. In the end, the waiter gave me a big plate and said that if I couldn’t finish it, I could take it back to the room to eat. Eat slowly. An unforgettable northern town."

"Perfect as a transit hotel. They offer a free shuttle bus from Gate 5 on the 3rd floor, running every 10 minutes. It's close to Richmond, and there's a shuttle bus to Richmond on weekends. There are no dining options nearby, so you have to eat in the hotel or take the shuttle back to the airport or a taxi across the river for food. Overall, it's great value for money. The early check-in option for 30 CAD was a nice touch."

"We were coming in for Christmas since my parent house was full.  Great location downtown. Check in was a breeze. They even had Christmas gifts for each room.  We used the hottub and underground parking.  Rooms were lovely, although it was a little silly that when you unfolded the couch it touched the main bed blocking off easy access to the bathroom.  We’ll definitely stay again though."

"Getting to the hotel from the airport by Skytrain was super convenient and quick. It's located right on the main street, with a large shopping mall nearby, and there's a taxi stand just downstairs. We arrived at 10 AM, and not only did they upgrade our room, but they also let us check in early so we could rest. The hotel has plenty of facilities, including a gym and a swimming pool. What I particularly liked was that the shower head in the bathroom wasn't fixed, and the hairdryer was powerful enough for long hair. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Vancouver!"

"This was my first time at an air bnb. I always prefer staying at good hotels. But Vancouver shangrila house just blew our mind! It was such an amazing find and it was nothing less than a deluxe hotel. What a gorgeous house! The interior was lush, the ambience was super cozy and above all the entire house was just spotless. The house and the room smell amazing and even the toiletries provided was thoughtfully curated in a way that the showers would feel like a warm hug. Our host Julie is a delight! She also gifted us an umbrella when she got to know we don’t have one and it was pouring outside. We definitely look forward to going back to Julie’s humble abode to stay for a couple days! A big shout out Julie for all the efforts she put to make us feel at home."

Welcome to PRIVATE ROOM NEAR BROADWAY UBC, located in a quiet residential neighborhood on Vancouver’s West Side. Our clean and cozy private rooms are ideal for short stays, vacations, study, or family visits. Guests enjoy free Wi-Fi, shared bathrooms and kitchen facilities, as well as access to a washer and dryer. Convenient public transportation provides easy access to Downtown Vancouver, UBC, shopping, and dining. A peaceful, comfortable, and home-like place to stay while exploring Vancouver.

"I like the location very much. It is not in the noisy city center, but it takes about 20 minutes to get to the downtown area by mass transportation. There is a Safeway supermarket about 5 minutes walk away. The living function is very convenient. The landlord's wife Jenny is very polite, the temperament is very good, the service and courtesy are in place. The only drawback is that most of the Canadian houses may be wooden structures, and the sound insulation is relatively poor. The quality of the tenants staying on the same day is very lucky. People who don't mind, then it is really a high CP value homestay!"

"The hotel is very novel and the equipment is very good. Although it was midnight when I arrived, it was still very comfortable to live. But it is recommended to arrive early before the sun goes down, otherwise the mountain road is very dark, there is no lighting, and it feels a bit nervous. The waitress for breakfast, very nice, the sound is super sweet, opening a good morning for the day. The lake nearby is beautiful and worth going. Ice wine winery is also recommended, also recommended."

We had a great stay here! The building itself is older, but it’s very obvious that the hotel has been newly renovated. Everything felt clean and fresh , the room was spacious, the furniture looked brand new, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. One of the highlights for our family was the game room, which was perfect for keeping the kids entertained. The amenities were also excellent, and the customer service was outstanding from check-in to check-out. A huge bonus was the free EV charging, which made our trip even more convenient. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to come back again!

The view from the window was absolutely beautiful, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Great value for money — everything felt just right. We were 100% satisfied.

Best option around YVR! Lovely room, premium cleansing products in washroom, higher than typical service for Canada context. Stay was limited due to air traffic control issues however the hours here were overall quite good. Areas for improvement include the pace and communication from checkin desk. Otherwise, good stay true to Fairmont brand.

