"I recently stayed at the Sheraton Park Hotel at the Anaheim Resort and it was the perfect choice for our family Disneyland vacation. The location is incredibly convenient — just a pleasant 10-15 minute walk to the entrance of Disneyland and Disney California Adventure. No need for shuttles or expensive parking; we could easily head to the parks in the morning and come back for a quick rest whenever we wanted. The hotel offers 24/7 customer service, which was a real lifesaver after long days at the theme parks. Whether we needed extra towels, help with directions, or late-night recommendations, the staff was always available and responsive. Speaking of service, the overall staff was friendly, helpful, and professional — they truly made us feel welcome from check-in to check-out. One small suggestion for improvement: while breakfast is available, I wish there were even more variety and options for breakfast choices. A wider selection of international dishes, healthier alternatives, or more customizable stations would make the morning meal even better, especially for families with different preferences. Overall, the rooms were comfortable, the pool area was relaxing, and the hotel has a nice, modern vibe after recent updates. If you’re looking for a convenient, well-serviced hotel close to Disneyland, I would definitely recommend the Sheraton Park Hotel at Anaheim Resort. Great for making the most of your Disney trip!"

"It was already evening when we arrived in Monterey. After checking in, we hurried to dine at a Thai restaurant not far away. The town was very quiet. Although we didn’t pay much attention to the environment around the hotel, when we went to the hotel for coffee early in the morning, we saw how beautiful the sea and sky next to the hotel were. The guest rooms were also very clean. I felt that the trip was worthwhile. It was a pity that we should have stayed one more night. I guess I’ll make up for it next time. 😊"

The location in the Chinese district is perfect. There are two large Chinese supermarkets just a short walk downstairs, and plenty of Chinese restaurants and hometown specialty eateries nearby. If you're traveling and craving a taste of home, you'll have no trouble finding it here – it's ideal for Chinese travelers. The only minor downside was that the breakfast selection was a bit limited. "Arrived in the early morning and checked out the next day for the Ritz-Carlton. Overall, it was okay. The location is excellent, and you can tell it has a history, but the room was too old. Maintenance was generally fine; it didn't feel dirty or dusty. However, it was a bit noisy facing the street. For the price, it was acceptable."

Hotel near San Francisco Downtown,San Francisco
Fairmont San Francisco is one of the city's most legendary luxury hotels, renowned for its exceptional elegance and impeccable, heartfelt service for over a century. Panoramic views of the city and the bay from atop Nob Hill, two iconic restaurants and 606 elegantly furnished guest rooms, including 62 lavish suites, combine to offer an unforgettable experience. The hotel has hosted countless historic functions over the decades, and its 22 stately event rooms are an opulent setting for any occasion.

"The hotel where the conference was held, but there was a bug between the agent and the hotel. One room could not be checked in. After a long communication, the front desk service attitude was not very good, and the back-end phone could not be reached. Fortunately, it was well negotiated with Ctrip. The room is relatively small and the settings are relatively old. After all, it is a century-old hotel. The laundry is all from Le Labo, but it is not bad. The breakfast restaurant is not a buffet, and the introduction is incorrect. The ordering and serving are very slow, maybe it is a sense of relaxation. The location of the hotel is good, but it is very close to the tram route, and the Inception camera is one or two blocks away."

Here's why we gave the experience 3 stars; First of all, when we booked the hotel, neither Trip.com nor The Aster, Los Angeles, mentioned anything about the rooftop being closed on the dates we booked. On May 13 and May 14, we stayed in room 3 0 6. The hotel pictures showed and bragged about having a rooftop and plenty of pics of people there, and nowhere was revealed anywhere on their website or Trip.com that would not be available on those dates. When we reached out to Trip.com, they pretty much said that the rooftop amenities weren't listed as part of our package. Really Trip.com? You have to list the rooftop as the amenity... Got it. That was so lame a response. Everyone knows people book due to the pictures, and this was a seriously lame response from the Trip.com customer support personnel. We decided to save our opinion for this review. The Aster had nice people, but it's hard to believe the availability missing on their website is a detail they would miss. Their hotel has impeccable detail and design. One can only surmise they conveniently left out the information because people would obviously not book there and go somewhere else. I told the front receptionist this as we were checking in. She mentioned, well, it said it on *******. But we didn't book through *******, we booked through Trip.com. And those specific details were not evident. After July 1st the Government is getting stricter on transparency with hotels having to mention things so we missed this window, but we're happy to hold hotels like The Aster accountable:-) Also, on Wednesday, we checked out, and they had a fire alarm drill test that lasted about 10 minutes. They forgot to mention another minor ”inconvenience” when we booked on their website. It was at 10 am. It wasn't so bad, but to state the obvious, they left out the ability for customers to decide by not making that information transparent during the booking process. It's not like the fire department or tech people didn't schedule that in advance. 1. If you book through Trip.com, please make sure you specify, call their customer support, and get it in writing. The clickbait and pictures seem shady and sketchy and reflect a lack of credibility in the process. 2. Trip.com asked which room we wanted to be in. When we picked the room, we picked the city-view balcony. But we got put in the poolside view instead. It wasn't bad, but that was missing in the booking details that Trip.com sent to The Aster. My fiance ended up being okay with the poolside view, but it should have been in the booking details via Trip.com. So please, please make sure you watch this if you book through them and call the hotel in advance. Lastly, the decor, valet, and, in general, the service people were very nice and thoughtful. We would give them 5 stars.

