I wholeheartedly recommend a stay at the InterContinental Warsaw! My wife and I had a wonderful time celebrating our anniversary here. From the moment we walked in, we were met with incredibly pleasant and professional service, and a lovely anniversary surprise was waiting for us in our room – a truly wonderful gesture from the hotel. Our room was exceptionally quiet and comfortable, and the view of the Palace of Culture and the Złota 44 skyscraper from it was absolutely breathtaking. Our mornings were made even better by the very rich, diverse, and top-notch breakfast spread. One of the hotel's big advantages is the entire recreational area. I really appreciated the unlimited access to the gym, located on the top floor, where you can enjoy beautiful views of the palace while working out. Additionally, as part of our room reservation, we had the option to book an hour-long session at the pool, which was the perfect, hassle-free complement to our relaxation. All in all, it made for a perfect trip that we'll definitely cherish in our memories!

The design is superb, the hotel is worth visiting. It is also very convenient to go to the old town. The breakfast is also good, with many options, but the serving speed is a bit slow. Two disadvantages: the washbasin is a bit small, and the curtains are not light-blocking (recommended to change), which affects sleep.

This hotel boasts an unbeatable location right in the heart of the city center. All the major attractions are within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and getting around. Downstairs, you'll find a hub of various dining options, so everything you need for food, drinks, and entertainment is right at your fingertips. The hotel itself is upscale and grand, with sophisticated and stylish decor. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the bedding is wonderfully soft, ensuring an excellent stay. It's perfect for both holiday getaways and leisure trips. Highly recommended!

The hotel is located in the heart of Oldtown and is nice. The rooms are very spacious, clean and the staff is very professional. The only thing is the rooms are big but awkwardly shaped- you have to go to the couch to see the TV and the overall layout of the room is not a conventional hotel. Other than that, the hotel has an old boutique charm.

The hotel is positioned at a generally convenient location with public transport being easily accessible and grocery stores not being too far away either. The first impression I got is getting surprised by a hefty and especially not previously mentioned deposit of a thousand(!) PLN. The room itself was mostly fine, though I found it a shame that there was way less colour to it than on the pictures. Additionally, the shower was absolutely busted, with corrosion on the shower head that allowed water to spray over the glass wall, as well as the sealing between shower and bathroom floor being installed the wrong way round such that water flows OUT from the shower, both issues flooding the floor and drenching the toilet and the painting on the wall… It’s also noteworthy that the windows do not offer enough noise protection against the many individuals making noise with their Co2-farting machines on wheels. Bathrobe had a chewing gum stuck in the pocket. Service itself was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast buffet was pleasant as well with very tasty coffee. Can’t exclude coming back again but I wouldn’t consider it as first option either. May only be a good choice if booked in advance with lower costs.

Location: Close to a tram/bus stop, allowing you to reach the city center and main attractions in 20 minutes, though Warsaw's public transport can get quite crowded. Surroundings: There's a fantastic park nearby, great for a morning stroll with lots of animals – that was a pleasant surprise. Facilities: There's a swimming pool, but it tends to get busy in the evenings. Room: Four-star quality, and it's rare to find disposable slippers in Europe, which was a nice touch.

Hotel is great just breakfast could be better. No salmon and not the best selection of vegs. But still will rate it 10/1

1. Check-in The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They didn't check my passport when I left my luggage, which made me wonder if they'd hold bags even for non-guests. (Just kidding, maybe!) 2. Location Getting here by train is a bit inconvenient. There are only about two trains per hour to and from the airport, and it's a 12-13 minute walk from the nearest station to the hotel. The city center is also about a 10-minute walk away. I didn't use it, but there was a bus stop nearby, so bus travel might be more convenient. 3. Room The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Soundproofing wasn't an issue. The Wi-Fi might be a bit weak, though. 4. Bathroom Both cleanliness and water pressure were excellent. There's a bathtub, so you can draw a bath and relax. Amenities included shampoo, body gel, and cream. I couldn't find a toothbrush, razor, or hairdryer in the room. (They might be available if you ask?) 5. Facilities & Services The gym was amazing! They had dumbbells up to 26kg, and plates including four 20kg plates and two 10kg plates. There were also machines for legs, chest, and back. It's quite rare to find a hotel gym with such a good selection of heavy weights. The breakfast buffet was also very satisfying, with an egg station and salmon, so it was easy to get enough protein. There was also a wide variety of fruits and desserts. 6. Staff The staff were consistently kind and smiled throughout my stay. The service at the breakfast venue was also very attentive. 7. Value for Money The location, which essentially requires using Uber or walking, is a slight downside. However, even taking that into account, the breakfast, gym, and room satisfaction were so high that I'd definitely want to stay here again.

The front desk staff were professional and friendly, and you can store your luggage for free (both early check-in and after check-out). We stayed on the 36th floor, which offered great views. The hotel's location right next to the central station is incredibly convenient for transportation. We were a party of two but were given two double beds, which made for a very comfortable sleep. There's a mini-bar in the room that costs extra (they pre-authorize 200 PLN at check-in, which is refunded if unused). If we ever visit Warsaw again, this will definitely be our top choice. Highly recommended!

+ Amazing location Building with great history « grande dame » of the city My suite on the 7th floor was very spacious and cozy Concierge / reception / bar staff , everyone was trying their best ! For Marriott bonvoy members they were soo reactive on the app messaging - The carpeting of the suite needs to be refurbished “it’s the time” Hotel bar is constantly busy , they should keep 2 tables at least to hotel guests , suite guests. Late turn down doesn’t provide same quality as cleaning in the day. Solid hotel , I love it , just mentioning places where it could be improved.