Firs of all, the receptionist was very friendly and had a big smile on her face during both check-in and check-out (it was the same lady), warm and nice lobby. Second, the room was smaller than I expected, smaller than what the website showed but it was clean. Third, when I arrived it was almost impossible to find a parking spot (see pic 4) because there were several hotels in the same area. I had to wait in my car for about 20 minutes until someone finally left so I could park and check in. Fourth, hotel parking is quite expensive $34 per night for self-parking and $39 for valet. The underground parking lot is right next to the garbage room (see pic 5) which was disgusting and horrible. I also saw two guys working in the parking area and they seemed really unfriendly. If they ever film another Conjuring series this could be a perfect location. To be fair, I did notice that several other 4 star hotels in Whistler have similar parking conditions: dark, old and dirty. Fifth, it was a bit cold at night and I tried to adjust the room temperature but it didn’t work. I mentioned this to the lady when I checked out. If you asked me if I would stay there again, probably NOT. The price is okay for the room and the location is very convenient there’s an Old Spaghetti Factory inside the hotel and several bars, restaurants and shops are just 5–10 minutes away on foot.

We stayed here for a family trip. We arrived around noon and planned to leave our luggage until check-in time, but they told us we could check in right away. That was a lifesaver, as we were exhausted from jet lag and a long flight. It's conveniently located near the station and I'd recommend it, but I did lose money at the casino, so that's a bit of a negative! 😡 Also, the Gordon Ramsay restaurant isn't good, so you're better off eating somewhere else.

My husband and I stayed overnight in Vancouver to see a hockey game. The hotel is close to many amazing restaurants within walking distance. It is also close to Rogers Stadium so that is always nice so we don’t have to pay for parking or cabs. The staff were amazing and accommodating as we’d asked to have a room with a balcony, which they were able to do. We had dinner out but had brunch in their restaurant which is on the 5th floor. The atmosphere was so magical, all decorated for Christmas but it was also warm and inviting. For whatever reason (maybe bcause it was a Tuesday morning) we were the only ones in the restaurant until half way through our brunch, then only one other couple shared the dining room with us. The food was INCREDIBLE and our server Lee was the sweetest most kind person I’ve ever meet. After our brunch we sat by the fireplace with our coffees, relaxing before our 12 pm checkout. It felt like we were in a Manhattan brownstone. We will definitely be coming back in the future and certainly will recommend this hotel to our friends. Staying at LHermitage was an oasis in the midst of a very hard 3 weeks of me just having lost my mom. Thank you 🎄❤️

In addition to some twists and turns in the reservation, the hotel began to say that it did not receive the money, and later found that I had set the water view, but the order received by the hotel was a higher-level waterfront, and there was a price difference. Later, it was finally solved. After I checked in, I found that there was actually a good view of No. 58, and the sound of the sea was not noisy. Others were either blocked by trees or too close to the water. Choosing water views is also a good choice, and the price is more affordable. There is no restaurant near the hotel, so I choose to dine at the hotel and the taste is OK. Breakfast is also ok.

We were greeted by the staff when we arrived. Check-in only took a few minutes. The room was superb. Big and spacious room. We had a king and queen rooms and both has their own toilet and bath. A spacious living room with fire place and a balcony overlooking the mountains and lake. The kitchen has everything you needed. I couldn’t ask for more. The hotel is fantastic.

My husband, son, daughter-in-law and I stayed in the Deluxe Family Home while visiting Vancouver. The grounds were beautiful with many flowers in bloom. The home was located on the first floor, making it easy to access from the parking area. The unit was very clean with modern appliances. There was a Keurig coffee machine with K-cup pods provided. This was one of the few rentals in the Vancouver area that had two king beds, a requirement for my family. There were two bathrooms with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The location was a short drive from the airport, a Walmart and several restaurants and take-out pizza. The only issue we had was during our second night. A family was staying upstairs and we could hear a child running back and forth until well after 10:00pm. I then heard the child crying and finally the noise stopped. Not really a problem, just a little annoying.