The location is very good, on West Hollywood Avenue. The only thing is that the lower floors are facing the street and it is a bit noisy. I originally lived on the 2nd floor. It was Friday and Saturday. There was a party downstairs and it was very noisy. Later, I helped move to a higher floor. The restaurant food was very fresh and delicious. The overall experience was good.

Staying on a day whwn the weather was horrible undoutably did not help this being good review as we were unable to use the pool areas or enjoy the balconies or the bikes etc but I have to say I was disappointed in the room itself given the cost. When it costs in the $600 range I expected more. 300 square feet, with one chair, a bench along one wall facing away from the TV and a work space that I can only describe as laughable is less than I expected. I confess if I had paid more attention to the pictures, they were accurate. The quality of the bedding and the towels etc were top notch as were the robes and other aids. The fridge was strange but it met our needs. The lighting was interesting. Lights turned them selves off and on automatically not always when you wanted them to, including in the middle of the night if you did not want wake your partner. When the lights went off in half the room we were startled but it seems this just might be to keep the electric bill down as when we rentered the area they came back on. They tell you the internet and parking are free but are they? They were the only two things I recieved for a $60 resort fee. On the bright side the staff was excellent though they would benifit having a larger check in area. The dinner at their restaurant was outstanding. Beware, that if you have any walking disabilities some rooms not on the first floor are only accessible via the stair way. Our designated room was one of them and we have disabilities. The staff was able to do some moving around and all was well but if you are going to stay there make sure they are aware.

The room was spacious, and the mattress was just right – not too soft, not too firm – so I slept very comfortably. The hotel is located right in the city center, next to PwC, and is surrounded by consulting and financial institutions, making it very convenient for getting around.

A very good hotel in Beverly Hills style, starting from the moment the car drove to the door... the lobby, bar, corridor, room, bathroom, classic yet modern. The breakfast was also very rich. I saw other reviews saying that the street side was a bit noisy, so I asked for a north mountain view room because of the time difference. I will book it next time. One thing I don't understand is that the tax here is higher than other hotels, 51+7 dollars per day. I don't quite understand.

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Park Hotel at the Anaheim Resort and it was the perfect choice for our family Disneyland vacation. Great for making the most of your Disney trip!

I usually don't write reviews because I'm lazy, but this place really disgusted me. After staying in so many hotels, I have no idea how this Conrad managed to get a 'gold diamond' rating. 1. The room was incredibly noisy. It was right next to a main road, and even after switching rooms twice, it was still the same. 2. The shower pressure was incredibly low, despite having three outlets. Trying to take a relaxing shower at night was genuinely infuriating. 3. Although the US is a tipping country, basic cleaning services should be provided regardless, right? If you don't tip, housekeeping won't even leave bottled water? And they don't replenish towels or slippers, nor do they clean the bathroom. 4. Room service for delivery was genuinely slow. After showering at night, I realized housekeeping had broken the hairdryer (it was working fine when I left in the morning), and it took half an hour for a new one to be delivered. I am extremely, extremely disappointed. Is this really the standard for a 5-star hotel? If you don't find my words credible, please come and experience it for yourself. You definitely won't be disappointed. :)

A hotel that is small but well-equipped. The hotel is adjacent to the Union Square shopping district. Turn left three blocks away and you will find the Neiman Marcus department store. The hotel is small and old, but it is very exquisite, clean and refreshing. There are many Indian-style decorations in the lobby, which is very atmospheric. The hotel service staff are extremely enthusiastic. The doorman immediately helped unload the luggage, delivered it all the way to the room, and even helped dust the dust. In the evening, they will also give you chocolate-filled snacks. The room is very clean and comfortable, and is also equipped with an electric kettle, knitted bathrobes, and slippers. The bed sheets are also like domestic hotels using quilt covers and duck down quilts. The toiletries are all made from the old British brand Molton Brown, and the fragrance lasts a long time. In short, this Taj Hotel is a secret treasure in the center of Sanban City. It has the warmth of home and the luxury of a third world country. Highly recommended!
