"Room spacious and clean, bed comfortable, sheets and towels good quality, AC works well and is quiet, breakfast absolutely great with excellent coffee and outstanding offerings, check-in fast and friendly. I wish we were staying at Novotel Salvador longer. We had Seafood Risotto at the restaurant and it was very generous with the seafood, but took about an hour so bring a book if you plan to eat dinner here."

"The Resort has an excellent leisure structure with area for children and adults ( with shows during the night period). Besides this positive question we go to the negative: Beside the restaurant near the beach there are cats that do their needs next to the bar, the smell is horrible, at the point of losing appetite. The restaurant is a bit fat, but ”generical” there is no taste of a regional food. The staff's bad humor is visible, as much as there is constraint to ask for something. There is a near resort that staff make you feel at home, but not there!"

"In fact, good hotel, but: - The surrounding area is full of moskitos, that's natural, but the hotel should look that you can close the windows. Unfortunately, it always had 2-3cm columns that remained open. Therefore, countless moskitos came in. Instead of renovating, the hotel preferred involumes of poison sprayed, which was not even pleasant. - Wifi was extremely unstable, was always offline for hours. -Breakfast buffet costly. "Gostamos muito do hotel, apenas achamos muito caro bebidas e picolés!! Digo exageradamente caros. Apesar de não termos sido tão bem tratados por uma boa parte dos funcionários do hotel, um em especial gerente Thiago do restaurante do café da manhã foi muito solicito e até preparou um chá para meu filho q estava c diarreia!! Enfim, no final acaba q não esquecemos sempre de como fomos recebidos!!"

"Hotel simply perfect ! Super friendly, careful and gentle service, all super employees willing to deliver the best experience! Delicious breakfast, certainly the best q we have ever had in Brazil. A beautiful, modern and cozy room with a fantastic balcony and rooftop. The swimming pool area and the beach with beautiful views. The availability of bikes was super bacana. We left the hotel with a wish to return soon."

"The hotel by the sea, the balcony can see the sea, the service is super good, there is 24-hour food room servive , no matter how the food tastes, at least convenient. The service attitude of the hotel staff is very good. Take a taxi back to the hotel and help drive the door and carry luggage. Going out for 2 minutes is the beach, the location is absolutely perfect. The hotel's breakfast is very rich, it is the richest breakfast among so many hotels in Brazil I have stayed in this month. The room is not too big, but the bed is a big bed, the pillow is just right, and the sleep is very comfortable. There are almost snacks and fruits and drinks at the front desk during the day. Stay here next time."

"Nossa experiência na pousada foi simplesmente maravilhosa! Desde a chegada fomos recebidos com muita atenção e simpatia por toda a equipe, o que já fez toda a diferença. O ambiente é extremamente acolhedor, bem cuidado e transmite muita tranquilidade. As instalações são impecáveis: quarto confortável, limpeza excelente e cada detalhe pensado para proporcionar uma estadia agradável. A área externa é linda e perfeita para relaxar em meio à natureza."

"Hotel muito bom, realmente pé na areia, limpo, uma decoração rústica. Café da manhã com poucas opções, porém tudo bem feito. As 09:30 solicitei leite em pó e fui informado por um dos funcionários que havia acabado e não tinha para repor. Obs. Vários gatos no local, algumas vezes vieram na área da piscina e me incomodou. Entendo que em um hotel não deveria haver animais."

"Alles in Allem das einzig Positive war das Zimmer, es war sehr geräumig und sauber, und das Essen. Sowohl Frühstück wie auch Abendessen waren gut. Leider gab es kein freies Wasser auf dem Nachtisch wie in allen anderen Hotel in Brasilien die wir auf unserer Tour gebucht hatten. Was uns am meisten gestört hat war die Roof Top Bar/Restaurant. Grundsätzlich ist es dort schön, allerdings gab es dort immer ein Abendprogramm mit Live Musik welches einem mit in Rechnung gestellt wurde. Man nannte es Couvert und es wurden einfach mal 30 Real pro Person mit auf die Rechnung gepackt. Ob man wollte oder nicht. Infos dazu hätte man im Aufzug auf einem Plakat lesen können. An der Rezeption beim Einchecken gab es hierzu keinerlei Infos. Am letzten Abend war es dann sogar eine geschlossene Veranstaltung (Konzert) für die man im Vorfeld hätte Karten kaufen müssen. Das empfinde ich als absolutes No-Go für ein Hotel das mit einer Roof Top Bar wirbt!!!!!!!! Dazu war der Event sehr laut und ging bis 2:00 Uhr nachts und deutlich in unserem Zimmer zu hören. Es gibt zum Abendessen das Restaurant im 2. Stock quasi fast ohne Tageslicht. Nicht sehr gemütlich. Das Mittagessen das wir am ersten Tag dort gegessen hatten war gut und wir konnten die Rechnung auf das Zimmer schreiben lassen. Abends haben wir dann auf der Roof Top Bar gegessen. Auch hier war das Essen gut, allerdings konnte man hier NICHT auf Zimmer schreiben und musste gleich bezahlen. Da es Mittags ging hatte ich natürlich weder Geld noch Kreditkarte dabei und musste das erst im Zimmer holen :-( ! Das Hotel selbst könnte eine Rennovation vertragen. Es gibt 4 Aufzüge von denen während unseres 4 tägigen Aufenthalts nur 3 funktioniert hatten. Und selbst die waren runtergekommen. Haltestangen sind locker und die Aufzüge wackeln beim Fahren nicht gerade vertrauenerweckend. Auch die Fenster entsprechen nicht mehr den Stand. War waren im 21. Stock und es war fühlte sich an als ob die Straße direkt am fester vorbei geht! Weitere nervige Dinge - WiFi ist auch nicht zuverlässig und eines 4* Hotels unwürdig. - Eine Dose die bei uns in der Minibar war wurde entfernt obwohl nirgendwo stand, dass man nichts rein tun darf. Unsere Beschwerde verlief im Sand, da niemand zu dem Zeitpunkt Englisch gesprochen hat. - Handtücher im Zimmer waren immer nur für eine Person vorhanden. Wir mussten JEDEN Tag erneut reklamieren, dass wir zu zweit sind!! - Sauna war kalt !!! Für uns ist das Hotel absolut keine Empfehlung !!!"
